Very delicious meals and service was so good. Would recommend it for anyone in Solwezi who wants to have a decent meal

Kansanshi Hotel is one of Solwezi's finest places to stay. Top of the range accommodation in a quiet residential area on a hilly view. The gardens are a great feature as well as the popular restaurant and bar are. Service is next to perfect. Great place. I always enjoy the food there

Such a serene environment, the staff are quick on their feet always trying to get to serve you in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place. The food is great, I just wish I was asked how I wanted my steak 😁.

Came for a huaiwan pizza order, didn't see the rooms. Customer service is good. Pizza tasted average.

Ate dessert there, love the atmosphere and the food. We didn’t stay the night but the dessert was large portions and was great! Would eat there again and maybe stay there next time.

Green oriented hotel with thatched roof. This place is ideal for cooperate events and out door activities as it boasts big and well manicured lawn. There is a kids playing and the restaurant serves the best beef.

Lovely place though the food wasnt as great as it was during my first stay 3 years ago. Staff were also slow and had to leave my tea in the morning because they were still bringing water for the urn.

I firstly loved the reception. I drove in at the time when it was raining around 5pm. Upon parking right slightly in front left of the car parking slot, before I came out of the car, a gentleman (hotel employee) followed me up with un umbrella and escorted me to the hotel reception entrance. This is unique customer service and I felt so important and loved at the same time. Not only that but, even the meal I had was nice and tasty. Thank you Kansanshi Hotel.

Chalets give the place an African feel

The hotel is clean and neat so it's a decent stay but for the proce I expexted luxury, which was nowhere to be seen. There is an in-bath shower (not great). They only gave us 1 towel and 1 bottle of water although we were 2 in the room. The decor is ugly. There were only 2 cheap pillows on the bed. There For the price, I expected much more so it was quite disappointing.

It's a very nice place with friendly staffing

I really enjoyed my time there. The reception was good, waiting time between starter and main meal was reasonable and the food was well prepared, thumbs up Kansanshi Hotel, looking forward to the next moment.

Outdoor, bush lodge vibe. Accommodation is a little rough around the edges but the quail at the restaurant is divine.

Nice breakfast as always.
