Before
you
read
on,
look
out
for
all
of
Radoslav's
fake
5
star
reviews,
from
people
who
have
not
contributed
before
and
with
professional
on
location
photos
attached
which
are
precariously
identical
to
the
ones
uploaded
by
the
property.
One
of
the
reviews
is
even
made
in
his
own
name.
Ingenious!
And
since
the
property
owner
claims
that
I
have
never
stayed
with
them
and
insists
that
I
went
to
a
wrong
property,
I
have
now
shared
my
booking
reference,
which
contains
the
same
address
and
the
same
contact
number
as
shown
in
my
whatsapp
conversation
and
as
listed
by
the
property
on
Google
Maps.
===========================
This
review
is
going
to
be
a
bit
long,
but
I
promise
you
it
will
be
amusing
to
read,
so
bear
with
me.
I
would
like
to
think
that
I
have
travelled
extensively
over
the
years
and
stayed
a
fair
number
of
hostels
around
the
world,
but
this
one,
and
so
far
only
this
one,
is
worthy
of
a
review
-
for
all
the
wrong
reasons.
It
failed
to
deliver
the
very
basic
things
one
expects
from
an
accommodation:
safety,
hospitality,
and
quite
simply,
access
to
that
bed
that
I
have
reserved.
It
was
in
late
February,
at
the
end
of
a
long
day
after
I
spent
14
hours
on
trains
from
Belgrade.
After
the
confirmation
of
my
booking,
I
soon
received
a
call
from
a
person
name
Radoslav
who
essentially
informed
me
of
two
things:
1)
he
won't
in
the
hostel
because
he
is
out
for
dinner
with
friends,
I
will
have
to
check-in
by
myself.
2)
"We
are
new
so
can
you
leave
us
a
10
star
review".
The
former
is
fair
enough,
self
check-in
is
not
uncommon
and
provided
with
clear
instructions
it
can
be
a
pretty
relaxing
process.
Yet
the
second
request
was
odd
considering
I
have
yet
to
even
arrive
at
the
property.
The
real
episode
however,
started
when
I
got
to
property.
After
finding
my
keys
as
the
per
instructions
in
an
unusually
quiet
hostel,
I
found
out
my
key
cannot
open
the
door
of
my
designated
dormitory.
When
I
contacted
Radoslav
regarding
this
matter,
he
seems
unable
to
provide
any
assistance
beyond
telling
me
to
knock
the
door
again
and
to
knock
harder.
Because
apparently
someone
has
locked
the
door
inside.
Whilst
I
was
locked
out
of
the
dormitory
alone
with
my
luggage,
Radoslav
on
the
other
hand
was
on
the
phone,
repeatedly
questioning
me
if
I
had
gotten
the
wrong
key,
if
I
went
to
right
floor
or
the
right
dormitory.
Not
once
had
he
apologised
or
even
showed
a
remote
sense
of
regret
for
the
problem
which
I
was
facing.
After
30
minutes
of
banging
on
the
door
in
vain
I
demanded
him
to
provide
a
concrete
solution
as
I
was
losing
patience
-
to
my
surprise
at
the
time,
he
became
rude,
aggressive,
telling
me
that
he
is
one
who
is
"losing
patience",
presumably
with
me,
and
threatened
me
to
leave
hostel
with
no
legitimate
reason
or
else
he
would
call
the
police.
While
enraged,
considering
I
was
incredibly
sleep-deprived
and
that
I
was
going
to
be
in
the
city
for
less
than
24
hours,
I
have
decided
not
to
confront
him
and
escalate
the
situation.
But
let
me
be
clear,
that
does
not
legitimse
his
behaviour.
To
be
honest,
for
those
of
us
who
stayed
in
hostels,
hardware
issues
happen
from
time
to
time,
and
is
much
tolerated
by
backpackers
should
the
given
issue
be
1)
acknowledged,
and
2)
solved.
But
in
this
instance
he
did
neither.
Top
Center
could
be
a
great
hostel
if
you
didn't
run
into
any
unexpected
issue
-
I
would
never
know
in
my
life
because
I
didn't
have
the
fortune
to
stay
there.
But
the
bottomline
is
this:
If
you
unfortunately
face
any
sort
of
problem,
know
that
this
property
is
being
managed
by
someone
who
is
not
only
egoistic
and
who
would
never
admit
his
own
mistakes
and
deny
responsibilities,
but
most
of
all
he
could
well
become
aggressive.
If
that's
not
what
you
are
looking
for
during
your
Eastern
Europe
adventure,
then
this
hostel
is
to
be
avoided
at
all
cost.
Of
course
I
could
be
biased,
so
I
have
attached
some
screenshots
of
our
conversation
(unfortunately
our
phone
discussions
was
not
recorded),
and
you
can
be
a
judge
of
this
unpleasant
episode.
