Rooms weren't the best. We had burn holes in our "quilt"... didn't want to sit in the chair it was so dirty. They advertised free breakfast, and if fruit & granola bars means breakfast to you, then your good

This place needs to be shut down to rid of all bugs. I know it's a value hotel but no one deserves to sleep with bugs. This is a health violation for a business. I checked in and immediately checked for bed bugs, found one just by pulling covers back and found another on the side of matress. I did get another room. Not even in the room for 10 minutes and roaches are crawling out of microwave. I had to go to store to purchase bug spray. Was up all night spraying bugs This is unacceptable. Then woke up to fire alarm going off and a woman is yelling at someone saying she is going to kill someone , yelling dead body several times. Police came but no one ever knew what was going on. This would not be bad if there were no bugs. Beds are comfortable. I do not recommend this place until bugs are taken care of. Wyndham super 8 chain should be ashamed of themselves for this. I will report this to health department.

OK place to stay. But 6 candy bars and two bananas does not constitute a breakfast. The person on the desk was not overly friendly.If we go back to Somerset I will find someplace else to stay

Have the management and staff read the Hotel policies on the web site for the Super 8 Somerset KY. The pet policy is copied directly from the web site. The web site and polices appears to be location specific to the Super 8 Somerset KY. Copied from the web site PET POLICY Max 2 pets per room are permitted for a refundable deposit of 25.00 USD per pet per night. ADA defined service animals are welcome at this hotel. Please note the phrase “ refundable deposit of 25.00 per pet “ The staff and presumably the management consider the 25.00 USD to be a fee and non refundable. I desire the charge of $75.00 to be deleted and a credit of $75.00 jaded to my credit card. The only document identification number on the receipt is confirmation number 86250EE009233 departure Jan 28, 2024

Was definitely worth the price. Stayed 5 nights. The room seemed recently remodeled, it was in very good condition. No bugs, and very clean. Will stay there again when in Somerset.

I hate to leave a bad review. The hotel seemed fine, but there was a cockroach in our bathroom. I had seen a previous review from 2019 that mentioned bugs, but I assumed the problem had been resolved in the last few years. Hotel seemed clean, but I can’t get past the cockroaches.

What a dive! Front desk guy very rude and unfeeling friendly. Reserved room with two beds, we got stinky room, one bed,(had to sleep with my dad), no ice machine. We asked mister unfriendly for a different room, he stated that are no other rooms available. (On a Thursday night?). DO NOT STAY HERE! Cheap, but a dump
