Vapiano in the Mall of Scandinavia, Stockholm is an ok experience of self serving restaurant. We ordered many different pasta dishes. The pasta was a bit hard and sticky. We ordered Risotto Pollo, pesto basilica, Carbonara, Salami Ricotta, and the kids dishes Butter & cheese and Bolognese. It’s a bit pricy in the order of 120-140 for a pasta dish in a self serving setting.

Let me start by saying I really like Vapiano normally. It's a solid 4 star in my books, but this location needs serious help. Either they lack staff or need new management. I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks hoping the first experience was an anomaly but it wasn't. First off, many items on the menu were sold out. When we did order, we waited almost 45 minutes for the food and when the order came, they informed us that the pizza dough had run out so half our order couldn't be served. On both visits we couldn't get our full order. Sure we were refunded, but why couldn't I have been informed the food was out much earlier so I could have ordered something else. When the food arrived, the pasta that came didn't meet the normal standards we are accustomed to. The pasta was clumped, the sauce not properly mixed and ingredients burnt. When I tried to inform all these shortcomings to the person in charge, they couldn't even look at me. To top it all off, the bathrooms were disgusting. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Like I said, normally, I'm a fan of Vapiano, but this location needs to be avoided until they sort out their management.

After the new interior! We had a table next to the emergency door! The air curtains is starting to give us a full of dust air over the food! Talking to the waiter and he said the manager is eating and have no time to talk to us. This is the service standard they have in Vapiano Sweden, really poor.

Used to be my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately with their new ordering and payment system (Do it yourself) they are understaffed and the ones that remain are under a lot of pressure and stress. That’s a bad practice that I do not support. Please management do not ask me to send an email saying the same I already stated just to make it look like you care. Instead make better employment conditions and hire more people.

Can vary in quality. Good chain restaurant. Staff are under trained.

Delicious food, and fast service. There are many food options. You get bread as the appetizer. The mushroom risotto is very tasty. 😃👍

First Vapiano experience and I loved it. We went here before supporting AIK and the atmosphere was great. Love of supported, cozy place and friendly and caring waiters. I got the carbonara which never disappoints. Price/Quality comparison is great.

A restaurant where you have to queue for your food. Queue for ordering pasta, then wait for 10 minutes. Queue for ordering drinks. The red wine was poor. Expecting better quality for a glass of wine for more than 100 SEK for a glass. The better wine was finished. The expensive pasta (oxfilé pasta) was so so. Not a wow experience. One good thing, you decide which type of pasta you want.

The food was fantastic both the pizza and the pasta,the employees were super nice and there are a bunch of options you can choose from the menu.

Just fantastic. Always been a fan of Pasta Pollo Al Limone. Now add one more to this with Burrata E Nduja pizza. A nice ordering experience right from the table using QR code which is good, (just need to make sure the order cart does not get empty when the browser page refreshes). And the service is also really good at the table very recently I went. Keep it up and continue this Vapiano!

Waited 40 minutes for a risotto frutti di mare…there weren’t many guests (ca. 20 persons) waiting for food, but they only had 3 persons in the kitchen, and they were laughing and joking with each other all the time. The basil pots on all tables look really sad as in the pic…

I was here on lunch a weekday. Tasty food and beautiful presentation. Reasonable prices, quick and friendly service with very cordial behaviour. Amazing dining atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Vapiano at Mall of Scandinavia is amazing. Great setting for family, friends and birthday parties!! They have kids menu and the meals they serve are large portion and very tasty. We ordered online after scanning our table number and the meals took like 30mins to be ready. They don't have alot of drinks option, but their cocktail was great! It was a great experience all in all. I highly recommend it

A consistently good experience - we have been to a few other Vapiano restaurants before and to this specifically several times. While the pasta and pizza selection is not extensive, it should be more than enough for everyone to find a compelling option. Vegan options are also available. There is a few kids options as well, two basic pasta and two pizza dishes. There is a bar in this restaurant that offers a decent selection of drinks.

Beautiful restaurant, nice food, but variety of food can be improved to provide more options. Staffs are polite and nice.

Vapiano is a cozy Italian restaurant with a lively atmosphere. The staff is efficient and polite. The garlic bread I ordered arrived within a minute of me paying the order. The food was in a whole good and worth the money however it could have been a little bit better for the money spent. There is even a separate bar inside the restaurant. The biggest downside I would say was the payment/ordering system. You order via a application on your phone and if you don’t have swish available the payment gets real annoying because you need to insert your whole credit card info. 4/5 good classic Italian restaurant.

Crazy long queue? Yes. Super tasty food? No. But it’s a very family friendly restaurant with warm unlimited bread. The place is big and nicely designed. Food is not amazingly good but with the price you can’t get mad. I’d still go back.

The food was okay, but it seemed a little pricey for what we got. The pizza seems to take twice or three times as long as the rest of the stations. The cake was not very good, but the truffles were very good! I got several.

Vapiano is an Italian restaurant, and the place I visited was at Mall of Scandinavia in Solna,Stockholm. Mall of Scandinavia is a very big shopping center and it might be difficult to find places and go around. But finding Vapiano was easy for me, considering that was my first time and had visited Mall of Scandinavia twice only for shopping. They have some interesting facilities to order food, which you don’t find in many restaurants. For example, they give you cards to order, and then you pay in the end. It’s self serving and nice designed area. I put a 4 start rating because the pasta I ordered was not good cooked, feels a little bit sticky in your mouth. Getting your order done it a takes a while, and if you are hungry might not be good :p.

was fair taste ordered 2 pizza, got only 1. the ordering system is a mess. when time for the bill it said 2 pizzas on the bill but he who made showed me 1 on bill. will see if we will return.

So much good Italian food..I loved the chicken risotto specially..super friendly staff..gud ambiance..don't forget to visit if you are in mall of Scandinavia near solna.

Comfortable place for fast Italian, they have flexibility when they take in your order so you can pick and choose a little. Time for preparing the dishes varies so if you are in a party, let those who will order pasta go first, otherwise you will eat up your pizzas before the pasta is ready
