We
have
been
staying
here
in
January
2021
for
the
Düsseldorf
Boatshow
with
our
team,
when
everything
was
just
fine.
At
the
time,

City
Class
Savoy,
now
Best
Western.
Because
of
our
good
experience,
we
booked
again,
for
January
2022.
However,
because
of
Covid,
the
Boatshow
was
cancelled.
We
were
told
that
we
could
not
cancel
our
stay
at
the
hotel,

we
had
not
booked
with

cancellation

assumed
that
Covid
would
always
allow
us
to
cancel
our
booking.

to
