If you got time to wait 2.5 to 3 hrs to wait and eat at this hole, this place is for you. If you like the host telling you lies that it will only be a another 20 min repeatedly, this place is for you. If you like a server that takes your order and you never see them again until you have to pay, this place is for you. If you like watching servers running around in circles while you wait for your food for another hour after you sit down, this place is for you. Guess what , I wont be visiting this place again because this place is not for me.

Comfort food at its best! My service was terrific, plenty of coffee, and a good variety of menu options. The gift shop has good prices, especially the clearance items. I found candy I remembered from childhood. They are helpful and show you where to find cardinal merchandise. The parking is ample, which is nice. I had a great breakfast with eggs cooked properly.

Ordered through the app. My medium sirloin steak is well-well done with the texture and chew of boot leather. It’s also cold. It was brought to me curbside 15 minutes late after I called and pressed “1” at least 8 or 9 times after being looped back to the main menu with no answer. I can’t help but laugh at the audacity to ask for a tip in the app prior to placing your order. I’d be incensed if I tipped even a dollar for this kind of service. If you can’t staff your restaurant properly to ensure a high standard of service then you should just close for the day.

The server that we had at this location was extremely patient with our party of 15 people. She took the time to explain why there was such a diminished menu the day before Thanksgiving and apologized for if there was any convenience that was to come our way because of the modification. It's a sad shame that there aren't more people like her in the restaurant industry that really give more than just the bare minimum to get by throughout the day and to demonstrate a level of customer service. That just isn't seen anymore in the restaurant field.

This location has really gone downhill. Three of us were seated (my parents and I) and we placed our drink order and food order. My mom and I had ordered hot drinks, yet we didn't receive them until about 30 minutes after we ordered them. When we received them they were lukewarm. Looking around, I noticed that plates were only brought out every 10 minutes or so, and we had already been waiting for at least 40 minutes before we decided to leave. I know people around us were there a lot longer and still had no food. I'm sure it's a combination of service and short on help. But I haven't had an experience like that in Cracker Barrel... ever. It was everything combined: the service (on all levels) and lack of food that will keep me away from this location.

Good food, Service was not so good, barley checked on us. Waited 20min for coffee ☕️ refill. I had to wave my cup in the air. Waitress had a attitude from the jump. Constantly using her phone. I will not be using this location again. 😤 this newer generation has no respect for there jobs.

Parking: plentiful Staff: friendly Service: The hostess was nice and seated me right a way. My server was fast and I liked that she checked on my need often. However, I gave the restaurant a four star because after I got seated, it took 10 to 15 minutes before anyone checked on me. I got here after long flights and was very thirsty. It would have been awesome had someone offer me at least a glass of water while I was waiting for service. Ambient: casual, family friendly, singleton friendly Food: good, as expected, -their biscuits are yummy and one should eat them while they're hot Would I come back?: Yes

Server had us waiting for our food for almost an hour, when we received we didn’t get any napkins and we were missing some parts of our food. Tried to get the waiter’s attention for check and waited almost another half of an hour. I’m total we’ve been waiting for a very long time for everything. The cleaning guy(s) were nicer and came when we needed him to pick something for us. The cleaning guys deserved the tip more than the waiter
