Simply elegant and totally Awesome . A wonderful and amazing place to go. My friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday and one for Christmas ,Well that started a new chapter in MY LIFE. I found it to be reasonably affordable, sinfully indulgent, and well worth the money and the trip!! I am going to be here as .any times as I can. My friend moved out of state and gave me more certificates!!! Boy am I blessed. Come in and give it a try..they have a membership that you can enjoy with many perks!! You will be very happy, just like me!!!! :) Just beware of joining and understand the rules and policy fully. You may have a problem trying to cancel.

I arrived early and they were right on time and very professional. The woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a warm hello. She couldn't have been more professional. The massage was very relaxing and I upgraded with a scalp massage also. They have many options for upgrades if you would like. Becoming a member saves you on all your services. I would highly recommend this location in Smithtown, NY for your services.

Has forgotten to book my appointment 2 separate times. When the manager Elaine took my call she called me back 2 separate times in regards to my appointment. When I arrived she personally told me she doesn't remember that even though it was made only 2 days prior. She told me there is nothing she could do and she has nothing for me. When I asked for a credit to my account she said no and only offered a $20 add on service.

I highly recommend! I have been getting monthly facials at this location for a few months now and my face is so smooth for so long afterwards. I see Gia every time, who is so kind and so skilled at what she does. I HIGHLY recommend, especially Gia!!

Kerry is a wonderful massage therapist. Everything else about the policies and customer service of this store are horrible. Do not recommend. Do not become a member.

Place is a disgrace… I had a really bad emergency and couldn’t make the appt, I received and extremely cold response and said there’s nothing I can do I’m charging your card 50 percent. I did cancel the day off but that’s why it was an emergency… very unprofessional place. I also reached out to the location to speak to the manager and they said they were going to contact me today. The day is over and no one reached out to me. I spoke to Emma directly, so nothing came through.

Ask for Gianna! I was always super nervous to get a facial bc my skin is super sensitive and acne prone. But, Gianna really knows what she is doing and is AMAZING!! My skin has never looked better and I’ve only gotten 2 facials from her. Cant beat that

I had an appointment for an hour massage at 3:30PM. I was told we were finished at 4:10PM. When I questioned both the masseuse and front desk if it was the full hour, they said it’s 50 minutes hands on, 10 minutes for prep. I should have received 10 more minutes of my massage. Really disappointing to have only gotten 40 minutes. I shouldn’t have to leave something that is supposed to be relaxing, bothered!

I didn’t really enjoy my experience here. The employee was making irritating and somewhat rude comments. It’s extremely expensive so when it’s an hour massage, I would expect it to be an hour not 45 mins. LaVida is much better. I will not be back. Update: I called, as their response requested, and the girl at the desk asked for my name and number. She said a manager would call me back. It’s been almost a week and no call from them. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Avoid at all costs!

One of my favorite places! I always see Gabbi and Bri for my facials - the package is the best way to go. Always clean and friendly and I don’t feel like I’m getting robbed!
