Relais le Betulle

This is truly a 4 star hotel,that could even be 5 stars! We heard there was a Micheline cuisine there but unfortunately did not have time to try it. The reviews looked amazing though. Our stay was very comfortable,easy and relaxing. There's an outdoor pool,it was a bit too chilly to swim,but we had a relaxing time near the pool while reading books and enjoying cocktails. The staff at the front desk is super helpful and gave us numerous tips on how best to get to Venice and where to park for free. Also at 5 in the morning very pleasant guy made us coffee and tea so we could get fueled up on our way. The room was very spacious,with a balcony and view on the pool and mountains and we had a blast staying there for 3 nights. Highly recommended place! Breakfast was also very tasty!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Beautiful views - The only problem I could even think of is if you want to spend time in town it’s always a taxi trip away unless you have a car but that’s ok. Wifi is a bit in and out also mobile signal in the area is sketchy at times. Worked ok for Vodafone. These are not problems of the hotel! Just giving advice. 😀 there is a laundering service but it’s not same day.

Beautiful view! Full of amenities in the room. Modern rooms. Great surroundings, quite and romantic.

I made a reservation for July 2026 and cancelled it within two weeks of booking after my travel plans changed. The hotel required full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking. After cancelling, I received written confirmation that the reservation was cancelled and that my refund would be processed. It has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-up emails, I have not received my money back. The lack of follow-through and the repeated need to chase a confirmed refund is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel’s integrity and business practices. Additionally, a friend visited the property last week and informed me that parts of the hotel are currently under renovations — something that was never disclosed at the time of booking. Requiring full payment for a future stay, failing to promptly return funds after a confirmed cancellation, and not disclosing construction are serious concerns. There are many reputable hotels that require only a one-night deposit and operate with far greater professionalism and honesty.
