Very quick service for a Friday afternoon and the food was hot and fresh. I personally felt like there was too much sausage in the #1 and it could’ve used another potato instead. However, to each their own. Prices are reasonable and you will leave feeling full. A DJ was coming in as we were leaving and she started playing all the bops. Wish we had stayed longer 👍🏾

Our server was Shorty and she was the best! From giving her honest review on the food selections, to giving us a free shot, to going out of her way to make sure we had scissors for our crabs her customer service was amazing. We were super impressed with our food and the margaritas were delicious!!! Def will come again!

The food and staff did not disappoint! They were kind of busy and we didn’t even have to wait! The vibe and look of this place is cool!This place is just great! I ordered the sea spice juicy special combo with the Cajun and melted garlic butter sauce with very mild as the spiciness level and it was great! Our waiters name was Drew and he was very attentive, patient, informative and just all around great!! I’m visiting Atlanta from out of town and really wanted to go here and I’m so glad I did! Very good experience all around. Would recommend and definitely will be going again when I come back to ATL! 10 out of 10!

For starters it looks great. The place feels cozy and very greeting. The seafood is delicious and fun to eat. Get ready to get dirty cause the crab is juicy! Our waiter Austin has been more than helpful explaining the menu

I just left this place and I'm so disappointed my server zalayla took 10 mins to Greet us and she had only one table that been there..the whole section was dirty af and nobody attempted to clean it up. We ordered the cheesesticks and our drinks took 11 more minutes to get that and it was cold. That was it for me I told her qe are leaving and she still charged us for everything and we didn't even eat it This location need to retrain their servers and clean up better. Never ever coming to this ghetto place again

The restaurant was clean. We were immediately greeted after walking in. No wait time to be seated. Our server was OUTSTANDING!!! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Wonderful experience all around Ps: The music selection was on point. I sung so many of my jams while I was there 😍

I was their very first customer walking in for a takeout and when I got home 15 miles away. Clearly this is old food from yesterday or over the weekend! overcooked and so disgusting. I couldn't even eat it and the sauce on the bottom was almost gel-like and wouldn't move so clearly this was sitting from the day before! Plus I asked for shrimp but these look like crayfish eww🤢

I was expecting it to be packed as usual but it wasn’t today. Plenty parking and seating. Food hot & fresh. Unique crispy fish very tasty and they added some sides. Affordable and nice staff. Food came fast and I was full. Broccoli & fried rice had great flavor and I can’t find a negative. Maybe they can add more green vegetable options and also get a better fork.

Since we had such a poor service experience at the Juicy Crab in Midtown on Howell Mill we decided to check out another location. We stopped by at the location in Smyrna and we had such a good experience. The place was very busy but staff were so sweet. Our waiter Lenelle did a great job taking care of us. He was on top of his game. Brought everything and was checking on us constantly. He had such positive vibes. The food was delicious. The steamers are simply amazing. We’ll be back soon.

Marcus was our server on this visit, he was absolutely pleasant, was attentive to our order and provided valuable insight into the menu as well. He definitely made this visit a pleasure. Ask for Marcus if you get the opportunity and you will be guaranteed a good time!

Gotta get the juicy sauce. Be careful if you get “extra hot”… it’s serious. Aamani & Markina were great. We got seated fast & the service was excellent. The music was also good. I’d def recommend.

Juicy Crab is one of my fave go-to restaurants. Delicious seafood and not too expensive. Aamani, our server, was so sweet and attentive.

Our waitress Adara and the hostess Zy were sooooo accommodating and polite for my birthday lunch. I even got a slice of cheesecake complimentary. We come here often. There’s never a long wait for our food, it is always out prompt and hot. I love it here!!!

HORRIBLE There was hair in my food I told my waitress she just looked at it and said hold on a second so I was just sitting there waiting and I watched my waitress the same one that saw the hair in my food go service another table without letting me know anything!!! Finally a manager walked over well I’m guessing she was the manager she never introduced herself!! She asked if we were ok I then informed her that there was hair in my food she looked at it as if it was nothing and then asked me to place my crawfish on a paper plate she walked away then came back and grabbed my food again nobody is giving me any updates no one is asking me if I want anything else or trying to accommodate me at all!! After 10mins the manager comes back with food and said we made you some more fresh!! I didn’t get any type of accommodation I was upset so I just paid and left and again I paid full price smh horrible service

Amani was our server and she was amazing. She was fast and provided great customer service and excellent recommendations. I had the calamari and crab legs combo with the juicy special sauce. The crab legs were delicious and full of flavor. The calamari was well cooked and crispy.

Not the best time I've had at JC. Waiter didn't get my order right, the place didn't smell the best and they've become stingy with the hot juice sauce. Still 4 stars cause they really don't miss, so Ill give them a pass today.

Shorty was our server , and I absolutely loved her. A sweetheart and knew what she was talking about. Always making sure we were good. The food was absolutely amazing. Will be coming back for sure

My favorite location out of all of the juicy crab restaurants. Our a waitress (Aamari) was super sweet and quick to get our order and visit our table. Me and my partner always come here because the vibe is so much more relaxed and welcoming and they always get the seasoning on the seafood just right. I especially love their cheesecake!

Enjoyed every dish I ordered. Definitely recommend the shrimp, sausage, wings, green beans, and corn. Service was great as well.

Pretty good boiled seafood, especially since Atlanta is nowhere near the coast. Service was OK, new gal in training and it was her first night so I'm sure she'll get faster (the manager was super accommodating, thanks for the free shot!) Overall a little expensive but would definitely go back if I was in the mood for boiled shrimp, crabs, and fried catfish.

The boil was excellent! Juicy sauce on the sausage and shrimp, extra hot. Perfect. Shortie was our waitress and she was THE best. She explained everything well, helped us figure out the seasoning we would like, and the spiciness level we would want. We will definitely return the next time we come to ATL. Best boil I have had.
