I am a person that always reads reviews before I stay, so I am going to help you out. Do not stay here if you don't have to, it's a great location but definitely not the cleanest! Our floors and sink were dirty upon arrival, the elevator has definitely seen better days I rode it once then took the stairs. I have pictures to the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain and the walls, also the exhaust fan is falling out of the ceiling. The worst part of the stay is I was up all night because they allow dogs and all they do is bark all night!

We encountered a bedbug in one of the four rooms that we had booked for my bridal party very shortly after checking in. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Dipak Patel, was not very helpful in resolving the situation and refused to refund two rooms that my wedding party had until an exchange of some thoughts and concerns in which Dipak offered the refunds after but still was not happy about it… at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of both service and building cleanliness provided by the hotel and its manager.

The room next to mine was playing music loudly. I called the front desk, the music turned down for about an hour, The loud talking persisted though. If my kids weren't asleep I would demand a refund and I would get back on the road. The room was fine, the I found myself itching a lot while in the bed. Never was able to sleep, too noisy due to next door room seemingly having a party. Loud talking and music. It's 2 in the morning and they are going strong.

We were involved in a car accident and had to stay the night until we could get a rental car the next day. The staff was phenomenal. The hotel was super clean, super friendly staff that went above and beyond for us. The continental breakfast was amazing! I just can't say enough positive things about this hotel and staff that turned out horrible situation into something uplifting and positive.

The Days Inn in Somerset is a basic accommodation along the PA turnpike. The room was clean and there were no bugs. The floor was resilient plank instead of carpet, which is nice. Furnishings were a bit weathered, but the mattress was comfy. Community spaces are small but adequate, and there are waffles in the morning. It's everything I paid for, and it got me through the night just fine with no complaints.

Dated exterior but clean and comfortable rooms or at least 320 was. Heavy rain all night but no leaks observed. Only one night stay but will visit again.

Room was super clean-loved the wood tiled floors--so much better than filthy disgusting carpet. Lots of new pillows & comfy beds..big room. Lights were kind of bright, but otherwise, a great and easy experience.

Very nice room. Great service. Restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend with the exception of the construction crew and "friends" that was staying there were very loud until after midnight

We only stayed overnight but the guys at the front desk acted like they didn't want us there. No thank you for coming NOTHING. when we left, I asked for a receipt and he huffed, printed it and placed it on the counter.. I was taken back and was about to tell him a thing or two or three but I didn't. I just picked up my receipt and left. We will not be going back!

I enjoyed my stay here! I took my first travel contract in somerset and I was very nervous. I have lived in numerous places in the south, but I have never traveled as north as Pennsylvania. After reading several reviews and calling around, I decided to stay at this days inn for a couple days until I found somewhere else to go. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the friendliest people I encountered during my entire trip. I felt comfortable staying here. It was very clean, quiet, and the rooms didn’t feel super outdated like other hotels nearby. I ended up staying at this location for my entire stay in somerset. Although it is a smaller hotel that may have less accommodations than others, this days inn was absolutely worth every dollar. If you’re looking for somewhere more affordable to stay- this is your place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, every little need we had was met when requested. I ended up coming home a few days earlier than expected, and I was even surprised with a refund for the days I had booked and not used, which I totally did not expect. This trip was just for business purposes, but the staff here may have convinced me to visit again. Thank you Days Inn!
