Really surprised to find a place like this in Sliven. I will go again. SPA was superb. Unfortunately when we went one steam room and the Russian sauna was not working. However, what else was on offer was more than enough. The roman bath was cool. The massage from "Tedi" was superb. She went above and beyond and was one of the best massages I have had in a long time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Portions in the restaurant were large. Order less than you think. It is more expensive than local prices. Bed were comfy. Showers were large enough for two. Breakfast was good. It only needs two things..... A beautiful mountain or seaside location and hot mineral water and then it would be amazing. However, that's not going to happen BUT I will be going again with my wife. Well done guys and girls. You show what can be done in Bulgaria.

Personal chef cooking amazing omelettes and pancakes for you. 3. Restaurant is also good, very beautiful courtyard with a guitarist playing live music. The food is amazing as well. 4. Location is 4 min away from town centre. And you can visit blue rock mountains 30 min away and Jheravna village 1 hour drive. 5. Staffs are very friendly as well

When I mentioned I’d be arriving very late, they arranged for a salad to be placed in my room. The (included) breakfast buffet offers many options, one of which is an omelet bar, prepared directly on request. The breakfast is actually offered in the hotel restaurant which we visited next evening for dinner. With an impressive wine list and large selection, you won’t go hungry. The food was fabulous. Although I did not get a chance to use the spa, colleagues informed me it was also great. Highly recommendable!

My husband and I stayed here a week ago. The hotel is absolutely lovely we stayed in the new wing which is decorated and cleaned to a high standard. The spa is amazing and we had a couples massage which was great. We only used the resturant for breakfast, but had room service the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this hidden gem can't fault anything. Its such a pleasure staying at a place where all the staff are happy and polite. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay and keep up the excellent standard.

Visited place for a weekend with my family. The surprise for all the guests of the hotel complex, was that without any warning we had to be part of a very loud Gipsy wedding celebration. Despite all complains, the hotel management did not proposed any kind of compensation. The only explanation was that this is the reality in Bulgaria.

The rooms were decent in size and the bed was comfortable, it doesn't take much to please me. The hotel restaurant is very nice with a good selection of items for meals. The food was well prepared and served hot. The wait staff was exceptionally attentive and very courteous. The reception desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had several requests which they were able to accommodate and even supplied us with a driver for a day. The location is beautiful and within walking distance to local small shops. I will be returning for future stays mainly because of the service we received from all of the staff.
