3 stars due to equipment (although accessories very worn and sometimes nowhere to be seen) Other than that the gym is pretty poor in terms of hygiene, the place stinks on a daily basis, half of the disinfectant spray bottles don’t even work and finding tissue can be hard, men’s changing rooms stink, one toilet door as been knocked off and not fixed for around 2 weeks now. You’ll be lucky to find a locker that works and if you do someone has their stinky clothes in them. Pretty much the only gym in the town centre and I think they know this so probably don’t invest the money that is really needed in this place. Also if you go in the morning, weights and plates will be all over the gym, you spend half the time trying to find the weights you need. One lady will also shout at everyone to re rack weights even though the weights that aren’t re racked are from the previous day/night. Overall good if you go at around 4-6am in the morning otherwise go at your own risk.

I am new in the area and I joined the gym 4 weeks ago . So far everything is so perfect. Absolutely love the classes and the ladies ( personal trainers) . A lot of equipment and always clean. Hair dryers and hair straighteners in a women's changing room are a good solution for women who needs to go to work straight after training. Highly recommended.

I hope this gym runs better personal checks about their trainers. I had a misfortune to interact with (now former) PT Danielle Puddefoot, very rude and unqualified in safety procedures. Management didn't react on my email, when I raised the issue. Fun fact: she was charge with assault few years before my situation took place. No wonder she was rude and short tempered (to normal members, not to her clients, of course). I really hope it's different now and the current coaches are normal, competent people.

Really good Gym! I really like do my workouts here! It is always open and always clean! Also there are a good stuff and personal trainers, who can help when you just starting! I really recommend this gym! Because it has a low price, and look nice!

Best gym in the whole Slough and surrounding region. A true 24hr gym with free parking + all the equipment you'll ever need + Priced so low. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Decent gym outside of peak hours. If you go between 6pm and 10pm forget about getting any sort of exercise machine without waiting in line. Outside of this decent weight and cardio equipment. Toilets could use a more regular clean.

Great gym and wonderful staff, just a real shame the ladies only section is SO SMALL and no rowing machine! Why do women always get the worst end of the deal! Still paying same cost for membership. Surely there are so many more women working out now days, and a great need for these female only facilities in Slough!

Best gym in terms of equipment in whole of Slough but had to point this one out, lack of accessories ( very few cable handles), no digital weighing scale and if any machines stops working, it will be out for a week. Imagine in such busy gym if one of the cable machine stops, literally increases the wait time for others. I will definitely gonna rate higher if they improve the maintenance of the gym

Great gym! I’ve been going regularly for about 6 weeks now. Staff are nice and helpful. I like that the female only area has a wide range of equipment (including a squat rack and cable machine), not just cardio ones unlike Puregym. I did all my workouts in the female area for the first 1-2 weeks, but then I became more confident and now I’m using the free weights area. Members in general are very polite and respectful & everyone minds their own business. Clean gym with plenty of equipment! Overall highly recommend!

Many of the lockers are broken. Kit is always lying around around, no gym etiquette. The gym area and the toilets do need a clean. The Gym Group and/or Pure Gym is significantly better for a similar price. Equipment is better quality, weight variation and overall quality at other gyms of a similar model.

This is a edit of my previous review of one star. I have noticed an excellent improvement towards management of Slough gym. Specially after the lock down: I have impressed by the effort buzz has gone through to get the community back to gym and get us back to shape. It would have been 5 star if couple of those trainers weren’t so lifeless during the class. However good addition like Marqas. And ever gold Kowdow has held the standard high. I wish Sofia didn’t look like she was forced work there. Hope to edit my review to 5 start soon.

Not an awful gym, nice people. Smell has got better, needs more regular and deeper cleaning for the amount of people that use the place

This gym is very accommodating with autistic people unlike other gyms. Thanks to all the staff in particular the gym manager named Marcus for being extremely professional and carrying .

I cancel my membership after 2 years in this gym. The staff start being careless, they scream at you just for some weights left on the floor. The personal trainer spending more time on their phone instead of following the client( just few of them). The manager named Vanessa really rude with people. Would not recommend this gym.

Good range of equipment but lots of the machines need servicing so don't work as well. Half the cable machines don’t work properly and need servicing, horrible to use . Lockers are all broken so you can’t keep personal items safe. Gym is also always rammed and it stinks of BO. Hygeine in the gym is very poor and it always feels super dirty in there like you're going to catch covid. If they had more cleaners in more frequently, had more sprays and tissues around, got rid of the BO smell and maintained/ services their equipment better it would be a better gym.

Not a bad gym and a decent price, but far too overcrowded and most of the equipment is either damaged, missing pieces or there scatted all over the place,

It's a good gym. Good selection of machines and despite being compact, everything's well placed.

Not bad gym at all but it’s disappointing they only have one Pulldown machine did not have a chance to use it in my workout session 3 guys queuing up 😞

Really nice atmosphere e.g. I left a nice wallet in gym. When i went back someone had handed in to staff. Generally friendly and god equipment aelection. Biggest gripe i have is showers smell awful, sewage smell. I had a shower once, never again. Not sure a deep clean would help as its obviously been left for too long. I can see why nobody uses the showers in there which is weird.

Had been going there for almost 3 months now. Their classes and Coaches are great. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent gym at Slough. Try to stick to off-peak hours

Nice gym. It is always full. But still manageable to work out. They also have classes and personal instructors.

Best gym in like a 10 mile radius . Only problem recently is the urinals smell like old piss . Been loyal to this gym for 3 years and I live in London .

Lockers are terrible, they should find a way to stop some of the guys who think they own the place by just paying a monthly fee. Every time it's a struggle to find a locker. And more inclusive classes, more than half of the classes are ladies only and sometimes with places available...

Really decent gym. It is a compact area and has the right machines you need, offering a wide variety. Music choice is good too. I am thankful to have a gym like this in the area. I would like to see a sales rep in the reception area as most times it is left empty and unsupervised.

This gym is one of the best in slough in my opinion as it have everything you would essentially need at a great price the equipment is also to a good quality and I recommend you come here to try it out.

I left this gym after 8 months. I had problems when I tried to freeze my account, customer service they didn’t help at all , then i went to the branch and talked to the manger, manger that can’t help as well said to me you can cancel the membership and you can still come and use the gym tell the end of your membership (which was wrong advice)next day when i want to enter the gym I stayed outside waiting 10 minutes Then when they finally let me in they told me to be sure not to get injured because i am not a member so insurance is not covering me ???!!!? Which make no sense at all ( if i am not a member why u let me in ) so i felt like i dont want to be there , not great services .before i went to holiday and i freeze my account didn’t face this issues , But this time for some reason everything was bad, they took payment for one month that i only used for 15 mints, i prefer to go to far away gym instead of this gym even i live like 5 mints away from this gym, Never coming back to this gym! And you owe me one month payment back.

I've been here only once. Here are my thoughts. 1. The sign up machine didnt work in front of the gym. You need to do the signup on their website. 2. Free weights area crowded on a weekend. 3. Treadmills area not crowded at all. 4. The staff onsite was very helpful after I waved my hand for a visit.

Love the place, I got there personally everyday and the staff are very kind and helpful. The equipment is also very great. The gym also has a studio and other places dedicated to things such as boxing etc...
