This
is
the
first
time
I
am
writing
a
negative
review,
but
my
recent
experience
at
this
hotel
has
left
me
extremely
disappointed.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
with
my
baby,
expecting
a
smooth
check-in
process
as
indicated
in
my
confirmation.
However,
things
took
a
turn
for
the
worse.
Despite
the
confirmation
stating
that
check-in
time
was
at
14:00,
the
reception
asked
me
to
wait
because
the
room
was
not
ready.
To
my
dismay,
guests
who
arrived
after
me
were
promptly
given
their
rooms
while
I,
with
a
baby
in
tow,
was
left
waiting
for
nearly
an
hour.
I
approached
the
reception
multiple
times,
expressing
my
concerns,
but
they
simply
brushed
me
off
and
kept
asking
me
to
be
patient.
As
a
paying
customer,
I
expected
the
hotel
to
uphold
their
end
of
the
bargain
and
provide
the
room
at
the
specified
time.
It
was
frustrating
and
disheartening
to
see
others
being
attended
to
while
I
was
being
ignored.
The
lack
of
consideration
for
my
situation,
especially
with
a
baby,
is
unacceptable.
I
urge
the
hotel
management
to
address
this
issue
promptly
and
ensure
that
such
incidents
do
not
occur
in
the
future.
This
experience
has
tarnished
my
impression
of
the
hotel,
and
I
sincerely
hope
that
they
take
the
necessary
steps
to
improve
their
customer
service.
