I visited this location today and I'm very disappointed not to mention I wasn't given a receipt. I ordered 2 beef toca the shell seem stall and they had no taste. Ordered Carmel cheesecake bites those were practically burnt and bitter to taste outer shell. I tried to eat it but couldn't. Also, ordered nachos that were tasteless and I found a long strain of hair in it. Overall, it wasn't worth my visit nor the money I spent.

Polite and fast service, sometimes the drive through line is long. Decent prices, I like to get the Crunchtada with out cheese for a vegan option. The also have vegan meat crumbles.

This is my usual favorite taco store and always liked it. But this experience is terrible , ordered soft chicken taco .. received old dry taco and one of them is not even chicken taco, tasted spoiled . Guys at least heat them properly before serve , it’s dry and yukky.

False advertising. Website promotes tamales but was told that they haven’t served them in years. They should really consider updating their website. Also the “Epic” sandwich was anything but that. There was hardly any meat in it. And I drove all the way to Buckhead for practically nothing.

My hot sauce packets were coated in what smelled to be BLEACH. If not bleach then it was a very strong concentration of Eco-San or the like. They were so soaked the food was ruined. It had soaked the paper on my tacos. Store refused to refund over the phone. I don’t think they realize how big of an issue it is that they served an item that is unsafe for human consumption. I’m rarely one to pitch a fit but this is absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m sitting here hungry at work, with tacos full of bleach instead of something to eat, not to mention the wasted money.

I would not recommend ordering delivery. IF you get your food at all, it will take 3 times as long as they say when you order it. Most times they will end up canceling the order an hour later. The drivers hate going here because half the time they are wasting a trip. I have paid a driver extra to wait 45 minutes before, only to have del taco cancel the order. By then, nowhere else was open that I wanted to order from. This has happened multiple times. I gave 2 stars only because on the few occasions that I actually receive the order, the food is good.

This is seriously like my million of time at this same exact location every single time I have to remind them how to make my meal (their meal their way) I just left the drive through and store #1143 7.19.23 @6:05 pm. They are seriously the worst at everything! I’m missing my fires that I have to request fresh. My side of Guacamole not in the bag. I have called over 20 times and still no answer the lines are completely disconnected this is my fourth time of receiving my order incorrectly.. I want my money back! If I could rate the service 0 I would!! I’m super irritated! Now I have to make another drive back to the side just to request my refund!!!!!

My first time going here in all the years I've been in Cobb Co. Great prices and great menu. I tried the 2 for $7 shrimp stuffed quesadilla tacos. To say that they're good is an understatement. I'll definitely be back.

This was my first and last time ever eating del taco. Firstly I was in the line for nearly an hour for doordash. I also ordered my own meal and it was terrible. The food was cold, the burger was thrown together and undercooed. My fries had a strand of light brown hair. (I am not joking.)Then my quesadilla wasn’t cut and would come apart.

Had Del Taco for the 1st time I have to say for a fast food place it is pretty good, I had the fish taco and the steak with guacamole both were awesome, they are really a few levels above Taco Bell and much more on the menu items. Del Taco also has hamburger and cheeseburgers for those who don't like tacos

The delivery service was not up to par. My food was cold when it arrived. I waited over an hour for delivery. And most importantly, I didn't receive my full order. I'm so disappointed about this order I received. But hey you live and you learn. You only get one chance with me when it comes to my food! Period!!

I love the good from Del Taco the only thing which takes this place to a step higher from Taco Bell is their fresh Guacamole. Dine in is fine, the service was good. I order their fish tacos all the time and I like the grilled chicken Taco with Guac. The reason to give 3 stars is for their bad service when you go to their Drive through. First time they took super long to take the order, 2nd time they gave me a grilled chicken burger when I asked for Taco. 3rd time they did not give all the items we ordered, even after we asked them to repeat the order. Too bad for a place with good food.

This is a great place in general and probably the best fast casual Mexican restaurant around. But there are some issues that seem ridiculous really. Here's an example. It was late at night and my GF and I waited in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes - maybe 30. When it was our opportunity to order, I wanted to get two tamales. They happily told me that that stopped serving those at midnight. It was 12:03 AM. WHAT? Don't penalize me for your store being busy and me waiting in line. To be perfectly clear, I walked up to the door finding that it was locked before waiting for the drive thru. So that was not a good experience, but the food we could order was very good.

9/10/23 I asked for a grilled chicken taco with no cheese and no sauce with only lettuce -when I received the tacos they had cheese on them -I then went back into the restaurant-i was told they were going to fix it-I'm thinking the whole time they remade the tacos-when I got home the tacos were soaking wet so basically they rinsed off the meat that had cheese on it and put it back on the taco shell with lettuce / didn't eat it/this isn't the first time they messed up a order of mine- the receipt has the correct order but obviously the cook isn't paying attention I will not be going back to this location!!!

UPDATE 2: DEL TACO SENT ME A GENERIC EMAIL, NOT MENTIONING THIS ISSUE. THEY DID SEND ME AN OFFER FOR A WHOLE DOLLAR OFF FOR MY NEXT ORDER! 🤣🤣 I ordered a chicken and fries box and received two pieces of chicken in a box have no idea what happened to the fries. I also ordered a brisket and fries and never received that! Ordered a vegetarian lime and cilantro rice burrito and got uncooked burnt rice have no idea how they did that and tasted no lime no cilantro. Was supposed to receive a taco as well did not receive that either. Have no idea what's going on with Del Taco. Used to be my favorite place to go. Tried to contact Jason McFarland who is supposed to be the district manager, that's a joke. He does not return phone calls I have been trying to reach him since June of 2023 we're now in October and he is not bothered to contact me back regarding the experiences I've been having which have been very negative! Looks to me like Del Taco does not care about their customers anymore like they used to. I used to do all my catering from there and give them a lot of business. However, that will not be happening anymore after the two bad experiences I've had but most importantly the fact that the general manager has completely ignored any of my attempts to call and speak with him or to call me back and address the problems has made me decide to do all my catering needs somewhere else! If you want to spend your hard-earned money and get what you paid for don't waste your time at Del Taco. UPDATE: I DID CONTACT AND SHARED FULL DETAILS AT THE LINK THE OWNER LEFT BELOW. STILL NO CALL OR RESPONSE FROM JASON MCFARLAND OR ANYONE ELSE FROM THIS DEL TACO OR DEL TACO CORPORATE. 🤔

Went to Del Taco tonight when I got home my tostada box was torn apart they put all the other food on top of the tostada. We ordered 2 fries recived 1 order. We asked for no green sauce on the quesadilla and there was green sauce on it. This is not the first time my order was wrong at this location. The service isn't great either.

It didn't go well.drive thru Speaker was working wrong, my food was wrong. It was a disaster.i usually love Del Taco. I couldn't eat it. They didn't even hear my spouses' order, he ended up eating mine. I usually love Del Taco..very disappointed

This place has great food and great service. Clean. It's the only reason I come. But not fixing the soda machine is a big issue for me. I understand there is a large transient population that travels through the area, but perhaps this can be fixed. I prefer a soda fountain in the lobby. It's part of what makes this restaurant American and not European.

They were short staffed on drive thru and front counter and the lady did a great job with the lunch rush going back and forth. You could tell she was stressed, but did a GREAT job. Food was super HOT and the place was clean. Keep up the great work.

Food was hot, fresh, and extremely fast. Service was outstanding the manager was trying a new person on the register, transaction was awesome no problems. Manager was super friendly and you could tell she actually enjoyed her job, which explains the awesome service. Why anybody would go to that other taco place when there's a del taco around is beyond me. Five stars on everything!

They usually do everything right when I come. Ordered 2 Carne asada fries and just added sour cream to one. One is completely different than the other so money was wasted on some halfass built fries

Every time I come here it’s always amazingly clean! Everyone is really nice and the food is bomb! Best del Taco in the state and they have the best hours

If I could give a rating of a zero I would like this has been the worst experience I’ve had with fast food in a long time. I was almost assaulted by a person working in the drive-through window here at Del taco he threw my drink on the ground after I gave it back to him because he did not put the lid on the drink. He was very disrespectful. I asked the manager to remove him from the drive-through because it was a horrible experience. I also told him I would be reaching out to corporate to seek further results in the handling of this employees unacceptable behavior. I would like a district manager to contact me immediately. Thank you

Came in at 12:30pm on a Thursday afternoon. Dining room was EMPTY. Ordered our meals and one was forgotten. Got that and sat down. Got up to get kids shakes. Shake machine is DOWN.. shocker ! Asked the employee “oh fries are supposed to come with meals?” She said yes! My reply well I didn’t get any with the 4 meals I ordered. She said “I’m sorry we are just really busy!” The dining room was EMPTY! Food was below average also. Won’t return!

The people behind the counter were friendly and prompt. I also appreciated the fact that they waited to make our milkshakes until I arrived to pick up our order.

Food was really really salty. I love the different types of food on the menu, but everything I got was so salty I had trouble eating it!?!? I only ate two things that I ordered, everything else I threw out. The workers were very good, but overwhelmed. I know they were doing their best, but more staff was needed. Believe me, I know it's tough to get staff, but it made me out a 4 for atmosphere because it made the drive thru line tense!!

Came here after a braves game. Dining room was unlocked but they wouldn't let us order unless it was from a delivery app or via drive thru. It was only 10:45pm. On a Saturday. After a major league sports event. Seems like a bad business decision. There was a line of 10+ people out the door that were turned away. Never coming back

The current staff is doing a great job turning the service experience around. My last two visits were actually unremarkable! Just being able to navigate a drive-thru line in less than an hour is the equivalent of getting a “105! 😊” in bold, red ink on your middle school spelling test as far as Atlanta fast food restaurants are concerned! Keep up the great work!

Tacos was yummy. Just wish they had more lettuce n tomatoes. Fries were hella soggy. Great customer service 🤷🏾‍♀️

We have been sitting in the drive-through for over 45 minutes the store does not close till 1 AM we’re stuck behind a car so we cannot leave no one will answer the phone or come to the speaker are doing this on purpose so they don’t have to serve anybody this is absolute garbage and I’ve never been to a del taco that treats are people like this

Fast, tasty, fresh & quality food. A better option than T🔔 in my personal opinion!

My first time in a Del Taco in over 10 years and I was impressed with the service and the food. The cashier was awesome. I wish I could remember her name to give her kudos
