The first time I saw Ashley, the service was great. The next time, I had to wait for 30 minutes while she colored someone's hair. The next time, I had to wait for 30 minutes while she colored someone's hair. The next time, I had to wait only 5 minutes while she finished with a client. But then Ashley said she needed to go to the restroom. While I waited 45 minutes for Ashley to return, I sat in the chair and listened to Ashley in the back room talking and laughing with another person. When Ashley returned, there were no apologies.

Ashley was super sweet and the salon is cozy and chic! She started with a little head and shoulder massage and after talking to me a little about what I wanted and making some suggestions, I walked out with a new color and a cute cut. Very nice and professional.

This shop may be new to Smithfield but has been around for a while. I always get a great cut, short wait times and fair prices, on a rainy morning he was only shop in two towns that was open at 10 am

She was so good with my 4 year old! Blew her hair out and French braided the front for a great price! Really enjoyed the patience she showed and how friendly she was! Go see her :)

Ashley is an artist! I love how she cut and colored my hair. The atmosphere in the studio is really relaxing, and it was fun talking to her. I'll definitely be back. Such a great addition to downtown Smithfield!
