The local is located in middle of a place that has many other business restaurants and stores. There are plenty of parking lots. The shower is very nice. The hotel had swimming pool and coin laundry. The service needs to improve, front desk is kind and effocient, but the cleaning and maintenance service requires more improvements. They clean well the rooms, but forget to fill the soap. My rooms has a damaged light in the table that do not allow me to work and all USB ports aside do not work well. I have pain in my back because of the bed once mattress has a hole in center. Breakfasts is included and is very good. Not to much wardrobe in each room. Poor quantity of hanger in the wardrobe.

This hotel was pretty clean. Once you’ve stayed in a gross Vegas hotel you appreciate the efforts housekeepers take to keep things clean. The staff here is great. Small issues were that the body wash container was bone dry empty when we checked in. Hot tub wasn’t functional for the three nights we stayed. Breakfast was on the better side of the ones I’ve had in hotels. Egg white omelettes and ready made oatmeal was a nice surprise. The gal running the breakfast fast room was super and had such a pleasant attitude. She greeted us each morning and she was always busy keeping things stocked and fresh. Breakfast tables were cleaned immediately when someone left. The bed was comfortable for someone with bad arthritis and the chaise lounge was a nice touch. I needed a little more light to work at the desk, but the shades rolled up and we had a few surprising sunny afternoons. Convenience store and restaurants within walking distance.Everything worked out well for a great stay. Will definitely chose this location again. Thank you!

It was super clean, they supply the rooms with big bottle of shampoo, conditioner & body wash which is like rare to see, the bed was so comfortable & they had plenty of pillows which is nice. And then they actually served the breakfast which was the best biscuits & gravy I have had in quite awhile. So my hats off to all the employees at the Holiday Inn Express u all do the up most best work thank you!!!

We went to visit family who was staying at this location and we thought it would be a good idea to go enjoy the hot tub and swimming pool.....we'll the swimming pool are was warm and overpowering with the smell of bleach. The pool.was fine, but the hot tub was horrible...my wife was warming a black shirt and short set and when she got out the hot tub they were bleached brown....their was so much bleach in the hot tub it began to irritate our eyes and, breathing. Several peaces of silver jewelry were tarnished badly....inwould strongly recommend hiring someone who knows how to properly check the levels in the hot tub And then their is the large amount of homeless people loitering around the front of the building and the parking lot. It's poorly lit and very unsettling when you walk out to you vehicle and their is a homeless person in the bushes asleep or use the bath room....

Not even worth one star….BEWARE. Booked through Expedia and when we go to check in he says our second room was cancelled because the charge didn’t go through. We didn’t get an email saying our room was cancelled and our visa was charged the amount Expedia needed etc. Hotel desk employee says we can call Expedia or he can get us a room but it’s gonna cost another $140USD (we are Canadian, so it would’ve been way more than what Expedia wanted) Tried to sort out the issue with Expedia calling the hotel but nothing was done on the hotels end. The hotel desk man even admitted to if they don’t get the full amount they need they automatically cancel the one room….and then they try to up charge by selling another room. Biggest crooks ever! Expedia was very helpful and sorted out new accommodations for us. This holiday Inn is being reported by them. Definitely do not recommend at all, biggest scum bags.

The rooms look very nice but taking a closer look you can see the bad stuff. Missing/peeling/chipping paint on door frames and walls, dirt and grime in the corners, cracks etc... service was okay nothing bad the front desk didn't seem to be manned and the key card doesn't unlock the pool area so you have to find someone which is hard when Noone is at the front desk. Location isn't really a defining factor for me but regardless I feel like hotels right off the interstate are in a bad spot for getting a good night's rest.

I can't say anything but good things about this hotel! The man behind the desk was so helpful and the hotel itself was one of the cleanest ones I've stayed in. Our room was by the freeway which sucked a bit but the overall stay was great. I accidentally left something behind after checkout and the employee (I believe his name is Jeff...?) Was so sweet and so helpful to ship my item back to me. I will definitely stay here when given the chance to again and highly recommend it ! It has a pool and a jacuzzi and there's a lot of bars and restaurants 3 minutes away (driving). Thank you so much :)))

I think we stayed in a suite, but man was it spacious. It had a bath jacuzzi that we did not use but it was a great feature. I think this location is like 20 mins north of Seattle, but we were staying in Everett for a wedding. Would definitely stay here again

Room was very clean and the bed was very good. I would give 5 stars but they need to improve few things: 1. Need to sound proof the room. You can hear someone speaking in the room as you walk by outside the room. Better not make any funny noises. 2. They need to improve the breakfast. Just little bit more variety and stock them up. Many times you have to ask for them...bit annoying 😬 3. Lastly, our room smells funny as we walk into the room. We had to have the a/c run for while before the smells went away. I would go back since it was clean with nice bed. Location is good with gas station right next to it and has couple of restaurants. There was a casino right next to it but we didn't go in so not sure whether it is good or not.

Staff helpful and pleasant Breakfast was really low on supplies at 830 but we made it work Our issue was the key not working multiple times so we were on the 3rd floor and a hassle Staff said well you check out today yes but we need to get our stuff…. Crazy The room was comfy and clean

The first room we were given wreaked of Marijuana. The second room also smelled bad but was tolerable. The second room also the card key that they gave us didn't. Work. Imaging arriving late and having to walk back to the desk three times with all your luggage to get a room that is still just tolerable. Not a good time!

Alexander at the front desk is a super friendly, very helpful guy. He made our check-in very smooth. The room was a standard room, no complaints from me. The surrounding area is not the greatest, so plan on driving for dinner.
