I made 2 different reservations and at the time of check-in the front clerk couldn't find one of them, very disappointed

I select my return Hotels very carefully and the reason I go back to Hampton by Hilton at Calle 85 is that they are always helpful and pleasant to work with and rooms are clean with good WiFi.

Booking made online, when checking in the personnel at the front desk gave us a hard time because they do not believe we live in another country, . They started to ask for very personal documents such as tax ID , SSN and Addresses outside of COL. It was a very unpleasant experience. Will not stay at this place again.

Had to choose this hotel because all others were full. Staff was exceptional and went out of their way to offer assistance. The room was super small. Location of hotel is terrible. Massive amount of traffic. Entrance to hotel is right next to a medical center.

The stay was amazing. You feel welcome as a Hilton honors member. Great facilites and a good in the last floor. The breakfast was good.

Creat location and service; convenient self service breakfast, plus 24 hours pharmacy right next door.

Hotel rooms are fine but not cheap. The food was really expensive and bad. Do not choose the Cesar salad!!! It was watery, tasteless and the chicken was dry. Don’t eat here. They charge a service fee for bad service.

One stars … that’s what happens When the front desk staff ask you as a guest to pay for your breakfast in what I consider a rude way to do it. was an ok breakfast tbh, nothing wow. Room did smell kind of funny like humidity or something like it.

Front desk personnel, and room maids were friendly. Rooms were clean and well kept. I was extremely overcharged for poor quality, greasy and bad prepared sandwiches. In addition, I was charged tip with no prior consultation or authorization from me. I had communicated this the following morning hoping to get a courtesy credit, but nothing happened. I was handed the bill at check out time and was told nothing could be done.

I came from Los Ángeles to baranquilla My stay was very pleasant I went from 3/21-25/2022 staff was super friendly lively atmosphere always greeted with a smile nice to see great customer service there free breakfast is amazing has tons of variety and traditional Colombian breakfast they also have restarting on site that you can order great food also I definitely recommend this place

The jacuzzi and the view from the top floor was the best part of my stay. I also enjoyed the included breakfast. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I was given a 1pm check out, not as late as I would have liked but they offered to hold my luggage for me on my last day while I explored the city. I really like the lobby of this hotel, it's very comfortable.

There was ants in my room. And the A/C was not functional so I was given a fan until I got another room.

The rooms are very clean, the hotel is relatively new. There is surprisingly enough space in the room. The bed was not a king bed but confortable. Great value. I’d say you get more than you pay for $150.000 COP.
