No Value for customer time, very irresponsible for customer time Very bad experience after purchasing clothes they taken my 1 hour 30 mins extra, I have purchased more than 20 clothes, They have taken my huge amount of time just for making the bills and counting the clothes repeatedly multiple times as i already told them to make a single bill but due to their 101 percent cashback offer they were making every bill separately I also informed them about my credit card that bank will only approve 4 times payment after that it will decline the payment l, so it happened as I said so I have to gave them another card and I was waiting for more than 1 hour even after complaining to manager about this he doesn't gave attention he said you can complain to owner directly not to me manager and staff cannot handle the small crowd the problem was not from my end it was from management they were very slow i purchased the clothes in 30 min and I was standing in billdesk for more than 35 mins after a lot of complaints and arguments they taken my words seriously and called some other staff as they were unable to handle

Very Costly No Value for Money. Better Buy in offer on Multiple Platforms instead of spending more here... Variety of Stock is Available But Staff is busy in attending multiple Customers At One Time. Bad Experience

you can find nice clothes ( printed fabric cotton for woman and man) and also gifts to take back (as paper books), at affordable price. The choice is huge and the staff is helpul.

Simply pathetic customer service. They expect you to buy even if you don’t like . Staff told me no one will show you next time if you don’t buy now . They need to train staff on customer Service.

I never experienced this kind of worst service before.The salesmans are full of arrogant in nature,when I asked him to show a pant he showed me 32 size. there is dark stain on pant I asked him to give me another same piece then he refused to do so and he told me that once you wash this pant the stain will be remove.And I asked him to show me same pant size 34 for my brother he was showing different pants and claiming that the both pants are same.the salesman thinks all the people doesn't know the different between the fabrics,they thinks all the customers are full.The I request to the owner then he told to his salesman that leave the one customer you will get 4 customers...I never expect this from owner too..If the behavior of owner is like this then what we expect from salesman..From now on I'll boycott the Atlance men's wear ,and also convince my friends instead of going atlance buy the cloths from another shops. Thank you.

Atlance a place to shop for clothing.. I visit this place since i was very small... Now prices of clothes have been drastically increased you need atleast ₹3,000 to buy some good pair of clothes Also would recommend the owner to look after staff behaviour and their way of communication...

The third floor which is of kids section lack of skill how to handle customer and literally shows expensive cloth to loot people.
