I made an order with Solwezi Debonairs at 19:00 today, this is very funny indeed customer sales line tells me in an hour will deliver to your residence, I call sales again at 20:25 the ans comes as sorry we can't deliver to your residence it has passed the delivery time of 19:30, I ask the lady but why wasn't I told in the first place ati sorry the company runout of talk time. Is this how you treat your customers? never again will I order from you I will stick with Royal hotel and Kansanshi hotels

Solwezi Debonairs has the worst customer service ever ‼️ Please give jobs to people who really need the job, they pick calls only when they feel like and if you confront them about it they stop picking up completely…

The worst customer service ever!!!! I made an order at 18:20 I was told riders are not available so they can’t deliver. I opted to wait.. When I saw there is no response I called at 19:20 an hour later and I was told the riders have arrived and my order will be sent 19:40 I called and I was told to say I don’t know who you were talking to but this is when the riders have come and my order has been sent with the rider and I will receive a call.. 20:11hrs my order still didn’t come through

It's the best pizza place in Solwezi town. The place is clean, the staff give an outstanding customer service. I love it

Worst Customer Service!!!!!! Never ordering here again!!!!! I called for delivery at 17:00 hrs and then I called again at 19:00 hrs to make sure its coming, the reciever at the time by the name of "Blessings", said the delivery was still coming and there was an issue with the drivers. I called at 20:50 hrs and he says the order was not punched and the drivers still have an issue. What debonairs needs to understand is they are not the only Pizza place in Solwezi or any fast food restraunt of that matter. I am tired, I am hungry and most of all upset. If this trend continues longer, Debonairs will find itself having a very poor future in Solwezi.

They had banners all over the town saying "buy 2 get 1 free' but when I actually bought 2 pizzas, they said the system was down and they couldn't fulfill the promo. I know they're gonna point to T &C's but business should be genuine and in good faith. Lying that you have a promo just so people can buy more and pretending your system is down at the time you have to fulfill is just low. You have dropped to bottom of the list for me. I spoke to the manager who apologised but said he couldn't do anything.

Debonairs Solwezi , specially the one located at Puma fueling Station has the worst 😑 customer service!! You should only go there if the world is about to end even so better Shorpite the next door neighbour .
