Overall The Dmart is well known for its one stop shop. I liked it because all the stock of material was available except the skincare materials like soap etc I think they should check on the stock I visited 2 time but not available but overall Good experience.

They just do fraud in billing. I got experience of that 2 times. They keep the board on products of one rate or offer and in billing they put other rates. And after talking with manager.. they just says that we kept the board wrongly by mistake and billing amount is correct.

Ample place for parking and hangout ! It’s most comfortable when it comes to commuting inside and picking groceries. Staff is average on the experience but manageable. Don’t go on weekends to avoid rush and billing queue. Staff at entrance could be little professional while treating customers. Overall, a nice place away from city.

Had a great experience, The prices of goods are affordable, There is an air conditioning system, Car parking is spacious, The materials needed in daily life and many things are available in one place so there is no need to look for another shop.

Mr. UMESH CHOWGHULE, a rude and unsympathetic person. Even his colleagues are the same. I lost my phone while changing in the dressing room, within 5 min I realised I have left it there, but within that time some other person went in and taken it. I reached the customer care area, where I politely told the issue of loss. While I continuously kept calling on the phone with help of my brother's phone, it kept ringing. I requested if they could help with CCTV or any other. But they denied helping anyhow without a police complaint. I asked to talk to any senior authority but the guy denied connecting me to them and asked me to call on the website number, the website number just rings and never responds (tried calling 20 times). Mr Umesh ran from the scene without resolving while threatening if we don't leave he will call the police upon us. The worst part was the person who had the phone was still on the premises but due to lack of any help or cold approach from Dmart customer services, the phone was lost in the sea of people.

The floor is pretty big so even if it gets crowded you can shop comfortably except for billing lines. Mornings are usually less crowded. Foodgrains and cereals are available loose and also as packets. Usually available in big quantities. Discounts and offers on many products run all around the year. Doesn't sell medicines.

In general I go to Dmart regularly in summer to take the Cool air from AC which is of free of cost.Some products are quiet expensive while some are available at the cheap cost as compared to market place.Overall we can get almost each and everything that we need in daily life at one place. Overall good place 👍

Nobody is caring for Customers who visit. I have noted Staff Shortage in this Mart. Too much rush and no response to customers from D Mart Staff related to enquiry of Products. 02 to 03 Cash Counters Closed during a very heavy rush hour. As a result, I have faced Billing Problem at the Counters. Too much time has taken for Billing. Management should try to open some more Billing Counters to help the Customers.
