A beautiful gem just outside Stockholm city, bus stop nearby but walking distance from odenplan. Amazing food, the scenery is out of this world. Hotel well worth the money and the restaurant is top tier.

Freundliches Personal.

Recommend for a Good business lunch. A good place for one day conference for small group. Nice staffs, good food and view and location with some class.

Staff listless and unfriendly. Location nice, but directly behind the highway. Partly very loud, because the location is used extensively for various celebrations. Room with see-through windows to the bathroom. Very noisy through the 24/7 ventilation of the kitchen. Not even the simplest things like herbal tea are available. Only the lady from the breakfast service are nice and attentive. Never again, there are much better hotels in Stockholm.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The room is cozy, spacious, clean and modern. The location is fantastic spot, near the park and in front of the lake/sea. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. We also had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and the menu had different options at a good price. It is frequented by local people which is always a good sign. Would definitely come back !!!

Rooms are nice, but it’s RIGHT next to the busiest freeway in Stockholm. The pictures are deceiving. There is the park and water alongside, but many of the rooms face or partially face the freeway. There are fans in the room when it heats up, but if you open a window all you hear is the freeway- I don’t think there is AC? Reception experience was not great and only one of our rooms was ready by 3PM. We ended up staying one night not 4 and went and stayed in Galma Stan which happened to be quieter! We were traveling with young kids and had two rooms and there were four rooms between our rooms and a mini staircase. There are no bikes on the property to enjoy the park by bike nor facilities to enjoy the water (kayak, paddle board, etc…..which was unfortunate given its position by the park and lake. What a lost opportunity to make this a bit of a retreat. When we asked reception about bikes they told us there was a place 15 minutes away if we wanted to rent some. The boats you see are private motor boats. Overall we were disappointed. Reception was professional but not necessarily warm or friendly. The dining room staff was terrific! It’s neither a great urban hotel in the business or cultural district nor a mini retreat from the city to enjoy and interact with the water or the park that it abuts. We did enjoy walking in the park.

Overall: We've spent two nights this weekend and it was great! We travelled as family: two adults and baby and I can say it is very kids-friendly place. Baby cribs was in our room by preliminary request with no charge. Hotel combines vintage furniture with excellent condition of room. Personnel is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended! Plus: - cosy, warm and welcoming atmosphere - wonderful design and attention to details - great service - bus from airport stops nearby - great breakfast - also we had a dinner there and it was delicious - inner garden and lake nearby for walks - despite being close to highways I didn't notice any noise Minus: - location is bit far from city center and construction works nearby ruin a bit impression of location - might be pricey, but it ratio value for money is far above average

Really like the decors of the whole hotel. It was quite beautiful when everything is covered in the snow. The room is a little chilly. The first night dinner and the next day breakfast were extremely salty. WiFi signal is quite weak.

An exquisite hotel near to everything and a formidable staff. High international standard! We checked in late and the night staff said "no problem" to every request. Even when the kitchen was closed the night staff arranged a truly delicious sandwich without complaints. From now on this will be our No. 1 place to stay in Stockholm.

The stay was adequate. Our room was well furnished and nice, albeit the floors were very dirty and there was the smell of sewage in the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious (though I cannot compare to any other in Sweden.) There were a few issues in the room such as a ticking noise that started at 23:40 every night. There was also no curtain in the bathroom and our room backed onto a busy footpath and road (so some privacy wouldve been appreciated!) We also had a meal at the restaurant in the evening. The meal was nice but expensive, particularly compared with the delicious meals we had had for less in the city centre and old town.

Beautifully located, quaint and peaceful hotel. The surrounding park (with wild bunnies!) and lake were exactly what we were looking for when we made the booking. Receptionist was very accommodating and the rest of the staff were also very nice. Some things to consider: 👉🏻 Classic rooms are located with the windows out against a busy road/highway. If you care about noise in the night do consider upgrading your room to a superior for beautiful views out into the trädgård/backyard and an undisturbed night of sleep. 👉🏻 The rooms are a lot smaller and cramped than they seem on the pictures. Would go for a superior or above if bringing children (children under 10 stay for free!) 👉🏻 Superior rooms have bathtubs! Very nice addition. Clean and inviting bathroom (this coming from a person who rarely takes a hotel room bath) 👉🏻 No coffee/tea options in the room, but the breakfast opens early (7am). The staff let us borrow cutlery when we had takeaway. 👉🏻 The air quality in the rooms are poor as the building is old. There was a fan in the room but in summer nights the air quality became uncomfortably warm and dense to sleep in. Probably much better any other time of year than in July. Can't expect to find aircon when the climate is like it is the rest of the year. ⛄️ 👉🏻 Beds are ok. Nice pillows and clean sheets. I was 7 months pregnant when visiting and found the bed too hard, but my boyfriend slept like a rock. 👉🏻 Hotel restaurant had a nice selection of food. We ate here the first day as we arrived late and hadn't made any bookings elsewhere. The food and wine was expensive though. 👉🏻 The hotel is located on the outskirts of Stockholm (Solna, a city of its own) and you will need to either have a car to get around or use public transportation (we didn't so I don't know how good that is in the area). We used the car to get around and were happy to have free parking at the hotel, which seems to be rare in Stockholm. All in all a pretty good experience!

Great tasting food. Attended a party here and only sampled food and drink. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and very tasty. Location is great outside of the city near Hagaparken over looking the lake. Building is historic and looks great.

Love the peace of the surrounding areas of park and water. It's only a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. If you prefer to be away from the crowd in Stockholm while being near downtown, this is the place. Breakfast is exceptionally great with its choices. Good place for kids too. They can enjoy swimming in the lake.

Visserligen en så tråkig och sorglig händelse som en lunch efter en begravning men mycket trevlig miljö, professionell personal och god mat.

Pros: Very nice service, very nice atmosphere. Cons: Ridiculously bad food for the price. The Caesar salad was worse than even the cheapest lunch restaurants in Stockholm. Very expensive, a lunch will run you $30-40 for one person.

Just another old classic near the famous lake Brunnsviken. Take a walk in the nearby Royal Hagaparken then enjoy the food at “Stallis”,highly recommended !

Stayed two nights here. Gorgeous hotel beside a lake. Converted and extended Inn from 17th century.Beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake and excellent buffet breakfast. Makes such a welcome change from the chains. About a 40 min walk to central train station.

Rather disappointing. The place is great, with the lake and the hotel, but the food was underwhelming. It was funny to see the rabbits, and service was excellent.

A lovely terrace to refresh after the walk around the lake. Yet there is still some distance back to the metro station.

For me it's a very nice hotel and very kind and approachable staffs. We had a good time in there. Their hotel is near in the lake with beautiful view. We loved their breakfast buffet.

Prices performance is okay Large breakfast buffet. The room furniture could be renewed even if the old cabinets are supposed to give an aura. They are simply worn out

Super cozy hotell with lake and park view👌 Had an amazing experience. 🍝 Really good food and excellent variety of hotell breakfast. 🛋️We booked a deluxe bedroom. We had our own little outdoor space where we could eat dinner. Equipped with a small desk, bathtub and a small fridge. The room was a little bit smaller than expected, but it compensated with a comfy bed. 🏞️ Restaurant with a lake view. You have a lounge place 2 minutes walk from the hotell, where they serve brunch and games. A beautiful park surrounds the entire lake. We found an aquarium in our sightseeing through the park. 👨‍💼The reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. Had some negative experience with one of the maitre/hostess of the restaurant once. He didn't seem to like that we came on off hours and asked him to heat up some baby food for our son.

Food poisoning from hotel restaurant. Unfortunately I got 48 hour food poisoning from the food in the hotel restaurant’s breakfast buffet. I requested to speak to the manager 3 times and never received a response. On check out, I asked reception once more to see if the complaint had been received- they said they’d received it and would get back to me and never did. Poor response from the manager.
