Located in an area with easy access to various facilities and parking. Unfortunately, the bedroom floor was very dirty and dusty, the bathroom floor was also slippery and had to use slippers. Hotel rates are not worth the quality of service and rooms. Payment can made by bank wire transfer and Cash only. No E-wallet deal.

Receptionist is not around during check in and check out, will need to wait for them. There was no place to safekeep the bags (was asked to leave my bags on the sofa) when I want to leave my bags before check in. There was also cockroach in the room. The ventilation in the toilet was also layered with thick dust. Will not come back again.

One of the worst budget hotel. Poorly managed and maintained. Not recommended. Better find other hotels around cos this one will let u down once u enter your room.

Having a difficult time to look for the hotel as the hotel logo changed to a new logo. Room was okay. A bit annoyed when middle of the night there's some kinda renovation sound coming from the other side of the wall - that creep me out a lot. Requested to change room with receptionist but got rejected says all rooms are fully book.

I'm not sure why I decided to stay at the Euro Hotel. The customer service was so bad that I should've left as soon as I checked in. The guy who served me was so unprofessional and seemed like he hated his job for some reason. The room itself was ok but it had a really bad smell of urine. There was an awful smell coming from the toilet.

Worst hotel ever. Regret didn't take any picture on it as I leave the hotel early and stay my relative's home. Unsanitary! No towels and shampoo in the room, only soap can found in the toilet. You have to go down and get with them(shampoo and towel), poor service. The toilet, table, window and curtain are very dirty. Hope they can train their staff properly and have some management training...

And The Dirtiest Hotel in JB award goes to this Euro+ Hotel. Even "Project" hotel is cleaner than this one. Today check in, tomorrow surely Rumah sakit. First room not ok, go and change, kannina, second room oso same leh. I book 2night siak, instantly I check out and call Agoda to refund. Issues - bed bug fly once lift the pillow. -floor got shoe steps and thick layer of dust. -white towel, but looks like jst came back from workshop. - glass table, Nvr wipe at all after used by previous guests, full of finger print. - bed sheets got stains, bedframe & door moodly. - aircon got weird sound. -toilet dirty and full with stains. I would stay even if the room no TV, but never tolerate if cleanliness like this, moreover with current situation. #This post is not to bring down the hotel, but only to keep peoples healthy.

The room that given to me haven't cleaned yet coz still got cigarettes butt in the toilet and the bed also got stains on it. Manage to change room but this one also more or less the same even though the room that we booked cost us almost RM 100 per night. The hallway quite smelly and you can see the cigarettes butt at the stairs. Totally different from the what we pictured when we read about this hotel in internet. Please upgrade your cleanliness..

There's an electric problem in my room, when I seeking reception to help, there's no reception at the counter, phone number given in Google and website cannot reach. Call so many times, no answer!!! Until agoda email them, the staff only come. The staff attitude is really rude!!! Hey, don't book this hotel, is really suck 🙃

Air ventilation very poor, very smelly in the whole corridor even inside the room. The room very dusty and the floor very dirty. Lack of maintenance, air-cond not cool, low water pressure, the receptionist not friendly. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY.

Can’t connect the wifi. Even they give the password but still can’t connect like ‘wrong password’. And heater not function

Room smells exactly like after ppl smoked. Ironic becoz it is a non smoking room. Water pressure soft. Cleanliness so so. Therefore 2 star rating.

I was surprised at how cheap the room was. Really exceed my expectation of a budget hotel. Spacious room and comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Recommended 👍

Very bad experience. We were regretted booking after reading agoda's reviews and hotel photos. Hotel is too old n dirty. The room was very dark. Sheets were thin and yellow. The whole room gave us a very uncomfortable feeling. We won't stay again !!!

Rooms are so dirty and not clean. Floor was not sweep, toilet not clean, toilet bowl still have urine stain! We booked 2 rooms, both rooms also have stain. Yucks! Still see cockroach at the amenities area. Definitely not coming back and not recommended.

Terrible hotel! T hotel dibeli oleh euro hotel sbb closed down during pkp. Please avoid t hotel. Sangat kotor. Byk dust even dkt corridor & lobby. Sbb dh sampai jb tgh malam, we decided to stay here. Patut euro hotel improve the cleanliness. No iron in the room. Toilet pun horrible dgn glass partition tak dicuci betul2. Please avoid this hotel, otherwise you will regret.
