client

Fitness

years,
and
I
can
honestly
say
that
I
have
had
an
incredible
experience
working
with
your
team.
Firstly,
I
would
like
to

Kat,
my
primary
personal
trainer,
for
her
exceptional
guidance,
motivation,
and
support.
Kat
has
gone
above
and
beyond
to
develop
personalized
six-week
programs
for
me
that
focus
on
the
preventative
and
corrective
maintenance
of
my
running
injuries.
As
a
runner,
I
have
had
my
fair
share
of
injuries,
including
a
torn
right
hip
labrum,
hamstring
pull,
patella
tendonitis,
and
even
running
into
a
tree
and
bruising
my
knee
:).
Kat
has
not
only
helped
me
recover
from
these
injuries
but
has
also
ensured
that
I
am
continuously

and
overall
health.
