It is a great mall with many useful shops. Starting from IKEA to Technomarket. Also there is dm and BILA. Further if you would like to relax and watch a movie, there is an IMAX cinema. It is clean and well conditioned with several promotions/activities going on all the time. A good option to spend the evening.

Very central location, meters away walking distance from the subway. Clean and well-maintained! Diverse shopping options, entertainment facilities and dining choices. There is a nice mix between international and local brands. There are definitely better shopping malls in Sofia than this one but Mall of Sofia is not too shabby either. The cinema is a very modern and up-to-date IMAX.

A good mall with shops and a supermarket, Billa in the basement as well as a foodcourt.

Just average mall, nothing special, lack of shoes stores. But there is a supermarket and a big cosmetic store underground.

Very disappointed with this mall. 19/20 employees don't know even basic English words.. Communication is impossible. Regarding foodcourt.. Nothing vegan to eat. The employees that worked there were very rude and some didn't even give me an answer when I asked them something.. They just left.. I was shocked. Also the machines that you pay the parking didn't work! Neither the intercom! Never again.

Good selection of stores, but rude staff, id probably choose another mall. I was asked to move away from a dining area but a pushy lady because i wasnt purchasing anything but i do spend $$ here almost every day. Tomorrow ill spend it elsewhere....

It is a great place to visit! I have been there twice so far and I always enjoy my shoppings there! There is a wide variety of activities to choose from: Enjoy the window shopping, have a meal, buy souvenirs, watch a movie or even have your nails painted! Spend a whole morning there and you will definitely not get bored... ❤️

it was not a very pleasant experience here. in the fast food area there were many employees who did not speak English at all and did not even have a menu written in English to be able to choose what to order. besides that, the worst experience was with the parking lot. they give you free parking for only 15 minutes and then you are obliged to pay only in cash, without the possibility of paying by card.even if we were accompanied by a disabled person, who according to European laws, has the right to park for free by presenting the certificate for disability, the parking guards did not understand this problem and did not accept, telling us that the mall does not offer free parking for the disabled people, despite the laws. they didn't even speak English, so it was all the more difficult to understand each other

It's a wonderful place with good pets inside of it! The toilets are always bad and in a nightmare condition, so far so good! This is Bulgaria, isn't it??? We don't want to do more about it, but we're good at complaining about everything! Cheers!

We bought some food from KFC and we dared sitting on a table there. The guy at meat dome was extremely rude to us and kicked us out despite us having a 3 year old. We pointed out that Bulgarian families were doing the same but he didn't care. It's not a good place for foreigners to go, eat and spend money in. Bulgaria is fantastic though, the people are usually extremely nice and we loved it.

Excellent shopping mall. A wide variety of shops all under one roof, highly recommended for people visiting Sofia. Food court is also amazing and very delicious specially Happy Bar n Grill. Another must visit shop in the mall is Paula Venti, they some amazing 100% real leather goods (you won’t want to miss!)

One of the nice malls in Sofia. A large variety of shops and a nice dining area with a cinema nearby. You can find anything you need under one roof.

I think it is biggest mall in sofia. Almost every ahop is available. The restaurant floor was a bit weak. Not much options to eat. There is a game center at the top floor. There is also a supermarket at the ground floor.

I visited Mall of Sofia on Sunday and I was disappointed by the parking. Unfortunately, there no indication tables to parking entry. I should to look for the entry. The underground parking was full of vehicles. After two laps of levels -1, -2, -3 I become nervous and just left. I recommend to use public transportation to reach the mall. Good luck

First of all the entrance is hard to find. Compared to the other malls in Sofia this one has the smallest shops and in few of them the light was close to nonexistent. Overall the atmosphere in the building is pretty dark and is not giving shopping vibes. Some stores are closing 2 hours before the end of the day.

I visited during heavy renovations, so certain areas of the mall were completely closed off and others didn’t look very pretty. That being said there was still quite a lot to do at this mall, with both a cinema and an arcade (with a whole little floor all to itself), as well as an adequate selection of your usual mall stores (clothes, tech, make-up booths, supermarkets and fast food). There is also a hypermarket on the -2 floor. Overall a pretty ok mall despite all the renovation.

Has a variety of shops including restaurants, game zone, all types of clothing brands(puma, nike, adidas, etc). There is a cash exchange with good rates in the entrance, there is parking available all the time. Furthermore there is a Cinema with modern seats and polite personell!

A mall is a mall I guess but still, a nice, clean and welcoming place ...also lovely and warm while it was snowing outside and -2°, so it was also a relief from the bitter cold.... A nice mall

Great place, you find what you are looking for, not everything, but it has some advantages, although I have a complaint The attention in the space where you paint your nails is TERRIBLE, I made an appointment to paint my fingernails and toenails with the standard paint, and remove the gel paint from my feet, on the day of the appointment, FIRST the girl told me I couldn't get the design I wanted because with the standard paint they could only give me one color and the colors to choose from were few and horrible and SECOND, they only removed the paint from my feet because they told me I hadn't scheduled the appointment to paint my nails. of their feet and they didn't want to do it because "there wasn't enough time on the calendar". Terrible work and treatment and to make matters worse, they charge a high price for the service for something so simple.

When you forget the handbrake and your car rolls away - someone pushes it back to its spot in the parking lot, props it up with a plastic bottle and leaves you a polite note. Bulgarians have become kind like I’ve never seen before. Also, some good food on the top floor. I make it my regular every time I’m around

I like its central location - if you live in downtown Sofia and you don`t have a car, this mall is one of the little options. Today we visited by car - parking is 1 BGN/hour. I see many new stores compared to my last visit months ago. This mall is smaller than the other ones in Sofia and looks a little packed but it is fine. I think toilets were recently renovated but they need another renovation again...

Primarily a mall as any mall - a compact one, tight, yet complete one; the air circulation feels insufficient as I have the feeling of missing fresh air when there; parking price is reasonable if not over extending beyond a few hours.

It's a wonderful place with good shops inside, as well as cinema and food court. The location is good near buses and metro stop Opalchenska. The toilets are always in bad condition, they smell awful....such a shame

It is the first shopping centre in Sofia and probably because of that it is the worst one. It looks old, it is poorly maintained and it is dirty compared to other shopping centres. The food corner has mostly fast junk food restaurants, happily there is a Happy restaurant on premise.

There are other malls in Sofia far better than this one. Boring and repetitive selection of shops and food spots. Would only go there to visit Happy or the cinema

If you have a baby and need to feed it or change the diaper better do it outside because the smell in the tiny baby room is auful. Also the door is glass and see through so if you need to breastfeed.... Well better do it outside because the smell will kill either you or the child.

Nothing lacks there, its a regular and fine Mall. Nail Salon, Movies(of course in Bulgarian), food court and a Diner we sat in, Nice bookstore with Manga and Music and English books too, Clothing in a range of prices, Electronic’s store, cafe’s et cetera..

  • 5/5 Gergana D. 2 years ago on Google
Very good shopping center, the variety of brands is impressive for not such a huge place. The cinema is excellent. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. It's the first mall in Sofia and is located at the best place, super easy to access from various points of the city.

  • 3/5 Ангел . 3 years ago on Google
Personally in my opinion nothing special as a shopping mall. I live very close by and have the chance to visit quite often. The mall is more or less clean, nothing special. Shops inside are very common noting new, special or uncommon. Service is quite nice, working hours are very good. Usually when I visit is for the common food shops, banks, money exchanges or telecommunications services. Main thing I really dislike is the short time for the underground parking, I mean come on 15min free is just not enough. In contrast other malls have at least a 2h free visit time. P.s. car wash is really great, good and descent job for a reasonable price.

I love coming here for coffee (Costa coffee) and shopping. The mall has everything you need. Lots of cafe's and Billa supermarket on the bottom floor. Chemist, bank, food to go. Central location with many transport links to city centre and different part of Sofia.

Decent range of shops, especially food options, which there is a variety of, including a food court area at the rear.

  • 4/5 Paul D. 1 year ago on Google
Some nice shops, and food/cinema on the top floor. I would say it's nice to walk around, but don't go out of your way. The Mall just outside of the city is a much better option

Center of the city. It has Happy in it. You can park your car, have an appetite & shop around. Not very crowded. It has dm & a market in it.

  • 4/5 Ahmet U. 1 year ago on Google
It's a nice and cozy mall which is very close to the center. You can find quite different types of shops though the food court is a little bit small. Recently, they're building on top of the building so it's a little bit chaotic around.

  • 1/5 Татьяна . 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely awful Mall. Today is Saturday, the day when people usually make shopping and ventilation seams like not working at all. After 15 min spending time in mall i felt lack of air, just couldnt breath. Outside temperature+25, and inside seams the same. Owners of mall please pay attention on customers basic needs.

It's a good Mall and seems like it's in a good location but it's somehow dark inside and the surroundings and interior aren't very inspiring. It has iMax and a small badly supplied version of IKEA, so it's not bad, just not my type

  • 3/5 M 1 year ago on Google
A Mall frozen in time. It is like you traveled 20 years in time and you are in a new built Mall in one of the Eastern ex-Comunist country. Most of the shops are small and you have the feeling that nobody care to make the Mall more attractive.

  • 4/5 Josh F. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice building with a good variety of shops and eateries, but another shopping centre to not have a working lift for customers! This one does have two, but unfortunately both were out of action.

  • 3/5 Victor Z. 2 years ago on Google
Mall. Nothing special. Needs better directions inside. But I guess we all need better directions in life in general. Still its a mall got all what you (do not) need.

  • 5/5 Hellion S. 1 year ago on Google
I visit all the time. I think it's the only mall with Imax cinema in Sofia. Not as big as Paradise, but it does have a lot of stores and an IKEA.

  • 4/5 Berin K. 5 years ago on Google
Not so big compared to western malls, but very charming and enjoyable. Many interesting shops and authentic stores. Location in the heart of the city makes this mall easy reachable. Prices are Sofia's usual, there is something for everyone at this place.

  • 3/5 Alexis S. 1 year ago on Google
That Mall was never my favorite. It doesn't have anything special in particular, it's not very big, the cinema is the worst in the capitol.

  • 3/5 Rose-Marie Lynn D. 2 years ago on Google
Good choice of shops Very clean One of the food outlets ..said HONEST BURGERS AND BEER .. I want to know what that means ?? I had KFC .. The chips were not hot .. The 7 up .. tasted funny .. The staff member poured something from another cup into mine .not ice.then filled it from the 7 up tap .. I should have gone back ...but was queues and my knees were hurting from walking òn hard floors ... so through drink out .. Didn't eat many fries .. I am annoyed at myself but really didn't need the extra sugar and cold carbs..

It is a Pretty big mall. It has a lot of shops and all the well-known brands. It is actually pretty expensive if you take into consideration bulgaria's average salary and if yoy compare the prices with anything outside the mall. Overall it's an organized, clean and beautiful mall.

  • 2/5 Venera K. 1 year ago on Google
Used to be a favourite place, but now it's too crowded (I'm not really into bumping into strangers in order to pass through and get to the store I want to get into. Perhaps the new stands are helping for this, it just feels like there's no air in there.

  • 5/5 Meglena T. 2 years ago on Google

I like the little IKEA inside and there are lot of useful service: money transfer, Fibank, phone cover shop with glass service, Laundry service, HAPPY restaurant.

  • 4/5 Anna M. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty okay, even tho it doesn't really have everything one might need. It's perfect if you live in the area and have to run a few quick errands.

  • 2/5 Ethan 1 year ago on Google
Not a great mall. It is good for paying bills, cellular companies, buy some presents or take something you need, but it is not for shopping. It needs renovation and the parking is expensive for this mall. But It is the near centre so I understand that.

  • 5/5 Shela K. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent shopping mall, with various brands stores!

  • 4/5 Christophe S. 11 months ago on Google
Very good in any points except the noise depending when you come. This is however a place where I like to go and feel very comfortable. You can find all what you need in terms of food, non food, electronic, computers, money exchange and restaurants. There’s even a movie theater… You can park easy thanks to a big enough parking where you can fine large park places too. There’s a taxi’s place where drivers are waiting so you don’t need to call them by phone.
