This QuikTrip is a clean store and the cashiers are always helpful and polite. However upon my husband and my visit last evening to the Smithville Missouri QuikTrip the cashier behind the counter was not wearing a face mask nor were many teenagers that were entering the store. I live in Clay county and I know for a fact that Clay county has a mandatory mask requirement upon entering a place of business. Just want others that do not want to risk getting this virus to think twice about going here.

Today was very disappointed to hear how rude a female employee was to a customer..an elderly man needing assistance with hot cheese dispenser. If you hate your job...quit. let someone with customer service skills do it. BTW.. love love the Carmel maple cinnamon rolls.

Always clean, friendly staff, decent quick food options and plenty of drink options. Treats, snacks, fruit, donuts, pizza, hotdogs, egg rolls, taquitos, sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, tacos, ice cream , yogurt, cheese, slushy, various tea flavors, coffee, energy drinks, etc. that have it all.

The cashiers are extremely fast and know what they are doing. Always a clean building and good food to eat. This is my goto place when I need something fast and I think Quik Trip is very very reliable

Variety of stuff good pizza and very nice people that I have seen in there working!

My boyfriend just went to the Smithville quicktrip location about an hour ago to order pizza for us. The guy that made the pizza asked if my boyfriend wanted the pizza cooked. That's right asked if he wanted it cooked. And then forgot to put half the toppings on the pizza that had been ordered and didn't even cook it all the way through and hardly any cheese had been placed on the pizza. I have never written a review or complained before, but this was completely ridiculous.

I'm a huge fan of QuikTrip. I wish they were a publicly traded company though. But basically they're going to take over all the convenience stores in the country eventually

I wish QT was in every city in the country. I always go here to support their business. I've never had a bad experience with staff at this location or any others after going here consistently for 5 years. Very fast, clean and good quality control. QT kitchens is decent fast food too.
