Sad sad. This place is in dismay and run down. Do not feel save Water Filtration in the rooms; bed sheets , furniture and towels dirty. The outside facade is falling apart, hopefully the “Miami Surfside, building collapse” does not repeat!! Simple task as changing a light bulb is not even perform. The main entrance had bad bulbs over a week. All positive reviews mentions “staff was great” but do not mention what staff!! Most likely given are fake reviews that google needs to review. Was a Google account created just to post a review!!

Stayed here as I was visiting for work and was eagerly pleased with the hotel. Location is great and located right across from a high end mall, it's centrally located but extremely busy in this area. The staff was great and the food in the restaurant on the first floor was delish. Stayed here for 1 week and would recommend when you check in to ask for 2 room keys cause if not then your room will be a sauna and will take a while to cool down. Room key is your gateway to turn on your electricity and AC for your room. I Stayed in the city view suite top floor and it was lovely

This was such a comfortable stay for me!!! Junior was helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker so he was also super helpful with communication. I stayed about three weeks and had the business suite (great choice)! I ate at the hotel much of the time and the food was good so I didn’t get tired of it. The pool is beautiful and some days I stayed up there to work remotely. There was live music some nights, which was pretty good. There were no issues with anything and I was really happy I chose this hotel over the other options. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is always happy and smiling :) everyone is always willing to help u with any of ur needs! They go above and beyond here! The food is pretty amazing, specially their breakfast! Great location. Near by everything, including a mall with some pretty awesome shops! I would come back to Barranquilla just to experience this hotel stay! Thank u!!!

Fantastic Hotel. I stayed in the suite and it was amazing. Very spacious, clean, and organized. Has everything you need. Amazing pool views. Steam room was great way to end the day. The hotel staff are incredibly accommodating. Best service and attention I’ve received in Colombia so far. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended 3 extra nights. Big thank you to Javier & Jesus for the seamless check in and excellent continued customer service. I will definitely be staying here again.

How can you 5 star a hotel when the Air Conditioner was not working? Because one has to measure a hotel when something goes wrong. We’re human and if something is not working you need human assistance. The evening Staff member on duty when our AC went out was Jesus. He immediately took care of our issue & arranged another super clean room for availability. All with sincere Compassion and smile!! Thank You crown Plazza Barranquilla, you hired the right man in Jesus!!!’

Service is great...but it is just soooo loud, i wish the windows and rooms were more soundproofed. There's too much street noise since its a busy area. There's loud music and a constant humming/drilling sound that kept me up at night.

I spent over a month in this hotel and I just can say they have the best, helpful and friendly staff, Amaury and Junior were always welcome, warm,and acommodating with me and my husband ,staff at the restaurant are exceptional too I really felt like it was important to them to make our stay the best experience, Can't wait to come back to barranquilla and stay with them .

I normally don't write reviews, but the service I experienced was exceptional. I checked in earlier today and while on the toilet my door opened someone stepped in and quickly left. I checked everything was normal. I assumed it was security or housekeeping that simply made a mistake. But I did mention to the front desk when I went down stairs a few hours later. They took it very serious. First they were very aplogetic. Then to my surprise they brought me a meat and cheese snake tray along with more apologies. Then a short time later the head of security came to my room explained who it was and like I thought was a mistake. Then he showed me video of the housekeeper entering my room. I am very impressed with the service and have stayed here before and will again in the future.

Great location and the entire staff is incredible. Great location to walk around. Plenty of restaurants and the mall is across the street.

Very nice hotel. Great service since we just walked in. Customer Service was great and helpfull. Amaizing room and best of all there is 3 shopping malls just across the street. Cons: Very noisy Friday, Saturday and Sundays because there are several nightclubs close by.

Very disappointed To start we get assigned a wrong room and 1 and 1/2 later is when the error is corrected. From room keys not working; even after reprograming three times a Day. To toilet overflowing, to hair dryer not turning on. Bed sheets are dirty and shelf / bookshelf / furniture dirty and dusty. Halls are hot and hotel overall look under managed. Outside fade looks corroded and worn down. Water Heater wires are exposed with thin tape separating a short circuit. An interesting observation. Toilets are oversized, however toilet seat are on the smaller size. Room service / front desk takes for ever to answer phone.. And forget about a quiet night. Hotel has no consideration for guest; loud music is played till late all around. .

Worst hotel ever. Rooms not cleaned properly. Appliances in room not working. Room floated with soapy water from the washing machine. Toilet does not flush. Common areas are extremely warm. Structural questionable. Poorly maintained , staff rude and conceited. Great location, not worth the time of day. Overpriced for what you get. Not safe. Not worth it!!

Great experience, strategically located, restaurants and the Mall less than five minutes away. the pool and view are spectacular. The breakfasts are great and the best of all was Angie's attention in the restaurant
