Order was wrong twice in one week. Ordered two plain cheeseburgers and both had a whole salad on them both times. Wasn’t handed a receipt so I couldn’t take it back.

Online ordering is inconsistent at best. Order is often wrong. Today, I ordered a large tea with no ice and there was less than 4 oz of tea but filled to the top with ice. I don't really care that the service is bad, but give me the food I paid for 🙄

Wasn't gonna make a review but after my 3rd time of getting a burnt burger with no condiments on it I figured I would. Save your money people

I came here to order some food to eat tonight and the lady that took my order was rude and came outside saying she could not hear me and had a bad attitude rolling her eyes at me!! It's not what she said but it's how she spoke to me and the way she was acting was very unkind so I decided to leave because I felt disrespected! Employees are supposed to be kind and treat customers with respect and how she was being towards me was very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience!

Every single time I go to a Sonic. It is a gamble. However, this location was awesome! The onion rings weren't over breaded, and the sandwich was not just a smashed mess inside the bag. Hallelujah! Someone actually cares about what the food looks like! Make whoever did so well a model for the rest of your employees if they haven't already had that drilled into them! Thank you!

Location has a unique 3-stall section that are pull-thru and un-roofed for nice weather. Pretty sure there was only one person working so it took awhile. Messed up a drink and the chicken lacked chicken... Double cheeseburger for $2 was fire though

This is the best Sonic. So glad it's here in Smithville. The drive up ordering is very easy. I like the screens that they use. We are obsessed with the Sonic blasts. So delicious. Food is always good.

Service is great. Food is okay, but horribly unhealthy. The atmosphere is your car. If you like your car, it's great.
