The Ridge was a great place to stay at, although it is not a public venue. This private hotel is for the Verizon Corporation. I spent a night here for an event. The check in was seamless, accommodating, warm and inviting. My room had everything a traveling client/guest/employee would need for a night away from home. The décor was very chic, modern, warm, yet professional. Every bite I've experienced at the restaurant was cooked to perfection. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay at The Ridge.

We stayed here for a business conference. The hotel staff was super friendly throughout the entire 3 days we were there. The hotel was super nice. The food was decent. There were tons of snacks around to eat throughout the conference. By the sleeping rooms there are things called pantries that you can raid & get more snacks.

A hidden gem in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Set amidst luxuriant greenery, it gives you a totally relaxing feeling. Add to it that it is hidden away from the usual hustle and bustle, makes it the ideal place to get away for a relaxing break and more.

Staff go above and beyond, food is jaw-dropping, bartenders (especially Pete) are genuinely wonderful people, rooms are tastefully appointed in modern chic.

The Ridge is not a public venue. It's private hotel and event space for the Verizon company. But if you ever have a chance to go to a non-profit fundraiser there, you should do it! It's beautiful inside and out, and the service and food are amazingly good. Just came from there tonight. The service is memorable.

I didn't actually stay here but I would love to one day this place is amazing just based off of curb appeal and the lobby as well as the bar! Any time you guys want a more detailed and thorough review I'm open to do so!

Great, but the Gym is always unavailable when I visit.

The food was delicious and the servers during the dinner were attentive and courteous. During the appetizer course they would walk by with a tray of food and serve the same 10 people. Also, there were no signs directing is to the wedding venue we were attending, which resulted in a lot of walking. Not fun for someone with sore feet and knees.

I rate the hotel well, I especially liked the white towels in the bathroom.

Amazing amazing experience. One of the best dining experience from the recent past. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. We ordered some dessert and while we were waiting for it we heard the staff sharing the details of the chef's special on our neighboring table, we asked if we can change our order and order chef's special instead. They did not flinch and changed our order. Great ambience and great food.

Great accommodations and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

I cannot express how impressed I was with my stay here this week. Everyone remembers your name and they are happy to serve you here. The staff is top notch, from front of the house to the back. The food is amazing, the bar, everything. Thank you Ridge Staff for making me feel welcome and at home. Cannot wait for my next stay here.

The Ridge is amazing. The staff is so friendly and goes over and above to make sure their guests are happy. The hotel is always super clean and whatever you need, you will get quickly. The food is delicious and the pantries full of snacks are incredible. Every morning Terell would greet us by name and drive us to the office. We looked forward to that each morning. The staff (Trenette/Marc) made sure our stay was more than pleasant. They always greeted us upon returning and offered us bottled water. They always have a huge smile and were there to help in any way possible. Darren was a shining star for us, making sure we could all get rooms even if we were initially on the waiting list. He stayed in constant communication with us and was so professional. Last but certainly not least, Brandon and Peter at the bar are fabulous. They make every meal and every drink even better with their 5 star service and outgoing personalities. We are lucky to be able to stay at The Ridge!
