This is an amazing place. Very clean. The waitress and night front desk person could improve their customer service skills. The maids are incredibly kind and helpful, as well as the day front desk ladies. The bartender is very good and respectful. This place is in the middle of the loud, tropical, hot social place of Puerto Colombia. So, if you want to sleep quietly, this is not the place. But if you want to enjoy the proximity to the Rumba, beach, dock, restaurants, etc., this is your place. Also, kids friendly. We loved it. 😍
