Worst hotel ever!No hot water, old rooms, nowifi, bad location, no soundproof, staff unfriendly and did not speak english. We paid a super expensive price during carneval and we couldnt even sleep due to the lack of soundproofing. We left one day esrlier and they did not even offer to change us room or to refund one night. Terrible hotel, one of the worst I stayed. I've tried to reach out to them multiple times and no response to me or to agoda.
