This is a great hotel for few nights on a business trip. Rooms are big, clean and well equipped (even with a kettle and tea/coffee set). Beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. You can have a good breakfast at a little extra fee. If you need to stay in Haan then this is a good choice.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet. They wouldn't let me check in an hour early on Sunday per policy. Even though I explained I'd been up all night from flying. If the room were not ready they should Have said that. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise, very good stay.

We have been staying here in January 2021 for the Düsseldorf Boatshow with our team, when everything was just fine. At the time, it was City Class Savoy, now Best Western. Because of our good experience, we booked again, for January 2022. However, because of Covid, the Boatshow was cancelled. We were told that we could not cancel our stay at the hotel, because we had not booked with a cancellation option, as we assumed that Covid would always allow us to cancel our booking. But no, we had to pay three rooms, for 10 days, without any refund. After some discussions, we were offered a 30% rebate on a next stay, so, we booked again for January 2023, via email, early September '22. But 6 email messages (mostly reminders), and two months later, our request for the rebate, was still not granted. This was what was finally offered to us in January 2022: Nach Rücksprache mit der Direktion darf ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir die Buchung kostenpflichtig stornieren können. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung oder Änderung ist laut den Buchungsbedingungen nicht möglich. I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

Nice simple hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, although many rooms do not have air conditioning, ask about this especially in the summer. Ideal for business stays and a few resteraunt in the town which is 2 minute walk.

The location of the hotel it's very good, it have a beautiful little park and a great square very near of the hotel. There is a lot of restaurants from about 5 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and to have all the resources you need every time. The service is very good and they help you everytime you need and the breakfast have a lot of good food options.

Wifi is extremely weak/not properly working on third floor. Strange smell coming out of faucets. Breakfast is overpriced and underwhelming. Not exactly what I would consider a "4 star hotel"

PLUS: I loved the two rooms we booked. They were two well equipped rooms with connecting doors, just what we needed for our stay with two toddlers. The staff was very professional and friendly. The wellness area was also clean and nice and as a bonus during our entire stay we had the pool entirely for ourselves. MINUS: Breakfast was very disappointing. On some official photos it looked much richer, while in reality we were presented with very limited choice. Maybe it has to do with the fact that we were staying there in a quiet period and arrived relatively late for the breakfast (9:45h).

This is a great place. Liked everything. The hotel was perfect to us, a location, a garage, an air conditioning and lot of pizzerias near by. Price was too reasonable.

Good safe parking , clean rooms and good breakfast. Staff most friendly. Quiet area and we found close by a nice Argentine steak house with top clas meet.
