This is my most favorite place when it comes to find my kids equipment. My son only consume dutch lady plain flavor. The cheapest price compare to other supermarket. The place is also in good arrangement and easy to access. You also can collect points by downloading manjaku apps and show the QR code. I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years.

The selling things were good, but, most of the staff isn't helpful about the product's details. For example, I asked about the difference between newborn & baby in 3++ months suction nipple & bottles (because I'm a new mom) Most of them doesn't know anything. 'Entah lah', 'tak pasti'. Shouldn't they should know the product first, so they can assist customer..?

even though i didn't get the item that i wanted to purchase but the staff at Manjaku Baby help me a lot by providing me other alternatives. Kudos to the staffs and will be buying baby items there in future.

A wide range of baby products available at a reasonable price. I had a long list of products that I wanted to buy & could find atleast 95% of them here. Unfortunately the staffs were too busy checking stocks, folding clothes & chit chatting amongst each other at the corner, not looking to assist buyers. When I approached one of the lady for help, she mentioned that she hasn’t prayered her zohor yet. Which was fine & understandable but atleast she could ask another staff to assist me. The products are great here but if we could get staff assistance, it would have been a much better experience.

Good & Fast Service especially the guys at level 2. Helping me so much in checking stock, providing good information from installation till the warranty of the product & assisting in carrying the item to the car. The price is also affordable to purchase. But I do have smallest suggestion for shop plano@product strategic: Where you can locate one item with the same function together. Example; bottle section, breast pump section, detergent section, personal care section. (easy to compare & searching for the best). You may put according to the brand itself, but located with the same type. So far, i could see baby food, diaper & milk powder has been located together. Its a good example & more strategic!
