Tricked into believing that the water is hot when it is actually lukewarm. Disappointed at how dirty it was. And appalled at their attempt to scam me out of $100 with false accusations. The door handler was unattentive with phone in hand and back faced towards the door. Hair within bed sheets and mold in bathroom.

First they give me room without balcony, but i have booking a room with balcony. Then next day they give me a room with Balcony, the room was clean but they forget to clean the balcony, i say this to reception but nothing happens,.the carpet in elevator must change, it's looks dirty. its not much money to change a carpet, but looks much more better, the Breakfast. Egg was cold,, first day no Marmelade. The toaster only work half, normally you can toast 4, but now only 2 toast bred. And the guys who works at the breakfast, They make fun of the guests. Gringo and other i hear. I was in many hotel in Asia, Europa and in Colombia and all over the world, but at this, and for this price. Is absolutely a no go.

it seems nothing works properly at this place, leaking water in the room. Broken shower after their upgraded us to suit. The electronic key card never worked so we had to use the old fashion metal key. Blinds in the room broken. Only positive is price we paid, it was cheap for having a king suit.

They offered me a bigger room because there’s no hot water in the entire building and I was really looking forward to that but I ended up staying in my room I saw no point in moving to a bigger room. The hotel looks old and there’s no phones inside for room service you have to use WhatsApp. Im giving them 2.5 stars because they took 43 minutes to get back to me and they did once I left a review. The bathroom wasn’t clean there was hair on the shower floor. They did bring me my food up pretty quick. So

The hotel is located in very good place located near a lot of shops and bars. Where you are greeted very nicely but the staff. Just read and ask if you don’t understand certain things, because it might be confusing. For example we had a little issues with the food service but the staff chief (Sonia Lopez) rectify the issue right away and doing she made it feel really good with her hospitality and professionalism as well as her stuff under her. Windsor should feel proud to have an employee like her. Otherwise this is hotel is really good if want to visit Barranquilla. Heads up just read and ask questions

The hotel was clean with 2 nice resteraunts pool and very great service from its staff.

Great spot to stay in Medellin PERRRFECT

I paid for one of their top rooms, so I expected more. In a hotel that was essentially empty they put me in a room with a broken showerhead and broken faucet knob with a floor which was peeling. Noise from the street woke me up at 5:30 AM, their chef reprimanded me for not correctly wearing my mask and then talked with two people without masks for about five minutes and the breakfast selection was a large buffet, but it was without it's charm. This hotel has an interesting colonial British architecture with a decent location ideal for walking around the city and a friendly staff, mostly.

Nice rooms and friendly service

We went for breakfast, but the service was terrible. No one approached us to offer us coffee. We got there at 8:30 and all the trays were empty. They only had eggs and sausages. They never replaced empty trays with more food and the juice dispensers were emptied. I asked for a fry egg and never recieved it. Not happy at all with the service. Bed is very comfy and the TV is nice. How water service isn't very good.

Great place the service in the pool from the hotel is not that good although there's a pizza place in the hotel close to the pool and it's better to buy from them they will take care of any need that you may have and when I say any need I mean any need those guys are the best also they have a spa which is one of the best I've ever been the massage lady is one that you want to have every day at home to give you massage try it you will love it with a great price too

They changed me 2 times due to the smell of mold and one of the rooms had mold on the bathroom wall
