Dog poop and trash everywhere, dogs off leash trying to fight other dogs that management does nothing about, rent went up $600 between 2021-2023 with NO upgrades done to the apartment, hard to find parking after 8. Gabriel is the only good thing about this place

Bad customer service. I call multiple time to ask question but nobody pick up the phone, and did not call me back even I left the message. =(

Gabriel the maintenance man is the main reason why I like living in this apartment any problem is taken care of right away with pleasure. He's always working, with a good positive attitude and always keeping this place cleaned up to par. And no matter what he always says hello with a smile which makes you feel there are still good people out there.

My partner and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. I would recommend this complex to anyone because the application process, setting up the apartment for use, move in, to now 3 days into living here have been smooth and not stressful. Any questions that we had were answered happily and overall made us feel like we were already part of the little community. I appreciate the time and dedication this complex gave to us to make sure that we were comfortable. While it's difficult times right now and a little bit different of a process to get an apartment due to current events, Sutters Square and its employees genuinely care about the well being of its residents and strive to make it the least stressful it can be.

Gabriel is a magnificent worker! A great team player! He is very intelligent at his job, he is willing to go the extra mile! If you ever have problems he will do what it takes to make sure you're smiling! Thank you Gabriel for helping me and guiding me around your complex!

The man was fast & quite. He replaced the hot water tank. He was great.

I have had clients in sutter square for the past 8 years. Times have been very rough throughout and poorly maintained in the past BUT now the place is almost perfect. The pool is sparkling clean, the water smells like it should, the chemicals and or chlorine is just right. The place is maintained well, very well. It looks absolutely beautiful. Better then I have ever seen it. The maintenance man is friendly, and he is always very kind when my clients need something fixed he shows up promptly and completes the Job. The location is behind the Home Depot and because of that there is a lot of traffic by people who don't belong there and it's nice to have someone there that can help regulate and make sure they pass through. Thank you Gabriel for making all of us happy together. We appreciate you taking the time to say Hello, how are you? Your definitely a great pick for the position and a great fit. We appreciate you.& your hard work
