As a register nurse, I was looking for a more equipped PT office because I wasn’t happy with my original care after throwing my back out lifting a patient. I chose Professional PT based on their reviews and proximity to my home. Needless to say that the reviews are 100% accurate!! As a Healthcare provider myself, I value compassion, patient center care and experience. The staff at Professional PT all exhibit professionalism, kindness and are very supportive. Ash the Physical Therapist is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. Joey and Danielle are always supportive and kind! Nicole at the front desk is extremely patient and always keeps me on track with my appointments. The whole atmosphere at Professional PT is familial. Lastly, the one goal as patients we all strive for, IMPROVEMENT! Since switching offices. I finally feel and see major improvements in my pain and mobility. I would highly recommend Professional PT to my loved ones.

Ash and his entire staff are wonderful. Both of my sons received treatment after one had knee surgery and the other shoulder surgery. And I just completed treatment for a fractured ankle. Ash is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient. Nicole greets you and is always friendly and very accommodating. Joanne the PTA is professional and very personable. The facility is large and kept extremely clean. I highly recommend.

Caveat to my review: I have not been to PT anywhere else so I cannot compare it to other places. However, I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make it enjoyable to be there. Very flexible hours for attending after work. Actively Covid safe, cleaning all items used by patients and masks worn. At times there can be more than 4 patients (often it's less) but there is plenty of space and equipment to use and not feel like you are on top of one another. I never feel rushed out of there. I have been going for my hip but have seen other patients there for knee, back and neck PT.

This is by far the nicest group and the most thorough group of physical therapists and administrators that I've had in the last 9 years. The front desk person Nicole particularly is extremely courteous and professional and gets things done quickly. My physical therapist is Ash he is excellent at explaining things, soft spoken and thorough. I also experience a session with Steph and Matt -both of which had different techniques but extremely effective! The place is top-notch.

I cannot say enough about the entire staff in the Hauppauge site. Nicole always has a welcoming smile as I walk in the door and willingly helps with any questions I might have. Ash,Joey,Jackie and Danielle all have an easy ,reassuring, effective way of delivering therapy. I am status post a total knee replacement and after only 2 weeks of therapy, I had improved immensely. Now that I am 1 month post I am amazed at the exercises I am able to do. The staff are always there to monitor my comfort. The support they provide has been key in my progress.and success. Although I still have some work to do, I already know that I will be returning next year to help me when my other knee is replaced. Thanks so much!

Friendly and accommodating staff. They let you reschedule and cancel appointments with ease. Kept me up to date on upcoming appointments through texts. The physical therapy itself has been great, and has been helping me to get back to normal.

This is the 4th time I've been to Professional PT in Hauppauge. The director, Ash, is the reason I go. He listens, is knowledgeable and caring. Ash is great with young patients.The rest of his staff, Joey and Danielle, are very helpful, making sure you're doing the exercises correctly. Nicole at the front is extremely helpful when making appointments (or changing them). I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best happy hour in town--I say this because I am part of the Friday night "happy hour crew"! I am currently in PT to rehab a tendon repair and this facility is such a pleasure. The staff has a 10/10 bedside manner--the staff is warm, welcoming and comical, which makes the pain of rehab far more manageable. Ash is extremely knowledgeable and gives patients the individual attention that makes them feel that their recovery is his top priority. I have seen other physical therapists in the past and this facility is definitely top of the line. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Ash and his staff are amazing. I hurt my back at work and the care I get at this place is outstanding. They give everyone undivided attention and make sure you are getting the most out of the exercises you are doing. The facility is immaculate, spacious and up to date. Everyone there makes it a pleasure to come to and they go out of their way to accommodate you on your schedule. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality PT.

Professional PT at Hauppauge was excellent! Ash and the team were always professional, friendly, informative and have always maintained the location clean. Very fortunate that my surgeon recommended Professional after my hand surgery. Working with Evan is most definitely allowing me to see the use of my hand again. Evan is a dedicated and experienced professional. Always upbeat and professional. I am so thankful in Evan’s ability to understand and to treat my injury in the manner that he does. The physical therapists are always positive and caring when I arrive or any of their patients arrive. Overall the best team I have ever worked with.

I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. I never went to physical therapy and was not quite sure what to expect. The facility is very clean and well equipped. My mother goes here for her Physical therapy for her afterpath of her knee surgery. They are all so nice and great here!! The staff is so nice and knows. They really work with their patients and make it a great and helpful experience. The place is clean and neat, good music playing. It’s never too crowded or too busy. It’s a calm environment. Honestly can only say great things about Ash and the Hauppauge office of Professional PT. Everything is always clean, frequently sanitized, music is great, and the staff is so kind. Ash goes out of his way (even staying late to accommodate my crazy schedule!) to make sure I always get the care I need and leave feeling better than I come in. I love this physical therapy center. Everyone is super-nice and very helpful. Ash is a great physical therapist. He has really helped my mother. My mother had spine surgery back in July and Ash has been working with her and has really helped her. She has noticed a difference in the strength in her leg and foot. I was in extreme pain from my sciatica and had to use a cane for walking. I arrived at your hauppauge office and was seen by Ash. Ash was very helpful and informative. He treated me with heat, exercises and biofreeze with massage. When i left the office I was walking much better with just little pain. Everyone in the office were very friendly and understanding. I would recommend your facility to everyone.

This is the second time now back at Professional Physical Therapy & they are exactly that. Professional, great staff, knowledgeable & efficient. Both Ash & Joey (Joanne) have tremendously helped alleviate my lower back pain & show useful exercises. Great place, great people, all top notch, which is always important but more so when you're in pain.
