    When are Subway employees gonna start making subs right? The Beast sub I just got was a sever disappointment. It's supposed to be 6 pieces of 5 meats and double cheese. I got home and my sub was not made right I actually deconstructed it and found out I got 2 pieces of each meat. I'm severely irritated at this point. The last 3 times I've been to this place my subs have all been messed up. I'm thinking a national boycott might help whip the guys into shape.

    Tonight was the WORST sub I’ve ever had! Hardly any meat, when I asked for olives the boy put 5 slices in the sub. Ignored for the first 5 minutes while two staff members complained about someone they deal with. The most unprofessional poor quality experience!

    Messed up my order 3 consecutive visits, my orders weren't difficult they were just something off the menu no changes, no alternation, just off the menu. Very disappointing. I now drive a decent way out of my way just to visit the next nearest Subway. Decently nice staff tho, but come on guys get it together.

    I ordered a footlong sub toasted but they did not even toast it. The inside of the breeds in soggy also the Sub is the shape of cylinder

    Workers out back smoking next to the order screen. Lady who waited on me was very unfriendly, slow and seemed inconvenienced. She shoved the CC machine out the window at me and said nothing. Never gave me a receipt. I tried several times to get her attention while she was making my sandwich to let her know she was making it wrong. Took another employee seeing me and coming over to let her know. She had to throw it away and start over which took even longer of a wait. Received a soda that was flat and gross and my sandwich bread was completely split in half and mushed. Not worth the wait or money.

    I went there June 9, 2022 and ordered a sub meal at the touch screen at the drive through. The total (you pay) was $9.63. At the window they said the total was $11.64. The assistant manager said the touch screen was not the same as the register. With prices changing so often it was not updated. They forgot my chips and used yellow mustard instead of honey mustard. Filed a complaint with corporate when I got home from vacation and 8 days later no response.

    This location is very disappointing. Every time I’ve ever ordered from them via mobile apps, they get my order wrong. I always request that they not toast my bread, and EVERY time they toast it. They usually get the size wrong too. It’s ridiculous.

    I've been using subways online app for several years now. It's really helpful when you're in a rush to be able to order your food from your phone and then head over to the store and pick it up!

    Horrible horrible horrible customer service, went in to order a sub the grey haired ponytail guy/employee looked so messed up like he didn’t even know were he was, the whole place smelled like weed , and everything I asked for he kept saying they were out of it. If I was the owner if that store that dude would be fired in a heart beat. Also the place was nasty like it hadn’t been cleaned for a couple days.

    Just had an Uber Eats here. Bless Haley and Helen for hanging in there. They were most compliant despite their adversities of being under staffed on a Saturday at 6:30. 😁

    I ordered online and couldn't use ANY of the coupons I got in the mail on wed. I even tried a different location. So around 1130 I ordered for 1215 pick up, got there at 1200 and was told they didnt have my order. Went out to my car to get tablet to show her the order #, and while I'm standing there, the order came in! Had to wait 15 mins for my 2 subs that I paid full price for.

    So me and my roommate went to this subway today and ordered through the drive thru. Waited probably about 30 minutes get our food and we go home open the subs and there no toppings besides a few on one of them but not all the toppings were there. My roommate calls and the lady on the phone says “so there was no veggies at all?” Roommate says no and the girl proceeds to say “well I didn’t make that order.” Very unprofessional so we go up there and the girl snatches the bag out of my hand thinking it’s funny hugs the bag with the subs inside and takes them out of the bag and put the toppings on top of the already soggy subs. In the process it was like she couldn’t focus on putting the correct items on the subs. If it wasn’t clear she reused the same old subs we had she didn’t even change the sub wrappers and we got no bag to carry our food.

    Our sandwiches were good and the staff was very friendly. It was also a clean looking location....but...they were slow at making sandwiches. It's the only reason I can't give more stars.
