I had a great appointment this morning getting in was quick and I was so pleased with the service. Checking off everything thing that applies to my knee Dr. Bircoll is the best!! Explain everything to me and I love that and staff, from front desk check in to nurse to X-ray technicians to check out was absolutely professional thank you again for getting me in so quickly!!!😊

Worst experience of my life with a doctor if I could give him 0 stars I would. He definitely does not deserve one star .He downplayed my daughters pain like it was not real. I have never been told by a doctor that my daughters pain does not exist that she is too young to have pain. He does not even listen, he talks over you and you can barely get a word out. Do not waste your time or money with Dr. Koch.

From the ease of making an appointment to the very friendly staff, I had a wonderful first visit. I appreciated the option to check-in online. Therefore, when I arrived to my appointment, all I had to do was sign in. I didn't have to wait long at all. The Nurse (super sweet) escorted me to my exam room, shortly after the Xray Tech (another super sweet young lady) escorted me to get my x-rays. Shortly after I met with the Doctor, checked out and done! Hopefully I will not have to use their services again but if needed, they are top on my list. Definitely recommend this location.

I called on Monday morning about getting pre-auth for a wheelchair and home PT because my mother was discharged from the hospital on a Saturday. The nurse waited till Wednesday to send the pre-auth and sent it to the wrong company. She told me the pre-auth was denied/cancelled without any further information. I had to visit the the office on Thursday to get more information. By making several calls to the insurance and vendor listed on the pre-auth, I found out that the pre-auth was sent to a pharmacy, not an medical supplier. A wheel chair request is a pretty urgent and necessary request. I have no idea why she waited until Wednesday to send it. And then to send it to the wrong company and not follow up on why it was denied? That's ridiculous. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the insurance trying to sort it out when it was the fault of the doctor's office. Thanks for nothing. The doctor is fine. The staff are worthless. Edit: 10 days later and no progress yet. They've faxed the wrong company, wrong number, incomplete forms.

Absolutely the best experience I have had dealing with a Dr office. Went back quickly. I didn't wait but a few mins for the Dr to come in. Dr Koch has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced! Professional, nice, clean and an overall great experience!

I trust Resurgens whenever I have any issues with pain in my joints. All the doctors I have seen are professional and their credentials are excellent. The staff is great from the moment you enter the office and at discharge as well. I have also been a patient in their physical therapy department too. The physical therapists are superb and always get me back to health. I highly recommended Resurgens in Snellville.

It was time for another shot in my shoulder. I called and got an appointment right away. The ladies at the front desk greeted me by name as I walked in the door. Dr Traub’s nurse was nice as well. She got the shot ready for him. Dr came in, we talked and he gave me the shot. Easy as pie. The pain is already subsiding. Thank you Dr Traub!!

Dr. Latisha Bilbrew is absolutely great. I went in with a severe pain on my left foot. She was thorough in taking a second look at my X-ray, as the fracture was barely visible. After reviewing, it turns out I had a stress fracture. I had my second appointment today after four weeks and it’s healing nicely. Dr. Bilbrew was just as caring as the first time. I actually don’t even live in Atlanta, but I returned from Houston just to make my appointment. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dr. Bilbrew!

Great practice! I have been seeing Dr. Traub for my knee for several years now. Everyone is friendly and you feel valued in how they treat you and they also respect your time. Dr. Traub is caring, attentive and knowledgeable in his work. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Bircoll was great, I had a hip replacement 6/15 and I am feeling a big improvement and well on my way to full, pain-free movement. The staff and everyone were also friendly and helpful. My hospital experience at Piedmont was very satisfactory. Dr. Bircoll was recommended to me, and I am happy he was, and I would recommend him and Resurgens to anyone else myself.

I had a bi-lateral knee replacement in 2015. My wife had one done in 2017 and the other done in 2019. Dr. Shaun Traub performed all four. We have received the utmost in professional care in all of our treatment. The office staff has always been courteous and respectful as well as very professional. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. Shaun Traub and his team to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Dr. Koch is great physician that cares about his patients. He did hip surgery on my grandmother in January 2022 that's 93 years old with success. I was worried at first due to her age. Dr. Koch assured me that she would be fine and this was the best option. She back walking with the assistant of her walker which is truly a blessing. If something arises we can been seen in a timely fashion. I appreciate his service for the elderly.

The wait time was minimal, every one i dealt with was not only professional, but sweet and encouraging as well!

I have been going to Resurgens for over 10 years and have received nothing but the best care and that includes surgery for a broken femur.

I was worked in on Wednesday, Sept. 7th with unbearable knee pain. My wait time was under 5 minutes and Dr. Traub is just a great medical provider! I would most definitely recommend his services and the staff was very professional.

My first visit with Dr. latisha Bilbrew was to determine how to treat my trigger fingers and carpal tunnel syndrome. The course of treatment was decided and scheduling is swift and fully explained to me. Great doctor and staff experience!

While my own back struggles have been tough, Resurgens at Snellville has been really great at caring for me. Dr. Koch and his office are very responsive. I can call them and message them via the Patient Portal and I hear back the same day or next day if it is after hours. Dr. Koch sent prescriptions to my pharmacy right away, called me personally when I was very concerned, ordered MRIs when needed, and really trusted me about my pain when it was very bad instead of discounting it like a lot of doctors can do. His insistence that I will get better has kept hope alive, and the state of my spine after surgery is better than before. I would not wish my back issues on anyone, but if you have to get treatment for it, Resurgens and Dr. Koch are an excellent choice. Also, their staff are very friendly and caring.

I called on a Friday and got an appointment the following Monday. I was extremely grateful as I was in so much pain. Dr Koch is very professional and understanding. He also has a kind and comical bedside manner. I have recommended this group of doctors to other family members and friends in the past. They were also pleased with them.

Dr. Koch performed my single level ACDF surgery after all conservative approaches were attempted. Before surgery, I had become unable to continue working and driving due to symptoms from a herniated disc and nerve compression. The care I've received from Resurgeons has been top notch at every step and I would highly recommend Dr. Koch to anyone.

I am very unhappy with my most recent experience. I was left in the exam room for at least 30 minutes and was not informed that the doctor was not there. I inquired and was then informed that she was enroute. At no point was I given the choice of waiting or rescheduling. I chose to reschedule only after wasting much of my time. You are asked to come early and adhere to appointment times but that doesn't appear to include the office staff. Hopefully this will not happen again.

Had an appointment with Dr. Koch. This is my second time meeting Dr. Koch. He is very professional and straight to the point and matter of fact, which I very much appreciate. We went over my ailments and created a treatment plan. Koch also took the time to speak about life and other topics outside the scope of the actual visit, making the visit feel more personal rather than him trying to rush to see another patient. I will continue to use Dr. Koch and Resurgens Orthopedics for future ailments.

I have been seeing Dr. Billbrew now for about four years. She has done three surgeries on my wrist and elbow. Never had any problems or discomfort at all after the surgeries. There is never a problem getting a appointment for follow up visits and even a few times I was able to get next appointments for emergencies. I would definitely recommend Dr. Billbrew to friends and family.

My experience at Resurgens Orthapedics was excellent. I was greeted upon arrival and the check in process was smooth and quick. The facility was clean and all of the staff were very professional. Dr. Koch is the man to see at Resurgens. He has repaired me on more than a few surgeries 2neck, 3 rotator cuffs, 2 or 3 back. All of them were successful. You feel you are getting the best there is out there. And you are in my opinion.He has also fixed my wife’s wrists after an accident.He is a great surgeon , and a good man. I also had a successful reverse shoulder replacement by Dr. Dantalurie. I suffer from degenerative disc disease. So l will be seeing Dr. Koch probably for the rest of my life.

Appointment was made very easy online. When I arrived 30 mins early was taken right back and meet with Dr within 15 mins. He listened to my problem and acted very promptly discussing all options. I was very pleased with prompt and friendly staff as well.

Dr. Koch was both super professional and very easygoing, which is rare in a doctor. He made me feel relaxed and didn't talk over me or explain anything in an overly technical manner, so he was easy to understand and communicate with. I wish every experience I have had with a doctor with this well.

Doctor Koch preformed lumbar surgery with fusion on my lower back, although this is only my fourth week I consider this procedure very sucessful and it greatly reduced my pain. I have been seeing Dr. Traub since 2013. First for the right knee and now for the left. He definitely knows his craft. I’ve been having issues with the left knee since Jan 2019, and since I was with KP last year I had to see their drs. Unfortunately, they did nothing for my knee as far as eliminating the pain. I have my 1st visit with Dr. Traub, tell him the symptoms, and he nailed it. Had my follow up today, and still satisfied.
