Third class hotel.... Don't even think of living in this hotel... Not at all cheap... Service is worst... Untidy rooms... No cleanliness... Unrepaired water taps... Horrible...

Wish could give even less than 1 star. Worst hotel ever been to in my lifetime. Bad rooms, not sure even if sanitized or not, bathrooms soo small that I couldn't even stand but the prices are no less than a good hotel. Overpriced Bad experience Rude staff Not cooperative at all

Very small and untidy rooms with cockroaches and spiders. Dirty bathroom. Not even a budget room. Charged me 1200 per night for 1 adult & child.

For Middle class family it's a better hotel . hotel owner allow to stay 4-5 people in one room 1000-1200 .

Spend some extra money and stay in a good hotel, otherwise you will regret it. The rooms in their pictures are demo room, they will give you a very bad room. A Message to Hotel Owner: Do the business you are good at. And add real images of your rooms to the online booking website.

Absolutely pathetic. The government should immediately cancel its license if there is any. Garbage rooms. Absolutely dirty everything unclean water leaking from everywhere. Horrible night stay it was.

Not worthy at-all because room service was third class and receptionist is not helpful with us and also cleaning was not maintained when we book our room, not enough equipment. He charged more money that time around 8 hour for 880rp. Not satisfied

Visiting citizen hotel was a good experience.hotel was clean and sanitize , hotel staff was very helpful in handling luggage and room service was smooth effective and efficient.the problem i found is rate was too high from room. room was not worth upto that as was rate card. In all it was a good experience.
