Have to agree with some of the other reviews. The place was empty not to say that they were not busy fulfilling online orders. Really felt like I was bothering them by coming in to place an order .Ordered the cheese steak and fries It was good hot and fresh but would not go back unless I had another bogo sandwich coupon MAYBE

Food was good, service was friendly. I had a coupon which made it a great deal - sign up for their email list and they'll notify you of bargains.

Ordered a chicken Philly from 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which usually has great sandwiches and cookies 🍪. Todays meal was alright, but a little to tangy for my taste. Lemonade and fries were good.

Food was great. The young lady who took my order rushed me through the whole thing seem like she was mad I didn’t place my order before coming in. When I came in she was sitting at the table maybe she was annoyed she had to take my order idk. But the food was good and hot. Very good.

They close at at 10 pm, we got there at 930 and before even saying hi they asked what sandwiches we want because they're limited on what they have. Then even tho we saw the fries on the counter they told us they didn't have any. So we left. All 3 employees looked highly annoyed that we were there. Awful service!

Hands down the BEST Penn station in Cleveland and the surrounding areas. They know how to make a great sandwich! I am going to only start going here, because the other Penn stations just make a mediocre sandwich. This Penn station will have you wanting seconds and thirds.

The low reviews are crazy, the employees are super nice & the foods amazing. & the prices are great. The employees behind the counter were very friendly, the food tasted amazing & it’s cheaper than anywhere else on that street. A+ to the workers!

I got a coupon in the mail for Penn Station and when I tried to use it I was told very bluntly “we don’t take coupons”. Why send out coupons then? Also the server was rude and seemed annoyed taking my order.

Fresh cut fries were better than my sandwich. Very nice overall.

Just moved here from Florida and have been looking for a good sub/sandwich place to go. This place is incredible. The cheese steak is one of the best I've ever had!

5 star on the Subs 2 Star for customer service. Wasn't going to leave a review but after reading others I experienced the same treatment "RUSHED". Also someone dealing with customers shouldn't have a mouth full of chew (tobacco)

Food was nasty, the fat guy manager was rude with no customer service. And the place is littered with flies. Gross don’t eat here. Customer service is non existent which is why they are slow. Will be contacting the health department

Very uncomfortable feeling being here! I stood for about 20minutes without being greeted. The chef gave me a weird side eye the entire time I was there. It was very busy and I do understand there was only 2 employees at the time. But when I finally received my Philly cheesesteak it had a very foul stank to it. My friend and I went here on our lunch break, as usual. We ordered our sandwiches to go and took them back to work. When we started eating, my friend got the wrong sub and mine was missing my toppings. I called the manager, and he was HORRIBLE. He was extremely condescending, said he would remake them if we bring the sandwiches back. The problem, is he asked if I could bring my sandwich I’ve eaten from back, and have him add the toppings. That’s the dirtiest thing I’ve ever heard. I asked him to remake it. We drove back and picked up the new sandwiches, and he was belittling the young kid the entire time. He made multiple comments out loud in front of everyone, condescendingly asking him not to forget anything, and asked 3-4 times in 5 mins if he needed help. It was so rude, and my friend and I were both very much offended. Told everyone at my job to not go to this horrid place.

Stopped at the Penn Station at 33003 Aurora Rd, Solon, OH for lunch 12/30/23. The woman that took our order didn't greet us and acted mad that we were there. Only 2 other people were there. She was rude taking our order. I wished we had walked out or had taken a look around before deciding to order, it was filthy. Tables were dirty, the bathroom was not clean or stocked with soap or paper towels, the baskets our food came in were not clean either. A sign was up about a remodel that was supposed to start in August 2023 but a bunch of the remodel supplies were all stacked in a corner. Just don't go there.

The food is always hot and fresh. This is the best location imho. They do a great job. Keep up the great work.

I ordered from this place on Uber eats for the first time and the food was pretty good. The next time I got food from here I asked my mother to pick it up since she was out already. When she walked in and asked for my order they told her that their building wasn't the right place she called me and I confirmed it was the right place and she tried again and what do you know it's the right place.. When I got the food it tasted terrible and in one of the subs they put Tomato Sauce inside of it?? the Fries were not as good as they were the first time I had It. If your going eat from here proceed with caution.
