Small venue with possibility of bettering. Staff tries to be helpful. Communication between receptionists could improve as making a reservation was kind of doutful. Could improve. Additionally, the service at the tiny restaurant area wasn't able to keep up with demand for breakfast. In general, I would give this venue a 3 star overall.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a very long time, the staff was very nice and helpful the owner greets you personally during breakfast and the best thing is that he will personally do the best for you to feel comfortable with everything if you stay there do try the carimañolas at breakfast time, they are to die for. All and all I wish I could give it a 6th star and a few more, I highly recommend this hotel , Good for every type trip .

Beautiful hotel outdoor and in I love the staff especially which took care of my group and I all throughout the funnest carnaval in Baranqilla best coffee ever I have a business for coffee and I am bringing back the coffee the boss given me to take to my own in New York City Food is outstanding and the rooms are perfect 👌

WARNING: Fraudulent management, horrible service. We booked a King Deluxe room (with a patio and city views) for 1 night, with late arrival. Upon arriving, we were placed in a room with no windows. When asked to be given the room I paid for, I was told that "mistakes happen", there are no other rooms available, they can reimburse me, and good luck finding something else after 10pm... We did manage to find alternative booking. Be warned that what you reserve is not what you'll get, that you will be given any room available and be expected to be thankful for it. Terrible service.

Great Hotel. Very clean, large, comfy beds and blankets/pillows. Very helpful and polite staff. Rooms are very clean too. Nice breakfast is served in the morning as well!

This is the best boutique hotel in Barranquilla city. The beds are very comfortable, the staff is super nice and the food in the restaurant is amazing. I stayed in the hotel for 20 days and I will definitely come back.

Place Was Terrible , AC not working well ,Service Bad, Bathroom s at Front desk dirty messy. And bad Smells.

Bed was comfy room was huge shower amazing

Looks new and was very clean but not alot worked. Running water in sin was a trickle. Toilet didn't flash water. Lámpara are rusted and mouldy. Hairdryer didn't work etc
