New
ownership
is
trying
to
do
a
better
job.
No
longer
a
55
and
older
place.
Rent
went
up.
Maintenance
crew
is
doing
as
best
they
can
but
we
got
a
ways
to
go
yet.
Previous
owner
ran
the
place
down
but
new
ownership
is
making
strides
not
much
around
here
in
the
way
of
restaurants.
I
will
continue
to
update
as
things
get
better.
I
try
to
be
fair
in
my
assessment
and
it's
nothing
personal.
I
know
it's
hard
coming
in
after
poor
stewardship.
Pest
control
is
a
lot
better
and
they
finally
cleaned
the
carpets
yesterday.
Emma
is
a
very
sweet
manager
and
Ken
is
a
great
maintenance
guy.
Time
will
tell.
I'm
becoming
optimistic.
Update,
no
hot
water.
The
new
ownership
has
not
paid
the
gas
bill
and
now
you
have
the
elderly
and
the
handicapped
without
hot
running
water.
I've
lost
my
optimism.
Fast
forward,
the
roof
has
leaked
in
my
bedroom
for
one
year
now.
Three
estimates
have
been
given
and
still
no
fix.
Parking
is
an
issue
also.
You
do
the
math,72
units
and
46
designated
parking
places.
Plus
vendors
plus
people
have
two
or
more
vehicles.
Gutters
overflow
every
time
it
rains.
Where
is
code
enforcement?
Meanwhile
the
people
who
live
here
get
threats
of
parking
tickets
for
not
having
a
reasonable
amount
of
parking
spaces.
Most
people
here
are
low
income
and
handicapped.
Since
summer
got
here
the
kids
run
wild
in
the
swimming
pool
area
most
times
with
no
adult
supervision.
Two
employees,one
doing
all
he
can
to
help
72
elderly
and
handicapped
tenants
with
issues
that
the
owner
refuses
to
address.
No
criminal
background
checks
are
being
done
anymore.
I
am
just
one
of
many
here
that
sit
and
wait
for
the
owner
to
do
the
right
thing
and
fulfill
the
responsibility
of
good
stewardship.
