Smithville Bakery Cafe is located in Historic Smithville. Pastry is made daily. There's a wonderful assortment of pies, danish, cookies and other pastries. The Cafe serves breakfast and Lunch in a delightful Tea Room setting. Food is delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Food was good enough menu is small, service was awful, she took our order and brought us our food and that was it never came back once to refill coffee or ask if we needed anything. Place was dead only 2 other tables so not sure what the issue was. Sat there with no coffee for over 10 minutes and when she finally came back she asked if we were all set and if we wanted the check. There are better breakfast options in the area.

Got the best cherry pie ever here. I won't go anywhere else for pie now. Also had breakfast here and it was outstanding. Go with the specials! Also cool atmosphere with old things around. Very interesting!

I so love this bakery. Smithville and it's bakery have been a wonderful mainstay of this area of Atlantic City/Atlantic Country for years!!! Husband and I have lived in the area for over 45 years. When we visit Smithville, we have to stop by this place! They have the best and most delicious baked goods! Yesterday, my son and I stopped in here. And I saw Holly, the friendliest and sweetest of spokespeople for the bakery! We so love the Smithville Bakery!

Such a nice quaint shop. They have a sitting area, they offer breakfast. We bought baked good. Highly recommend their cherry turnovers.

Delicious breakfasts every visit, and they make their own bread! Make sure to grab a pastry or cupcake for later, so yummy! Their pastry, cupcakes, cookies, and donut flavors change a lot, so be on the lookout for your favorite flavor. Hubby loves their lemon filled donuts. Today, I tried their merengue cookie with fudge filling, omg it was amazing. I wish I bought more!

This place is cute. I used to visit more frequently, but it's become too much of a tourist site. But it is nice for a visit and a day outside. Very cheery, the smells of the coffee are intoxicating.

We are regulars for breakfast. The in-house made bread is the best part. Omelets are always perfectly done. Try the specials, as they never disappoint!

Take a trip to the past at the Smithville Bakery. Be prepared for a line to sit for breakfast. It is always busy!

Fresh out of the oven kaiser roll and croissants made for the perfect breakfast sandwiches! The bakery display had so many wonderful options that it was hard to decide. Guess we'll just have to go back again soon to try some of the other delicious bakery items!

This is a must if you are in South Jersey. Great food and people. Historic Smithville remains unchanged since I was a kid.

This is the best breakfast around. Not only is it inexpensive but it is super delicious every time you go there. The food is only surpassed by the wonderful help always a smile. Listen it is super small but worth the wait. Remember, this is a bakery so you can get a good look at the amazing baked good while you are standing in line. On weekends, especially if you have a large group go early. I got my birthday cake here and it was incredible! Something for everyone bring a friend.

No, no, no, no, no! My husband and I stopped in for the first time in many, many years and what a mistake! We purchased a peach pie and it was a complete waste of money. First of all, the filling was canned, NOT fresh. Secondly, the crust on the bottom was completely raw and we couldn't eat it. Thirdly, they charged us $17 for it to fill our trash can with it! I also picked out what looked like a chocolate bomb mini-cake and was told it had Boston cream in the middle. LIE - solid chocolate cake and NOT good at all! How are they in business?

We sat fo breakfast. My husband had the breakfast sandwich on the house made kaiser roll and I had the cinnamon raisin french toast (made from house made bread). Both were wonderful. As we were checking out, we couldn't resist the baked goods counter and grabbed a few to go. Their baked goods are delicious too!

We stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday. Very busy, but the wait wasn't too bad. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was raining off and on so they were only seating people indoors. They have a nice selection on the menu, omelettes, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches. Check out the specials board before you sit down, too! Coffee is hot and delicious! Now for the baked goods! The breads, pastries and cookies are delicious! There are cakes and cupcakes, too, which are decorated so nicely. The bakery also serves lunch. Food is filling, delicious and reasonably priced. Stop in next time you're in Smithville!!

Allot of delicious items to choose from. There is a eating area but it was closed the day of our visit.
