Visited this shop today with family, bought quite few things which is absolutely stunning Amazingly helpful staff. Fantastic prices on gold and fair buying. Huge selection of jewellery. Both of gentlemen were very helpful and friendly they served us respectfully. Lovely woman was also very helpful and kind she was recommending us latest designs which was absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Strongly recommend this to everyone!!

Would definitely recommend this shop! Went to city jewellers (one that’s 2 doors away) few times… and they was so rude & also tried robbing me. Went to give a necklace in to swap for a different one.. the said I had to pay £650 extra, which i actually was about to do but didn’t have the cash, so I told him let me go cash point.. went to this jewellers as we was just walking past,thought let’s go in, the guy changed my old necklace for the exactly same one I wanted from city jewellers, and told me I don’t need to pay nothing on top! Was literally the same amount of grams and exactly same design as one from city jewellers & city jewellers said I need add £600 extra!! The old man in MI was so polite , definitely going again. The best price for buying and selling gold in Birmingham and excellent after service. The young man in there is a diamond geezer, deal with him and guaranteed you will not be disappointed. I would not focus on the negative reviews on here if you are seriously going to do business with them you won't be disappointed. The bad reviews most likely were left by window shoppers or the competition as I did try 2 other shops on the same road these guys come out on top.

Me and my dad went to the shop to buying a pendant, the pendant she was selling to us was too height price but the weight was 5gm less. The elderly woman she is so rude when she talk so bad with the costumer she push the costumer to buy from her today I don’t say you anything because of my parents don’t teach me to be bad manner with elderly person, otherwise you talk so rude with me , I hope I will not see you aging. Very bad manner. :( I bought same pendant same design 5gm weight £100 cheaper from somewhere else.

The old lady is so rude ! Poor customer service very sarcastic attitude. I ended up walking straight out again I wouldn't spend my hard earned cash in this store they have a very disrespectful attitude towards their customers so be wary of this as looking at other reviews this seems to happen alot here !

Amazing place. Highly competitive prices, great customer service and the overall experience cannot be beaten. Highly recommended. Personally been there several times and can honestly say its the best place in town!
