We spent time in the under 3 years age group area/room/jail - it was so so sad - the carpet and toys are so old and dirty we did not want our child to sit on the floor - the toys are dubious and definitely have not been cleaned ever - it is a sad and ugly space. The other area does not allow for little ones to play safely as parents can not interact with the kids there. We had to pay nearly 15 leva for a short time, its robbery. Will not go back. Definitely not recommended.

A bit chaotic, not much else but a labyrinth, but at least it's a big one. And good that there is a separate baby play area. As for cafe - tasty food, but slow service. There's room for improvement, guys!

Last visit was an almost complete disaster. 1st birthday party - on arrival the place was not ready, half of the decorations were missing and forgotten, photographer was 2 hours late and never came (thankfully they found a replacement one, who was great), half the staff was inadequate, baby section was way too messy and dirty, with broken toys everywhere... Still two stars because the bigger kid had a blast in the climbing section.

A very good place for kids' parties. The food was good and the service was very friendly. The play area is very big and well supervised.

Nice, cozy place - both for kids and parents alike :). Pros: - The personnel is very ammable; - The playground is large enough for the kids to consume their energy; - There is a separate room (with glass windows) - for toddlers; - Nice looking birthday parties, with attending personnel - for assisting the kids in role playing, etc. - There are available monthly/3 months/6 months/yearly subscriptions. Cons: - Some of the gaming attractions (eg. Ball Vacuum) is sometimes not working due to the missing parts; - Pricing for making kids birthdays are not the most affordable. All in all, I recommend.

Decent place, restaurant is okay, if expensive. The play center is both reasonable, and great.

It's crazy busy as many birthdays are celebrated simultaneously and the staff encourages screaming. Oh joy! The service and food for adults is pretty good, though. We really liked the pizza. The area for children up to 3 years old is a more calm place where one can draw and play games.

Very nice place for children. The staff is polite and friendly. There is also a restaurant for the parents, which makes it even more convenient for an afternoon out or a birthday party.

The kids center is good, but the restaurant is awful - 1 STAR for it. Ultra slow service. The food is not delicious. You can see on the picture what you will receive if you order guacamole...

Amazing soft play! The kids loved it. They spent 2h in there while we were eating in the restaurant.

The kids definately have fun there. As of the restaurant, the menu is rather small and the food not always fresh. Great terrace with a lovely view.
