This place is terrible. I made a reservation and arrived at 1 am in the morning. There was no one at the lobby, so I called the number provided. A guy answered the phone and said that he was coming. After 10 minutes, I called again to check on his arrival, and he repeated that he was coming. Another 10 minutes passed, and I called once more. When he finally arrived, he was upset because I had called him three times. He took my ID, returned it after 3 minutes, and informed me that he had canceled my reservation because I had bothered him too much. I have never encountered such a situation. This place should be closed down. It feels like being in a mental hospital. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was a big, fat guy who resembled Hodor from Game of Thrones.

Not a great experience. Walked in around 9 pm and couldn't find anyone at the desk so called the number on the sign and got no answer. Waited about 10 minutes before someone came out of a room and said they thought someone else was doing the check ins. Not off to a great start I thought. Got to the room and it is okay but the bed is terrible and bad no support. We were too tired to go mess with finding a new hotel at that point. The breakfast was pretty barren and not great at all but they did have a functional waffle machine so I guess that helped some.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. The clerks left crackhead hang around the hotel, and stay in the rooms without out paying!!! The food was left out for 4 days and never changed out. Everything was stale , hard as a rock begals and bread. Dirt ever were in the room. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. And they hardly ever came in and "cleaned" the room. And if they did the crackhead aka maids would not put bedding back on the bed or towels in the bathroom. My Army team that put us up in the 14 rooms put the hotel on a black list. It was a good place to watch how to do drug deals in the parking that is underneath the hotel.

Where do I begin? We were stopping through for a funeral in Harrisburg so just needed one night. The reviews were iffy, but some said 'clean' and it was being 'remodeled' so I chanced it. I can look past remodeling since that's generally a good sign. The parking lot/garage needed major work, but I thought that might be happening later on. The front desk person was pleasant enough (and, as it turns out, we caught her at the perfect time since she was rarely there) and gave us keys to our room. Upon arriving, the door was ajar. We peeked in and the beds were unmade. An employee of some sort was out in the hallway so we mentioned our situation and she called to the front desk person. We were sent back down there where she openly complained about the cleaners. We were disappointed to hear her complain in front of customers, dropping the f-bomb quite frequently. You should never speak like that in front of guests. She walked us to our new room. Upon entering, the very dirty carpet was obvious. Two positives I can say about the room ... the beds were nicely made and the shower surround had a lot of room to put soaps, etc. on (if they were provided). Immediately, we noticed neither the toilet nor sink was clean and the shower curtain had mildew on it. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash that is provided at every hotel was a half-used bottle of shampoo and someone's leftover body wash. I saw a cleaner in the hallway and asked her for some new toiletries as none were provided. She looked at me like I had two heads and dug into a bag to pull out a wrapped bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo/conditioner. I knew it was going to be impossible to ask her to clean my bathroom. Fortunately I carry disinfecting wipes in my car and I went to town cleaning EVERYTHING. I literally picked up dirt - old dirt - in the corner of the bathroom sink. My guess is the cleaner takes the old towels and just runs them over the sinks. There were no bathmats and the bathroom floor was sticky. I CHOSE to believe it was residue from a cleaning product, but nonetheless, I wore shoes in the room 100% of the time. I had asked the front desk lady for 2 additional towels (one for my hair and one for the floor, since they didn't provide a bath mat) and she said she would bring them to me. 2 hours later, they never arrived, so I decided to just get my shower with the one thin towel. The following morning, a receipt was slipped under our door. Unfortunately, it belonged to someone else. I left a note on it at the empty front desk, saying it wasn't ours and that now someone has our receipt with our email address on it. Not cool. Poor staff, poor cleaning, poor presentation. The location was right next to the Turnpike so I gave that 3 stars.

Im GONNA give this 1 star and that's only cuz the front desk lady was so nice. I got there to check in and the manager said there was a list of clean rooms for the clerk to book for the night. 1 st room, there was someone sleeping in there already🫣a older guy, i can imagine how he felt after us busting in on him..smh 2nd 3rd and the rooms not clean. The clerk went to several rooms and finally found one that housekeeping actually cleaned. We got in the room and a hour in we realized the heat didn't work and it was cold outside. Considering it took so long just to find a clean room, we decided to thug it out in this room🙄🙄🤔🤔 horrible mistake, i woke up stiff and both our noses were running. It felt like we were outside🥶 the room had a nice big tv tho, that's my only positive. The covers were thin, which might not have been so bad if we had heat. I wont be looking to stay here again ever.

Advertised free buffet breakfast on the website provided nothing. 1 washcloth instead of two in a king room for two people What look like ballpoint pen ink stains in red and black splotches on the bottom sheet. Mini fridge door wouldnt shut completely The bathroom was nice and clean.

Not much around this hotel. But it a small town so that’s what to expect. If you’re coming in the winter. Expect no one at the front desk, the lobby to freezing, and no breakfast. It is cheap for what I got but the no breakfast did disappoint. The heat wasn’t on in the lobby/ hallway but they put me in a room with heat which was nice.
