The place used to be great but today we came and had to pay an extra per adult as a ā€œspectator feeā€.Also the price for toddlers is double what it used to be. I was not told adults had to pay until arrival with that being said I will tell my friends the place is not worth it. Also the staff was very unfriendly and rude.

All I can highly suggest to the management of this place is to find a new business model. Charging parents to watch their kids play, charging for infants that literally arenā€™t doing anythingā€¦ these are just poor choices. The place should be SPOTLESS and immaculately maintained for these prices. It is not. The best word to describe it is kind of ā€œickyā€. The only reason Iā€™m giving 2 stars is because my kid had fun. But we will never return until this model. And I know more than a handful of people who have also said they are one and done after discussing my gripes. I wish we had read reviews first. If they changed their model and cleaned a little, maybe we will return.

We got a gift card for my daughter's Birthday to come here. My daughter just turned 3 and is very shy and nervous at times. I intentionally picked a weekend my husband could play with her as I'm 9 months pregnant. I was shocked when we got here to find out that we weren't able to go through any equipment with our toddler but were required to pay $9.99 a person to stand and watch. I feel like it's extremely overpriced for what it is and the staff was less than friendly.

Good place to bring your kids for playdates & birthday parties. But beware if you were here in the past. No more healthy meals & snacks ( I was looking forward to some hummus) . Also pre-pandemic parents got in free. I understand that price change but you can't take out the cafƩ and charge the parents. Not sure if I'll be back.

Let me save you the tripā€¦ the final price for me and my three children to enter was $60. The kicker? It was $10 for my infant child to enterā€” as well as an additional $10 for me. That was before lunch (no outside food or bev allowed). So unless youā€™re okay with a $100 tab for a few hours of play, avoid.

Our 2.5 yr old had a blast. there is a lot of different paths through to take. it is not the biggest place but it is fun. One disappointment is the price for ā€œnon participantsā€ (read parents). not sure how great of a business decision it is to charge per person and given the rate.

This was a great place for my kids to play on a rainy day but the price! I had to pay nine dollars to supervise my kids... My one year old, 19 dollars. The kids had a blast.

The place it self is clean and great fun for kids, however the price is most definitely outrageous! The fact that a parent has to play $9 for non participating member fee to supervise their own child is something I have never experienced before. Also 18.99$ for a toddler I think is a little high.

$65 for me and a friend to take my 3 year old, 15 month old and NEWBORN (which I baby wore the entire time.) the facility was visibly dirty with the toddler section having stains on the equipment, bathroom stalls without toilet paper, bathroom floors covered in water and stains (and youā€™re in socksā€¦ gross) no paper towels in bathroom dispenser and an overflowing trash can. Iā€™m giving 1 star only because staff were nice but this place is insane for charging a fee for a literal 5 week old which slept in a baby carrier against my body the entire time. For mothers who are nursing- they do have a nursing room which was equally gross to the bathroom. No changing table or even a side table to place your belongings so on the floor they go. A solo chair and sink with soap and paper towels in a room. Should at least have a place to change baby and put your belongings. I was grossed out upon stepping in and decided to nurse in the car instead.

I usually never visit a place and leave a good review but this place deserves 10 stars! I took my 1 year old here and me and him together was only $17.48 for FULL DAY PLAY. Was about to leave and return a couple hours later. Definitely recommend. Also love how they have hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Great fun place for kids. Pretty big

The workers are awesome, kind and sweet. The food is absolutely awful. The place has a weird smell. The facility could definitely be much cleaner, the top of the play structure is very dusty, the furniture is visibly soiled, the floor is also dirty. A few robot vacuums, a quarterly dusting schedule and other food options would really make this place great.

Bad customer service from right when you are greeted. The girls working the counter were RUDE! No food and drinks they say, as they got Starbucks delivered to them and was drinking it infront of customers! If you are going to have a rule like that it should follow for employees as well. Overpriced thatā€™s for sure, may be fun but Iā€™d rather go to playground world. Thank goodness it will be nice outside soon so people stop getting ripped off.

My son loved it here, but I'm not sure if we will be back just because they charge for adults and infants too, that is a bad move because i just watch my child in there, i am not playing with him! Doesn't make sense at all, a lot of other places don't do that. And the food and drinks are pricey.

Horrible! I went there for a birthday party. The customer service wasn't horrible because it was nonexistent! Nobody was at the door when we arrived...we literally walked right in. There was no available party host. We continually had to find an employee to give us things like napkins and then again for forks. They brought pizza to the room and never informed anyone, allowing it to get cold. They brought ice cream in the room w/o informing anyone and it began to melt while the kids were gathered & after singing 'Happy Birthday'. The bathrooms were disgusting...Overflowing trash, clogged toilets and paper towels everywhere. After asking to speak to a manager several times, we were told that "She is busy". I will never visit this location again!

This used to be such a nice place for play. It is run down now. The floors are filthy- looks like no one vacuums ever nor washes the toddler area mats nor washes the cafe floor, the bathrooms- out of order paper towel dispensers, no bathroom checks (multiple toilets unflushed), no soap in a few dispensers, Purell dispenser was empty. The price for a nonparticipating adult is sky high. Like $18 or something just to watch your kids. I used to let my kids crawl around on the floor but now with my third child, I cannot. He picked up a plastic piece of someoneā€™s wristband and I had to fish it out of his mouth. Now yes he is little and that is in his nature, but in the past the floors were never THIS bad. Anywhere he crawls thereā€™s a piece of something. Iā€™m mostly turned off by the (lack of) cleanliness. Otherwise itā€™s a great place for the kids to play. I donā€™t know if it needs better management but the lack in care overall for this place is poor.

My 4 year old has fun here but it's way overpriced, they charge for adults $9 to watch their kid which is okay but I brought my 2.5 month old and got charged $9 for him (I was wearing him). It was almost $40 for the visit without getting food for my toddler to run around for a couple of hours. Charging $9 for an infant is ridiculous. There are so many better places for kids than this place. We will not be returning.

A great place to let kids burn off some energy. The coffee is actually pretty decent. No outside food or drink allowed and everyone including adults can only wear socks inside. Non participants pay $8 to get in which seems slightly high to me.

Kids had a blast. I thought the play area was a little small. They could take some of the eating area and add on to the play area. Just a thought...

Great concept especially for our area where indoor play space is needed at times. It's clean and my daughter had fun. The downside is the price. For my toddler and I to go it's $30 a pop. I fear this business won't last because it's just not affordable and feels like a ripoff. The pricing will be their downfall. Ironically if they charged half of what they do I'd go much more often.

Decent facility and fairly nice place for the kids to play. Though, I disagree with the business model that parents need to pay $9. I will not be returning, especially when there are better places that do not charge for the parents.

This is a wonderful place for my nephew to have interactions with other children and play together. I sat and did some work whilst I watched him play and was able to get a snack from their little bistro as well.

My 1 year old had a good time and he was definitely knocked out cold when we left!! Lol The pizza was no where near Chuck e Cheese level Iā€™ll tell you that! Lol but the place was very chill and cozy I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire cafe.

The staff was very nice and polite. Kudos to them. Not enough young toddler friendly food choices. If you're going to require a "no outside food", policy, then you need food options for tiny toddlers. Food prices overall were fairly expensive imo. Someone needs to enforce the rule of no big kids in the toddler area. I went on a weekday and it was safe enough for my 1 year old and her friends, but I would think twice about weekends when there are lots of older kids who are not being prevented from entering the toddler space.

My two toddler boys had an absolute blast, so many play areas there really is so much to entertain them for a few hours. Price is significant, so I would next time come earlier so my kids could enjoy the whole day there. Well worth it and so much fun!!

Very awesome place, staff was friendly and nice! The kids had a lot of fun being able to play freely. I would NOT recommend the food, expensive and not tasteful at all, kids barely ate the pizza, tenders (which donā€™t seem real) and pretzels.
