Xplor is awesome! We booked through our resort and transportation as well as food was included, however alcoholic drinks were not. They had two routes of zip lines to try out, both were extremely amazing! There were amphibious vehicles to drive on long routes, make sure to try both routes since they are different. Under ground rivers to walk and swim through caves are so cool and some have slides through out it! I would definitely recommend coming here. If you are here, get the photo pass which is connected to your helmet so the park can take all your photos for you!

Absolutely worthwhile experience! All the activities were fun but I especially liked the zip lining, as you go through many different courses and eventually land to a water area. I really liked that the had two areas where you can have refreshments and cookies, and the buffet restaurant too. Provided a nice resting area before going with the next activity. One thing to note, they have restrictions on the sunscreen you can use, so be wary of that as they will take it and hold on to it while you're there.

This place is absolutely amazing. We did the night time activity and it’s was totally worth the $105 dollars we spent. Parking was easy to find. Be prepared to walk and also bring a change of clothes. Water shoes are a must. We went during the week and it wasn’t too crowded. We got to do the rides several times. There is no bar there for obvious reasons but it was an amazing time. I can’t wait to go back.

Thrills, Adventure, and Unforgettable Moments at Xplor! Our day at Xplor was an absolute adrenaline rush, and our group of four had a blast navigating the various activities! From heart-pounding zip lines to off-road amphibious vehicle rides, the park delivered on its promise of excitement. While paddle rafting proved challenging for me, the other activities more than made up for it. A tip for future visitors: invest in the photo package at the entrance – it's a worry-free way to capture all your action-packed moments. It would be even better if they included the videos in the package rather than selling them as part of a higher tier. The lunch buffet was a delightful surprise – the food was amazing, and the staff across the park were not only wonderful but also incredibly helpful. We felt safe on every ride, adding to the overall positive experience. For future adventurers, I recommend starting your day with the exhilarating zip lines in the morning. Tackle all the circuits before moving on to the off-road amphibious vehicles. Opt for an early lunch, preferably before noon, to beat the crowds. Then, spend the remainder of the day enjoying the fantastic water activities. Xplor can be visit in one day for thrill-seekers, and with a bit of strategic planning, you're in for an unforgettable day of adventure!

Xplor is always a blast for the family. Nowhere else can you experience such diverse, adventurous activities including zip lining, ATV driving, and cave exploring. It is well-staffed and well-maintained, with cleanliness and clear Covid-19 guidelines. There is also a good use of space so that it never feels crowded even though it serves so many guests. The picture package is also very positive, and there are dozens of photo opportunities distributed throughout the park. Food is lackluster, but that's only to be expected from feeding such large crowds buffet style. All in all, Xplor remains on our list to return to whenever we are in the Yucatan.

Great for those looking for adventure. 14 zip lines in total and is divided into an easy and intermediate level. They both end with going into the water so dress appropriately. The amphibious vehicle was so much fun and loved that it took us under caves. Buffet lunch was included in the entrance fee and so many delicious options plus an ice cream machine. Went on a Saturday so there were long lines for everything. 7 hours was not enough to do everything the park has to offer.

We visited this park at the end of September so we got experience this park to the fullest! There were little to no lines at any of the attractions here, we got to do every attraction at least twice. The entire park was so beautiful and amazing, I’m truly at a loss of words! - Buffet here was delicious. So many different items that were so amazing here so I cannot name them all, you just have to check it out and try them - The entire staff here was very helpful and friendly - Both zip lining courses were amazing - The ATV were an amazing experience. There’s two courses here, one of them is definitely way better than the other - The underwater caves left me at a loss of words. They were so beautiful - The hammock zip lining was cool. Nothing compared to the actual zip lining I’ll definitely be coming back to this park!

We spent a wonderful day!! Still in awe how well-managed everything is in the park. The stuff is always helpful, friendly and smiling at you. Whenever you go, you are always surrounded by the rainforest and beautiful scenery. The park is themed around caves and underground exploration. I have never before in my life had a swim or took a raft in the cave. So impressive! Tips wise: - bring your own water shoes - bring your own waterproof phone holder (700$ pesos in the park) - bring your own towels - go to the zip lines either the very first thing or the very last. It gets the most crowded around 10:00-10:30 am. - explore 2 routes with ATVs. The one with the departing station 1 and 2 is way cooler - try to buy the ticket in advance (at least 48 hours to get the discount) Underground expedition was a bit underwhelming. You just walk through the cave. If there is a queue, I would recommend doing other activities first like the raft and swimming. Unfortunately, during our visit TOBOGANXOTE (the water slide) was not open yet:(( Other than that, I would highly recommend spending the day with your family, friends or loved ones there.

Great set of experiences! Seven hours is not long enough to try everything this park has to offer! So much variety, and so many ways to cool off. Come prepared to exert yourself physically, especially if you plan to zipline. You'll have an absolute blast!

Love the full adrenaline this park provides. From the first zip line to the last! They have a 80 second line. It’s an amazing feeling to feel the thrill and the beauty of nature. Make sure to bring comfy water shoes because you will have parts where you get wet and others are dry. With your package you get a meal (buffet style) which it’s a variety of food. Great customer service very friendly staff. Make sure you bring sunscreen, water bottle and lots of energy!

Definitely a must do when going to Cancun. Super fun park, has everything all in one. Definitely got to knock off a couple of things off my bucket list all in one park. Few quick tips when visiting, I recommend doing the zip lining first when you get to the park because the lines build up later in the day. And also buying a photo package when you first get there and get all of your equipment. That way you'll get pictures from all the rides and as many pictures as you want at the different photo locations throughout the park and you won't have to wait in line at the end of the day to buy your pictures. Getting the photo package first just leaves more time for you to enjoy the park. The zip lining is super fun, you literally zip line from one to another zip line, to another zip line, to another so you don't have to worry about walking from one to the other. The amphibious vehicles are super fun as well. All of the other activities are fun as well but those two were my favorite. You get to do exactly what you see in the pictures on their website. And the food at the buffet was really tasty, it's amazing that's it's included in the ticket.

Highly Recommended!! My visit lasted around 5 hours, and I must say it was time well spent. There's ample parking, and getting tickets was a breeze. Food and drinks were included in the price of the ticket, which is a fantastic bonus. Additionally, lockers are available to store your items, making it convenient and worry-free. One piece of advice: make sure to walk with your water shoes!! If you forget them, don't worry; some are available for purchase onsite. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

We went on Christmas day. Not too busy, but recommend going for open as there are a lot of activities and you will wait. We went zip lining, river swim, rafting, and atv. All were amazing. Cave views are incredible. There is a wide assortment of food choices and it is fabulous.

This place was beyond what I could have imagined. The exciting outdoor water activities, the zip-lining, and even the food was amazingly delicious. I had a wonderful time here and it was my first time. I advise everyone to purchase the bracelet for pictures and also the buffet. Staff was very friendly and professional. Zip-lining staff was on their A-game from the beginning, not some, ALL OF THEM. They were courteous, professional and they never stressed when the people piled up. I was really astonished by how well this theme park ran. The amount of memories I created here will be one I can remember forever.

Xplor was so much fun! When I come back to Mexico I will definitely be returning!! I recommend going early in the morning to avoid wait times. I would also recommend purchasing the picture package prior to arriving because it is difficult to take pictures on a covered hand held device.

This place was sooo fun...it was an amazing experience. I got there just after the park opened and was able to do every experience as well as eat. My favorite experience was the jeep ride but everything else came in second because it was hard to choose. If you do ziplining be prepared for a lot of walking and climbing. The buffet offered a variety of different food and drinks which all were good. You definitely want to have water shoes and if you bring your own sunscreen it has to be biodegradable, they'll check the Ingredients on it and if contains certain things they'll hold it for you (you pick it up when you leave) and give you packets of biodegradable sunscreen to use. They give you a locker to use which is a decent size and the key is on a wristband that can withstand all the activities. I definitely recommend and can't wait to go back and try the night experience!

We had the best time ever. We came off a cruise ship so we didn’t have all day but our tour guide @josue was the best ever. He made sure we got to do everything. I would definitely go again!!!

Such an experience! All inclusive-like entrance with buffet included and everything taken care of. The right amount of adrenaline even for those who are not absolute junkies. It always feels safe and controlled. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Overall it has my recommendation.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST! If you are into an adventure, this is the place to be! We went as a group of 6 and had a blast. From the amazing zip line course ( be prepared to walk, climb, and get your steps in) to the off-roading vehicles, then the underground cave exploration (you walk through water, prep yourself to be wet basically all day) it was so much fun. The water activities definitely helped us feel cool. The buffet food was so delicious! I would totally do this again!

One of the best places to have fun, been around the jungle and eat great food, make sure to get in early to try to do all the activities and if you want to pay extra to stay for Xplor fuego do it, you won’t be disappointed. Lots of activities for the whole family. Make sure to be respectful to nature and animals and specially be kind towards employees, as you might be aware they don’t get paid a lot and they are making a living on these conditions of heat, humidity and all nature brings year round. Don’t forget your GoPro as you go through the zip lines you’ll have an amazing time and at the top of the zip lines take some time to look around and contemplate the jungle. Go to drive the atv’s through the caves and rivers, you’ll have a blast. It can be nerve wracking to swim on the caves but be brave and do it, you’ll be amazed to see the stalactites and maybe some bats but you’ll have something to talk about with your family and make sure to smile to the camera on specifics sport to capture the wonder of the jungle and caves.

Amazing experience. They have lovely activities like driving into jungle, swim in river and walk throw caverns. As a tip book your entrance in advance with 7 or 21 days, you will get 10-15% discount and do it from Xcaret website is the cheapest way and buy swimming shoes before getting there you will need it.

This is one of our favorite places when we come to the riviera maya! They have the best zip line circuit around and all the activities are well worth the admission price! Their buffet is the best we have had at any theme park and is included in the price. The park is very well planned out and i believe everything is posible to do in one day. Pretty soon the will have their next attraction ready to go, its a big slide that includes i believe 4 different slides

Visited Xplor whilst on holiday in Cancun, I’d researched it prior to coming and we both knew we wanted to visit. We arrived through our transfer at 9 and was seen promptly, we were provided helmets & our locker key. Bring your own water shoes and waterproof phone case if you want to take photos. We did but saw they were selling water shoes for over $70 and phone cases for $50. As the park is go at your own pace we started with the zip lines, they were amazing, absolutely breath taking. My partner and I were able to go on them together too which was so much fun to do together. We then did the ATVs which were so much fun, the caves are magical. We then did all of the water activities, the rafts, the swim, and the underground expedition. Absolutely incredible. The swim through the waterfall was beautiful. The only one we didn’t enjoy so much was the rafts, a lot of people in front of us didn’t know how to use them and everyone was getting held up and bumped into. The lunch was also really good quality. You definitely work up an appetite so that was great, my partner was very happy. Our transfer didn’t come back until 4.30 but we were done with everything at around 2ish. It’s definitely worth it and we had such a memorable day out

One of the best adventure parks in Cancun, Mexico! We totally had fun driving ATVs, swimming in the caves, and zipping thru the trees! Thank god for the all inclusive package that came with the unlimited drinks including water, coffee, smoothies, and juices! The all inclusive packages also included a buffet lunch which offered a variety of foods such as hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, salads, and pastas, among many others! Oh and there’s a separate charge for photos which I recommend for groups of friends and families as well as couples. Definitely recommend coming here!

  • 5/5 Patrick H. 1 year ago on Google
Had a really good time here, restaurant is included with your ticket purchase! A bunch of zip lines, caverns you can walk, swim, and boat through! This definitely a place you want to bring the kids if they aren’t afraid of heights, or water! You will definitely get wet here! Enjoy!

  • 5/5 Joshua C. 1 year ago on Google
It was so much fun to experience the ziplines through fire, amphibious vehicles, and rafting through the stalactite caves. I highly recommend that anyone go if they have the chance. Meals included is the cherry on top at the buffet, with so many selections of food.

  • 5/5 Victor M. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent! It is a park full of pure energy, the attractions are very safe and if you plan your time well you can even repeat some activities. They have a bar of combined natural juices that are very refreshing and healthy, the food at the buffet table is also exquisite. The price for local visitors is very affordable and they can even have access to other discounts.

  • 4/5 Robbie T. 11 months ago on Google
Superb adventure park with incredible landscaping and equally incredible attractions. Prepare to walk a LOT. We did all of the attractions and walked 22k steps. Water shoes are good but not supportive for all the walking. We used our Tiva sandals and these were perfect. All food and non alcoholic beverages are included. I don’t recommend you use a waterproof phone protector as they make your images and videos blurry. We took the phone out or pictures and just kept in for protection when not using. River walk and underground expedition/ rivers were cold in the morning when we did them, would recommend doing later in the day when the water has warmed up. Furthermore, the river walk and underground expedition were not that great, the underground river was good but no current so make sure you have the energy to swim. Zip lines were amazing. Would recommend doing first before they get busy. Underground rafts were very difficult to manoeuvre and quite busy. I preferred the underground river as really chill. Amphibious vehicles are in 2 parts, first section has water, second section is dry but more skill required as tighter tunnels and tracks. We really enjoyed this. Summary: A great day experience, the tunnels and caves that link the activities are an attraction in themselves. I wish that they posted distances on the signs as we quite often would be walking underground for 10mins or more not knowing how much further we needed to go. Attractions are great, but not enough to keep us there for more than a day, and would not be returning next time as we feel we have ‘done’ the experience. Don’t under appreciate the amazing geological site, you are literally INSIDE a rainforest full of caves and beautiful botany.

  • 5/5 David L. 1 year ago on Google
This place is for people who would love to enjoy and explore stalactite caves lit up by beautiful lighting and surrounded by water. Swim, walk or boat in these caves, the experience is wonderful. There are also activities like zip lining, Driving jeeps and water slides. Definitely a must do.

Zip lines, ATV rides, underground caves, so many fun things to do. We got everything done pretty quickly and had an hour before our bus picked us up so we rested in the hammocks on property. Food was good and included in ticket. Lockers are free.

Perfect name . XPLOR!! you'll be doing a lot of that . Set in the jungle, be prepared to do lots of walking. Lines weren't that long, lots of staff to get you moving quickly. Restaurant was good . Lots of choices, and unlimited . Smoothies and milkshakes included. They have lockers and changing rooms for you to use. I saw many animals, lizard, snake, monkey, coati. I would go back . Be prepared to walk, and lots of sun. I went early on a weekend and it was quite a few people there. Zipline line had the longest wait. The amphibious vehicle was pretty cool. I seen many lizards, and you are immersed in the jungle. There are guides and staff everywhere to answer questions and help you stay on track to get the most out of your time there. Make sure to bring water shoes, towel, change of clothes, and a water bottle to refill.

Enjoyed my time at Xplor! The staff were all really friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious! The only part I did not like was that parts of the park were closed or not working (like the photo stations?), but other than that, it was amazing. Would highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Angela C. 7 months ago on Google
Visited with friends, had an amazing and fun time. Be aware that is crowded and there are long lines ouside of every activity. Great if you love zip lines and caves!! The underground waters are a must! Crystal clear and cold!! Food is great and they also offer lockers for your staff.

Love it! Amazing caves, zip lines are mind blowing and the smoothies are my kids favorite every time we go! There is more here to do than you can imagine. *Lots of walking and water shoes are a must.

Xplor is a definitely a place to explore that’ll make you feel like you’ve accomplished way more than Dora the explorer. These guys don’t play around when it comes to adrenaline, specially going through the zip line. Very well organized theme park and friendly staff for the most part. Definitely recommend

Perfect place to play for the day. A variety of activities for adults and children alike. Our party ranged from 40 year Olds to 7 year old children, everyone was able to participate and have a good time. You will get wet and move a lot.

You could do this either in day or night. Did it at night. It was great. Drinks and food is included. Lots of food options. Recommendation: Wear water shoes. Clothes which is good for water activities. You will get wet. Please don’t go bare foot and and no mini clothes as your skin will be exposed to objects. Take waterproof camera and attach it to your head or body for media. They won’t allow to hold it in your hand which zip lining.

  • 5/5 Joseph C. 1 year ago on Google
My wife and I had a great time here. The zip lines were not backed up and everyone was very accommodating. The food was always delicious! Very well worth the ticket price. Check it out if you haven’t.

  • 5/5 Douglas B. 2 years ago on Google
We did the night package through Viator and we both loved it. During the underground cave river swimming, we were thinking that it might be one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. Definitely come with water shoes, a change of clothes, and a towel. Flip flops will fly off on the zip lines. Regular shoes will be soaked and heavy and will suck all the heat out of your body. At night, there wasn't anywhere to warm up so be prepared. The zip lines are great for like one or two, but 7 was a lot and a TON of steps up all the towers. Swimming was the best, rafting 2nd, and just exploring and walking through the caves were next. Our tour was 6 hours, we would have been fine with 4 because we didn't want to do anything more than once. Mainly because we were pretty cold. Definitely recommend!
