Three nights at the hotel means that someone makes the beds and changes the towels twice. This was forgotten on the first day and it was suggested that we might have opted out of cleaning, which the three of us could confirm was not the case. When we get to the room the second day, they had again "forgotten" to clean. Three nights at the hotel where they "forget" to clean the room every two days. Nothing worldly, but the few times you stay in a hotel you want to crawl into a freshly made bed and have fresh towels.

I very much like this hotel. It's my second time staying here. The rooms are nice, the breakfast sets you up for the day and the location is amazing for the Mall of Scandinavia. What I especially like about the hotel are the communal spaces. There are great places to chill out or get a bit of work done on your laptop. Very calm and comfortable. Very good value as well.

The location was ideal and the breakfast variety was huge, offering something for everyone but, a big but for me was that 1. the room had no windows - a note for when you're booking! - and 2. No little kettle with tea or coffee. It is not a hotel I'll willingly stay in again though it does have a modern, sleek feel with a gym and sauna if that tickles your fancy. Credit where credit is due... The staff were friendly.

The hotel was excellent for the price. The room I had was very clean and well maintained. There were no extras or a mini bar but I believe others did. The room I had was also in the additional conference area side in the stadium so the view was of other rooms, which was a bit disappointing. A tip I was told later was to ask for a room with a view if you wished to have one of the rooms with the large round window. I wish I had known. Probably my only ever visit to Stockholm, but we live and learn. I do have to mention the breakfast, this was wonderful, the food all fresh and a great variety as it is a buffet, so you chose what you want. The hotel itself was close to the business I was visiting so good for that. Travelling to Stockholm centre fairly easy, just a train ride and tram away, but you do need an app to buy tickets. Overall the hotel was good, disappointing view, room was basic but good, service excellent and breakfast amazing. Would recommend.

For the first time in Sweden I feel like a luxury home with great breakfirst. Close to mega sized malls and sports stadium. Also close to small lake with trails for jogging. Located in northern city. I strongly suggest anyone to stay here.

The Quality Hotel Friends in Stockholm offers a fantastic location near Friends Arena and the Mall of Scandinavia, making it convenient for events and shopping. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, lacking the high standards anticipated. The staff appeared rushed, which could be due to their workload. Overall, a mixed experience highlighting great location but room for improvement in food quality and service pace.

It’s a huge hotel with simple decor and minimalist rooms. I don’t recommend this hotel for families, the hotel is more focus on business people. In our case, we booked a family room, but surprisily the room was quite small and they want charge quite a lot for a crib … The room did not even have a kettle to warm up baby bottle. I went to ask in the reception and they said they would send me in the room… end up I never got it! Not so impressed by the customer service … The locating though is perfect, if you need to go around in the area, the train station is just close by and there is the mall just in the next door of the hotel.

I can hear people walking on the above floor, they don’t have a complementary bottle of water or tea like other hotels, I found an e- cig beside the bed, forgot my toothpaste and they could not offer one, they have basically no closet or area for store cloths. Location in great with the shopping mall across the street and good connection with train. Service is good, and rooms are okay but nothing spectacular. Also they have a decent gym. Views are really great from the top floors. Overall a mix review. I have to say I prefer Park inn By Radisson, which is not that far, only the location for that one is not the best, but the rest is better than Quality Hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. B’fast spread is Gr8. Walkable from Solna station.

Simple basic hotel. Very long (10-15 min) queus to check in, also need to wait for the elevators. No amenities in the room (just combined shower gel/shampoo 2in1). No kettle or coffee maker.

Quality Friends arena Stockholm is located next to Friends arena and Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. It is a 10-minute walk from Solna railway station which will take you to the airport in 30 minutes or 7 minutes to the centre of town. The lobby on level 3 has a nice bar, and you will find the gym and the children's club on the second level. The gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. There are restaurants on the 4th and 25th floors, with the breakfast being served on the 4th floor. The rooms are a good size, albeit a little dated, and on the high floors, you get a nice panoramic view of parts of the city. A good choice for shopping and access to the arena.

Great location, right beside mall of scandinavia and a 5min walk to the commuter train. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Although, we could not find a remote control to use the TV. The service was ok, could be more hospitable. Good breakfast selection, but it took time for them to refill empty trays.

The hotel rooms are pretty well serviced. The hotel location is strategically near the mall which is very convenient for shopping and food. A good book for any travellers to Sweden.

Good hotel with affordable but comfortable and relatively large rooms. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Just be aware that everyday cleaning is not standard, but you can ask for it if that's what you want. Close to the city centre (only 7 minutes by train) and next to a very big shopping centre with everything you might need.

Came across as very unprofessional. Huge party in the reception area until 23:30 on a Monday evening sounds like a good idea if you are in Ibiza. Not so much when going on a business trip to Stockholm. Switched room but to no avail.

An okay hotel. Room was clean except a few details. Dust here and there. . Our room didn't have a fridge. There is no Smart TV in this room so as a precaution bring a laptop. One thing to consider is that the room is really noisy. We can hear everything that the neighbours do. The hotel has NO own parking lot so you have to pay if you park.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Just as the first a long line to get checked in. Having more people on staff to check in as well as more computers for self checkin would be better. I went to use the sauna, it wasn’t on. Rather a note to tell staff if you want to use it. That was disappointing. At the same time, it was in the same room as the gym, with glass walls. So not so relaxing, so I decided against it. I would recommend redoing the gym, lockers and relax areas to be more welcoming and relaxing.

Hotel is conveniently located for event venue and shopping mall and it is relatively easy to get a train into the centre of Stockholm. Room facilities are basic. No coffee making facilities and no fridge. Staff do not service the room unless you ask for it, this is for environmental reasons, but I think emptying the waste and making the bed wouldn’t be an issue. Went down for breakfast at 10am and was told it closed at 9:30am. Showed reception the note in the room that said it closed at 10:30am. I was initially offered only a 180SEK refund, between two people. Barely enough for two coffees.

Helppo päästä. Iso kauppakeskus ihan vieressä. Erittäin hiljaista, vaikka hotellissa oli paljon lapsia. Mukava sänky, erikokoiset tyynyt (saa valita itselle sopiva). Mahtava aamupala!

This hotel is located 10 min with train outside the centre of Stockholm. I would expected that parking is then for free or cheap but that is not the case. You have to pay parking with your credit card. Hotel is very good. Nice rooms and good breakfast.

We stayed here for 1 night. First, I want to say, that breakfast is amazing in this hotel. Everything is fresh, big variety. It is possible to even make your own waffles. Room is also nice, bed is comfortable. But there is no working table

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. There was free breakfast buffet which is a vast assortment of breakfast options. There also provided free access to the gym and sauna. Our view was spectacular because we were staying on the 21st floor. On the 25th floor was the Brasserie X restaurant n bar with another spectacular view. The prices were quite reasonable considering the huge portions they give. The menu was limited in selections though which was fine by us. It was very convenient to the subway, you can easily walk through the Mall of Scandinavia to get to the subway. The subway was only a 6 min ride to Stockholm city and on the other end of the subway you can take the 176 or 177 bus to Drottingholm Palace.

The room was pretty much a standard hotel experience. The food service was lacking a bit - some companions complained about food being a bit cold. Still, the taste was ok. The location is good if you take in acccout that the hotel is right next to the Mall Of Scandinavia.

There was a company conference here which took the whole day. The food was delicious although they had problems to provide such meals that don't provoke IBS symptoms despite of the previous checks. The room and the bed was perfect together with the optimal placing of the hotel.

Just be prepared to walk and lug your luggages 🤣 room is big though toilet was the smallest I ever been to. The corridor is one straight line and be prepared to walk esp if your room is literally towards the end. Ours was room 87 so it was a long walk from the lift to the room! Loved the breakfast-- they didn't check anything btw

Incredibly nice staff, both the receptionist and the cleaning staff. The hotelroom itself was minimalistic, which was a pluss since it keeps it easier to keep tidy and clean. Sidenote: I was traveling to see Lady Gaga at friends arena. The hotel played lady gaga songs in the reception all day, which was a really nice gesture and a lot of fun. Thank you, for a nice stay!

Nice prices, great rooms, good breakfast. Few steps away from Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. If you're a train lover like myself, there's a lot of rooms with view over nearby train depot. Sincerely recommended!

Rooms and conference ok. But hotel var closing at 22.00 on weekdays a but early... location way off nothing to do unless there i something at the arena. Of course there is also the huge mall... direct parking at the hotel but maybe not easy to find. The parking under the Mall also works fine. The A section is closest.

Great Hotel, super bar and I love the Game that I'd available for all guests (long table at the bar. No idea how it's called) Overall a great 1 night stay

Perfect location by the arena since I was attending opening tour for Beyonce'. Emma the manager was awesome! Jasmina one of the service desk reps was amazing. Thank you for your service!

Perfect for a business trip - close to my work office, the quality is better than I expected and the service was discrete and thorough. Big plus for the staff in reception - all the questions/requests were handled right away and it was clear from the very beginning that they were here to help in best way they could think of. I would not say it is a 5 star hotel and nobody ever expected it to be, but all aspects are just better in reality than the expectations. Vast variety of dishes for breakfast ensured that nobody was starting the day hungry. Ingredients were fresh and tasty.

The service is good, they changed the rooms to better ones for the same price. The breakfast is very good! One minus, poorly washed glasses in the room. Paid parking, about 20 € per day.

Stayed here for 1 week for the Snowball. The hotel was great and everyone was wonderful. Evelena at the front desk was amazing! I can't wait to return in December!

You need to be careful with reservation. Its not always clear if you booked a room with a window or without a window. In case of one night stay its Ok, but if you stay longer, it may become unconfortable.

Mixed feelings. I visit this hotel 6 times per year and sometimes you can get a room with a quite bad bathroom with shower and sometimes you get nice, tidy bathroom with free body cream for the same price. Staff is excellent. Food during the breakfast is always the same

Best hotel in Stockholm! Super friendly staff, great rooms, great food and very good location a bit outside the city centre but still close enough. Love it !

The telly in my original double bedroom didn't work so they changed mine to a wheelchair accessible twinroom instead. It was a little work out but alright for 1 night stay. Great shopping next door (1 min walk) at the Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good (i loved the Apple juice) The only thing that i can't sleep when it's warm. (We are in winter I know) I tried to lower the AC temp but it didn't help. I had very bad sleeping experience because of the high temperature. Anyway I will book next week again at the same hotel but before that I will call them to check if they can provide a wall fan or if they can fix the AC.
