    The team is absolutely amazing ! I train mostly with Nick and Elina and Matt who are amazing trainers . I have had great results thanks to their dedication and competence. Their programs are custom made to ensure progression without causing any stress on your body but still allow for great results. Couldn't be happier that I chose this training studio !

    Wonderful experience using Fitness Together for nutritional counseling following sudden on-set gallbladder issues. Kristina has been so kind, clear, and amazingly helpful in strategizing meal plans, goal setting, food choices both specific and generally, and has been a huge comfort in what has otherwise been a jarring experience. Highly recommend Fitness Together for their nutritional counseling services!

    I have been a client of Fitness Together Georgetown for several years, and I can honestly say that I have had an incredible experience working with your team. Firstly, I would like to thank Kat, my primary personal trainer, for her exceptional guidance, motivation, and support. Kat has gone above and beyond to develop personalized six-week programs for me that focus on the preventative and corrective maintenance of my running injuries. As a runner, I have had my fair share of injuries, including a torn right hip labrum, hamstring pull, patella tendonitis, and even running into a tree and bruising my knee :). Kat has not only helped me recover from these injuries but has also ensured that I am continuously improving my strength, endurance, and overall health. I appreciate how well Kat treated me throughout our training sessions. She listened to my concerns, asked questions, and provided feedback that was tailored to my needs and goals. She made sure that I was always comfortable with the exercises and pushed me to work harder, which helped me achieve significant improvements in my performance. I never felt intimidated or judged, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Moreover, I must commend the entire team at Fitness Together Georgetown for their professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication. From the moment I stepped into your facility, I felt welcomed and supported.     I’ve been working out at Fitness Together for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but positive things to say. My primary trainer, Chris C., is truly able to tailor his approach to me and my needs as someone juggling general fitness goals and health issues. He is a great motivator and and fun to work with regardless of whether you know your way around a weight room or are a gym novice. His knowledge, experience, and pleasant demeanor as trainer is the primary reason why I have continued working with this facility and why I have had successful results. If you are interested, he is more than happy to walk you through the steps taken to create your specific workout plan and explain the logic behind it. More generally, the facility is very well managed, accommodates busy schedules, and works with you to create achievable goals.

    I've had several other personal trainers in the past but I can confidently say that Daniel at Fitness Together has been by far the best. Each program he creates challenges me and is tailored to my skills as well as places I need to improve! I'm currently pregnant and still feel comfortable pushing myself and training under his guidance. I would highly recommend both Daniel and Fitness Together for anyone interested in improving their fitness.

    Hillary has been my trainer for mainly years and I followed her to Fitness Together. She has co tinier to provide me meaningful guidance, helped me to maintain my fitness level is a virtual environment . She’s also pushed me while being supportive

    Working with Kristina on my nutrition has been great experience. She helped me drop unhealthy eating habits I developed during COVID lockdown. I didn’t always trust the process, but Kristina was always right. I no longer suffer from bloating, I have more energy and my clothes fit better. Most importantly, Kristina is a kind and encouraging coach who gets results.

    Update Feb 2023: Since I wrote the below review, I’ve moved and started working out at a gym near my new address. Hillary worked with me to make sure the transition was seamless and I wouldn’t lose any of my momentum. Additionally, I’ve been working with Kristina for nutrition, and her approach, accountability, and support has been incredible and exactly what i needed to approach nutrition in a way that works for me. I so deeply appreciate every at Fitness Together, they have been so flexible as my life has changed in the past couple of years to support my journey. I've worked virtually with both Enrico and Hillary for the past 10 months (switching from Enrico to Hillary due to schedule changes, they're both awesome trainers!). I have made a ton of progress with my strength and mobility with Hillary, and appreciate her focus on my goals and the way she pushes me and keeps sessions engaging and intense even over Zoom. I'm writing this with jelly arms after finishing a workout!

    Hands down the best and most effective personal training I have ever experienced. I have worked out with several other personal trainers at gyms and privately in the past, and they don't begin to compare to Fitness Together's programming. Metrics and measured progress are built into the program so that your workouts and programming can be fine tuned to help you achieve your specific goals. Nutrition coaching is part of your benefits as a member and focuses on achievable, sustainable changes that will allow you to reach your goals. Stacy, the owner, is a huge part of the quality of their services and she has a high bar for the trainers and staff that work with her. All of the staff I have worked with have been great but I want to call out Hillary in particular. She is personable, professional, and so good at training. She knows just how to help me achieve the correct form (even remotely), knows when to push me and knows when to help me dial it back so I don't overdo it. She has helped me take my high level goals and turn them into actionable steps I can achieve program over program. I have never been stronger physically and I have never felt so confident about my ability to push through when it feels hard as I have since I've been working out with Hillary. I would recommend FT Central Georgetown to anyone--it has changed my life.

    The nutrition arm of the Fitness Together training program has been a critical part of helping me achieve the goals with my training.     Been training here for about 6 months - will leave a longer review later but for now - 1) one of the great things about this place is the diverse experience you get training with a number of different experts, each of which brings something unique to the table, 2) a big thank you to Hillary & Kat for being tough and fun to work with in my recent early mornings. I don’t appreciate how sore I keep feeling but I can tell the difference:), 3) the rest will get separate forthcoming thank yous! Love this place.

    They've really helped me to stay active and practice better nutrition--even remotely, during the pandemic. It's been a great hands-on overall experience. I feel accountable with achievable goals. A very holistic approach. You can go in with any problem or goal and they'll make it do-able. I am finally able to avoid foods because my body simply doesn't want or even crave them. It's getting on autopilot thanks to FT Gtown. Great team, no matter who you work with. Everything is customizable with them.

    I have been training with Hillary at Fitness Together in Georgetown for four months. She is engaging, extremely knowledgeable, disciplined, thorough, focused, confident and motivating. I can't think of a better combination of qualities in a trainer. Based not only on how I feel, but also on empirical evidence, I am in much better shape now than I was when I started at Fitness Together. She works you hard, but there's a payoff. I am greatly in her debt. I am now a year into working with Hillary as my trainer at Fitness Together. I can only emphatically second my assessment of her made at four months above. Her dedication to the profession is so obvious, she is a stickler for form and posture, listens to feedback from me and adjusts accordingly. In addition to the. qualities I outlined in my first post, she has a charm that really connects with her clients, reading mood and affect very well. Even though she works me hard, I hate to say it, but I look forward to our training sessions.

    I have worked and collaborated with Fitness Together in Central Georgetown for 3 years. As a physical therapist, it is difficult to find personal trainers I can trust to provide a high level care and programming for clients. I do not hesitate to recommend or refer my clients to them because I know the team at FT will do an awesome job and invest themselves the client's success. If you are looking for a personable, one on one, expert level training session, then FT is for you!

    I appreciate the rigor of the operation: evaluations every 6 weeks with a new program to follow, recommendations to maximize calorie-burning foods, print-outs of quick, easy exercises to take on travel, no-nonsense trainers such as Hillary. And results within five weeks!

    I started Fitness Together 3 months ago. Working with my nutrition coach and personal training coach has been an incredible experience. They have not only helped me achieve my fitness goals but also provided me with the knowledge and support to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Highly recommend!

    Easily the best trainers I have worked with across multiple states and gyms. During the 2+ years I have worked with Fitness Together, I have seen dramatic results and that is even more impressive considering most of my sessions are now online. How the staff is able to correct movements and spot areas for improvement over zoom may be bewildering, but shows how professional and experienced they are. While I am now 43, I am stronger and more mobile than I have ever been and have this outfit to thank for that. I am looking forward even better results and will continue to train here and only here. My highest possible recommendations and thanks to everyone at Fitness Together!

    I’ve been working with Kat for almost a year now & she is the absolute best! I’d highly recommend Fitness Together. I have a chronic illness that affects my mobility & caused serious deconditioning, and Kat has really taken the time to understand my condition and how it specifically affects me, creating programs tailored to my needs. I’ve made significant progress during my time at Fitness Together: I’m now able to take care of myself without mobility aids, run my own errands again, etc. Kat really seems to understand when I should push myself & when I should dial back, picking up on what my body needs before even I do. She is so kind and positive that I genuinely look forward to every session. :) I’m so grateful to Kat and FT for helping me get my quality of life back & I would strongly recommend them to anyone else with chronic illness or other special considerations for exercise!

    I started Fitness Together last year for both nutrition counseling and personal training. The staff are encouraging, engaged, and objective. They create a safe environment for clients to improve and take risks. The benefits of joining Fitness Together are clear, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

    Fitness Together has an incredible team and takes a holistic approach to fitness and health. The trainers at FT are professional, experienced and I trust them completely with my health and fitness goals. I initially joined FT to get in shape for my wedding but more importantly, I was looking for an organization that had the nutrition component to educate myself for long term success. The FT team customizes programs based on your goals and challenges you (with direction and support). I love the shared coaching experience because no matter who you work with at FT, your program is consistent, and you know you’re getting the same quality of training from each trainer. From a Nutrition standpoint, Kristina has been an incredible help in learning what my body needs to fuel those exercises and cut back on my sweet tooth. As I’m entering a new chapter of my life, the team at FT is helping me set up a healthy lifestyle and challenging me to be the best version of myself. I would recommend FT to any and everyone!

😠 Be warned. There is a thief who cuts the lockers locks off and steals from the lockers. Judging based on the reaction and actions of the staff. Who in my opinion did not seem to actually care it happen. Only leads me to feel that either they already know about the thief OR it is the staff doing it....
