Tallahassee Spur seems to fit well into its new location in the mall, even though it’s just across from where it was. Food portions were very generous and delicious. It’s good to see management making an extra effort. Service was also sharp and seemed to have improved from the past. In fact, the wait for the food was hardly noticeable and that was appreciated. It’s a bit tight to move around in the store if you’re a wheelchair user, but once yo’re seated it’s much better. However, a big negative (not their fault) is the building of the Checkers FX and the drone of the drilling and hammering negatively impacts on the Spur experience. The building should be done by November 2023, so hopefully after that, it will once again deliver a great experience.

We visited this spur for their famous waffles, which weren't as great as we expected. Service is slow, but the prices were good and it wasn't overcrowded. The setting is nice and the restaurant was clean.

Food was great. Had the famous Spur Wings and my wife the Dubble Rib Burger. Esona, our Waiter was friendly and very helpfull. Lack of music was a downside as I enjoy some background music while I have something to eat.

Welldone burger was half raw, sent back but waitress had sick attitude. Eyes rolling because you ask for worcester sauce with breakfast. Reall loud in the place aswell. Overall not a happy experience

They claim to be famous for their waffles. It was dull and dry with a small scoop of ice cream. After I ordered more Surya and ice cream and chocolate sauce...my self made waffle was delicious 😋

Waitress nowhere to be found. Left drink and then came back 40min later with almost raw bland looking steak almost though it was chicken. Manager gave complimentary drink as to the wait for the steak to be redone. Steak came second round like a spur steak supposed to be.waiters should not rush a meal and never check the quality of it. I'd rather wait 5 Min longer and have a waitress that knew her things than the disappointed feeling when verry hungry.

We had an issue which was immediately resolved by Armand, the Manager. Wonderful service and excellent food! We fealt very appreciated and will most definately be back soon. Thank you so much, such service is very rare. God bless. Lindie and Martin Vosloo
