I was at Stern's in Somerset Mall today. I went for an ear piercing. I have to applaud the team there for there excellent and friendly service. They were so helpful and more than willing to assist and really treat me with so much kindness and dignity. An extra special thank you to the store manager, Jenay, your service, professionalism and humanity is impeccable. Well done girls.

Not very professional. Found exactly what my wife was looking for but the shop didn't have stock. Got sent to their opposition. Not even a "we can make a plan to get" So yes, sevice not very good.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of how friendly a girl I met there was. I called earlier and asked if they did belly piercings and the person who answer said yes. She even told me the price over the phone, then when I got there the friendly girl I met in person kindly informed me they don't do belly piercings. She was kind enough to give me suggestions on where to find other people who did them. P.s these are 2 different people(2 girls)
