We booked a 2 hour sunset cruise and it was fantastic! Far exceeded our expectations. Boat was extremely comfortable and our host could not have given us a better experience. Highly recommend!

There have been times I have questioned customer service in Bermuda — you will not have that here! Everyone was incredibly kind and super helpful. Vessel: We took out a 17 foot dual hull boat that was simply amazing. Pre-Board: In addition to going over the operations of the boat, they kindly provided a map along with lovely tips and recommendations — where to see the most turtles, shipwrecks to visit, the worlds smallest operating drawbridge, public islands we could visit, and so much more. They also had coolers and noodles available for us to take on board — this is wonderful if you’re planning on having a full day tour ☀️PS I highly recommend a full day. On board: The boat we were in felt incredibly stable the entire time. Not once did I feel uneasy standing or walking while on board. There was a Bimini to protect us from the high noon sun. Comfy cushions to sit on. The front of the boat is large and flat — making it a nice spot to dive off of or fly a drone from 🙌🏼 Summary: Will recommend this place to my own family and friends. Customer service was easily 5 stars. Nadia is practically a pro photographer — she was so kind in paying attention to details behind us and made sure to get some different angles for us. Will be back soon!! They have soooo many rental options available. Jet skis & tours, paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear, sailboats, and more.

Great rental. If you’re in Bermuda and want to do some snorkeling renting a boat is the best way. H2O set us up great. Had a 4 hour rental at 9 am. They gave us an extra hour plus snorkeling gear and a cooler full of ice. So 5 hrs altogether. We had the best day on our cruise to Bermuda. These guys are the best. They gave us a map and went over all the best places to go very thoroughly. Boat is easy to operate and if you’re worried it is essentially unsinkable because of how it is made. So hit the water with H2O sports. You will not regret it.

On our arrival, the taxi driver who transported us from the airport to our hotel recommended my wife and I rent of a boat from H20 while we were on the island. While we normally ignore most taxi drivers recommendations (expecting they get a kick back of some sort), we did a little research and thought a day on the water sounded like a good time. So we rented a boat under the 5 hour special pricing and gave it a shot. Without a doubt, this was the highlight of our trip. We arrived a little early and got a great briefing from the H20 agent and simple map of a route to follow along the west end of the island. His directions were spot on and made navigation much simpler. Then off we went. We traveled the Great Sound and then headed through the "smallest drawbridge in the world" and headed out to the Atlantic. We traveled down the coast toward the Port Royal Golf Course and put anchor about 100 yards off the coast and went for a swim in perhaps the most turquoise water we've ever swam in. The sky had the slightest pink hues to contrast with the blues of the sky and water. After a little sunbathing, we went turtle watching and dropped our anchor in a little inlet and watched them come up and swim along the surface. We saw at least 10 different little greenbacks! Then we swam with a huge school of fish of the wreck of the Vixen! As the agent warned, they really did try to jump in the boat with us! We could've done this trip every day we were on the island. It can be pricey (as are most things in Bermuda), but so very much worth the cost. Its out of the way, in the west end of the island, but when you're in Bermuda, make sure you rent a boat from H20 and see the island the way it should: from the water!

Jamie and Gladwin of H20 Sports were incredibly helpful with coming up with beautiful snorkel locations and private island beaches to explore. The ability to see Bermuda by boat on our own was the highlight of our week long trip. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we went back for another day! If you’re going to Bermuda, you owe it to yourself to rent one of their boats, you won’t regret it. Highly recommend 3-4 hours for a day. Don’t let the water colors fool you. The bright blue is the real color, the rest of the photos were either cloudy or facing into the sun with the drone camera.

Hands down the best place on Bermuda to rent wave runners and a boat! You won’t find a better place! The service, hospitality, and experience was like nothing else. The wave runner tour was very, very beautiful and the boat was so convient to have. The boat fit our family nicely and went at a reasonable and manageable speed. The wave runners were fast and super fun to ride. You won’t regret doing this on your trip, it was one of the highlites and most fun experiences I have had. Thank you H20 Sports!! Highlight of our trip. Rented our own motor boat and anchored near a secluded beach in the middle of nowhere. Was a magical afternoon with my wife escaping from people. Sometimes all you need is quiet on vacation.

Jamie was fantastic and very helpful, this was our first trip to Burmuda and he and his friendly staff made the trip a success. We went to see him at H2O water sports three times, first for the rental of the 17 foot boat which was a good way for us to get familiar with the area. The next day was beautiful flat calm and unseasonably warm according to Jamie. We went out with three solo kayaks and with his input on how and where to look we were able to locate and view at least twenty green sea turtles! Finally on our last trip to see Jamie he met us and we got snorkeling gear and while the water was cool we did see lots small and colorful fish and swam with another green sea turtle before the cold forced us to retreat from the water, what a blast! We would highly recommend Jamie and H2O water sports.

LOVED our boat rental with H2O Sports! This was definitely a highlight of our trip. The employees were so kind and incredible. They drew a great map to show where to snorkel and where everything is. We rented one for 5 hours, which included snorkel gear, a cooler with ice and noodles to float. We brought our speaker to play music and packed some sandwiches. We were able to explore so much! We rented a boat from them again at the end of our stay because we had such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great boat rental place, highly highly recommend! Jamie had good advice for us in terms of a route and what to see. We rented a boat for 5 hours which was the perfect amount of time. You can explore so much within 5 hours, do some amazing snorkeling and swim in the most beautiful water. Bring snacks and drinks because they provide a cooler. They also provide snorkel gear. Will definitely come back next time we go to Bermuda!

Added on fishing poles This was the best thing we did during our trip to bermuda, wish we had done it everyday. The staff here were super helpful showing us where to go. We had so much fun! We rented the boat for 5 hours and I wish I rented it for longer. I definitely recommend taking your snorkeling gear as they are beautiful spots to snorkel. The staff is great, they will explain you were to go and how the boat works.

We had a great time renting a boat from H2O! We had the boat for 5 hrs which was a good amount of time to follow the route advised to us by Jamie - my GPS map attached. We were able to drop anchor in many areas to swim, snorkel and even have lunch on a small beach. We visited the shipwreck which was fun and some larger fish in this area. Team were friendly and helpful, would recommend!

Even though we were unable to go (no fault of the company just bad weather/water) the owner gave a full refund. We will definitely be back to use them again when we visit!

I had the most amazing trip paddle boarding here . I went to the Inner island and the water was very warm and shallow. I had it all to myself . Definitely the best thing I did in Bermuda, and the type of beach/water I always dreamed of but never found before now. The sandbar is just amazing.

Great experience! We had great weather, the guys explained everything thoroughly, a detailed map provided with extras drawn on to help ensure we know where we're going. For the price, we got a boat for 5 hours, with a nice cooler, ice, and noodles for swimming. Great staff, would 110% recommend and also rent from again.

I rented a catamaran from H2O and had a great experience. Their rates were incredible. It was so affordable! The guys who were working that day (I think they're the owners) were super friendly, very accommodating, and very laid back. And the catamaran was in great shape. My friends and I had a great day on the water!

We had a great 3 hour cruise on the Barletta boat with Captain Jamie! He was friendly and had such a laid back style. We learned a lot about Bermuda while cruising around. His boat was very clean and we had such a nice afternoon snorkeling and seeing the sites!

Kayaking - Best way to see the beautiful Bermuda scenery ! Highly recommend H20 water sports for kayak / boat hire . Can opt for single/ double kayak , spend 3 hours exploring and then head to Cambridge beaches for brunch !

We had THE BEST time with h2o sports last week. We rented snorkel gear for the whole week, and were so glad we did, snorkeled all over that island. We also rented a powerboat for two of the days and the Hobie for a few hours one day. These guys are the best. They worked with us around weather, gave us lovely maps that we will frame so we can remember where we went, and explained the boats so well. We ended up never getting into a wheeled vehicle the whole time! These guys are honest, the equipment is in great shape, and they simply want you to have a great time.

Awesome day on the water with H2O boat rental. Conditions were not optimal but we were advised as to where to enjoy our day in protected waters and it was still an amazing experience. Boat was in fantastic condition and easy to maneuver. Included ice and cooler was a plus. Highly recommended!

This was the highlight of our Bermuda trip. We rented a boat for 5 hours and even though we had windy weather, we were given a map of great spots to snorkel, swim, and sightsee. If we're ever lucky enough to visit Bermuda again, we'll definitely rent another boat from H2O. It was a quick 10 minute taxi ride from our cruise ship and they were even kind enough to call us a taxi to return to the ship. The boat was in great condition and super comfortable for our party of 3.

We had a wonderful afternoon on the water with Jamie. My husband and I chartered the Barletta Pontoon boat with Jamie as the captain. We enjoyed a wonderful tour around the island, amazing little snorkeling session and some great conversation. Jamie was a fantastic tour guide and host for the day and only expanded our love for the island. We cannot wait to go back to Cambridge Beaches and spend another afternoon with Jamie!!!

We had a terrific time renting a Hobie Cat with H20 this week. The boat was maintained in good shape and the team helped us get into and out of the harbor. The sailing area is great- we got to pull up to a small beach and swim around before sailing back to the marina. We will absolutely be back- it was the highlight of our Bermuda trip. Thank you!

What a great experience...My fiancé and I rented a motorboat for 5 hours complete with snorkel, masks, fins and a cooler filled with ice. Jaime took the time to walk us through everything before we set out and also gave us some great places to check out while we were out on the water...We had the best day...We had been to Bermuda many times before but have never experienced it from the water like this...it really changes your perspective and IMO adds so much to your trip...I highly recommend reaching out to these guys while on holiday in Bermuda...I know we will when we return.

Excellent experience! We rented a 14' center console whaler for an afternoon 8 Jun '22. Jamie briefed us on where we could go (and where not to go!) But also on where we should go. His briefing took into account the winds that day and what we expressed we wanted to do, and included an easy to manage map with his notes drawn in for us. The boat was clean and reliable but not fancy. We managed to anchor in a deserted cove for snorkeling, beach on a tiny island to walk the sand, drift around the shipwreck and feed the fish there and tour the coastline. It was truly great! Jamie was there to tie us to the dock upon our return. Highly recommend! Note - if you have little boating experience, be cautious transitting Somerset bridge. Currents can be strong and you'll need to add some power on the throttle to maintain proper control.

Went for a 5km kayak with our 2 young children around the coast (to Daniel's Head) with some stops for snorkeling along the way. The kayaks themselves were great, the scenery of course incredible, and the member of staff who got us going was excellent (knowledgeable and friendly). Highly recommended, would definitely use this company again.

I cannot say H2O was either bad, indifferent, or amazing. My family had planned to rent a boat in the afternoon for 2:30 pm. They ask you to be there a half hour ahead for papers and lessons etc. We arrived a little before two and the place was closed. We were confused. Luckily a friend of someone who worked there and another guy showed up looking for the employee. Confused as well, they called looking to see where they were. This is when we found out that our trip was cancelled due to the winds… apparently they had tried to call our hotel at 1:40pm. Twenty minutes before you’re supposed to be there when having to arrange transportation is really unfair. I would highly recommend making impactful decisions not so last minute. Many other excursions make these decisions well in advance. We understand, but disappointed as we essentially lost a day of our vacation to ride the bus. Other patrons should be made aware.

This really was the best part of our trip - renting a boat for a 1/2 day and snorkeling by the shipwreck. The fellow at H2O sports was helpful in explaining how to get around without hitting a sandbar and giving us locations to stop. The boat was faster than I thought it'd be too. It was in good shape and well maintained.

My wife and I hired a Hobie Cat from here and had an excellent afternoon on the water. Very easy booking, friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend H2O for watersports in Bermuda!

Rented a boat with my boys to fish. They were very helpful and the rods were better than expected. Included a cooler with ice to hold water we brought. That was nice to have. Was too windy to really get out there, had to stay in bay more, so he didn't charge for the rod rentals, which was nice of them. Very easy to work with. We will definitely use H20 multiple times next year when we return.

We had an awesome jetski experience just before Christmas with H2O Sports. As a novice, a jetski can be a little scary at first, but once on calmer water it’s so much fun and we didn’t want it to end! We got to explore some of Bermuda’s coast, saw turtles, and visited and saw fish being fed at the wreck of HMS Vixen. Very friendly service too!

After calling Sommerset bridge water sports for three days and receiving smug responses and unavailable rentals, I called H20 sports and received a same day reservation for a 17' boat. We had an amazing time on our jet ski safari. We visited in December so we were the only ones crazy enough to be out on the water! At first it was a little scary on the jet ski, but once we got out into the open water it was a lot of fun. We saw turtles, lots of fish and one of the many shipwrecks around the island. Would definitely recommend H2O sports!

The perfect place to rent a boat if you are on the East End. We were staying at Cambridge Beaches and want to spend the day in the water.

Awesome in every way! The only way to see Bermuda! We rented a motor boat at opening, 9am, we took it out for 90 minutes! They provided a cooler, and ice! I wish I knew before hand I would have brought more food! Our fault though because we stumbled upon it. Just like everything else in Bermuda, it wasn't cheap but it wasn't terribly expensive, it cost us $140.00 us dollars for the 90 minute ride. Jamie and Sebastian were incredibly helpful. We had such a great time, we saw the shipwreck, turtles, fish, and more! Jamie gave us a map and could not have been more detailed with directions, landmarks, and directions. Our 2nd time in Bermuda and 1st time renting a boat. This will defintely be on our list of things to do every time we re-visit! Thank you!

Rented a Hobie Cat sailboat for the day. The guy was super friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about the area we were sailing in. We were also provided with coolers and ice. The boat itself handles well, very stable and never once worried about capsizing. There are several small islands and beaches in the area which we landed at and were very serene. Would definitely rent from here again

We took our family of 4 to H20 Sports in August 2018! We had the most amazing time! Jamie was our tour guide and he took us on the wave runners all around to see turtles and a real shipwreck! When I got a little nervous because of the waves, Jamie had us all stop and had me and my son come up and ride closer to him so we would avoid the other riders waves. It was so kind and made all the difference in our ride! The customer service was outstanding and everyone was kind and so fun to talk to. They made us feel like family. I will most definitely be going back to visit H20! Thank you so much for the highlight of our week!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! they will leave you and your family out in the middle of the ocean to drown!!! I know it’s sad!!! Me, my husband, and our 9 and 7 year old daugthers rented a boat from them. We were by the ship wreck when our anchor got stuck on something. My husband tried and tried and Cldnt get it unstuck, meanwhile we are just literally sinking. Due to the fact that we were just bobbing in the water the mini waves kept crashing against the boat and water was coming in no JOKE we were sinking!!! We tried the flares that they provided and they all did not work. They provided un-workable flares!!! Thank god a boat tour saw this and called them for help! They told that boat tour that called for help for us that someone was coming on a jet ski. Guess what 1 hour later NO ONE CAME and we are still sinking. Thank God again a family of 7 on their own rented boat saw us sinking and came to help. It took 3 grown man including my husband to unhook this anchor. When we got back I asked the guy working there like “Hey you got the call for help but never came” we were sinking! His response was they were short handed and had NO ONE TO SEND TO HELP US!!! I was appalled like you guys were really going to let’s us sink and just ignored the call for help from another boat to come help us. The guy did not care and just offered a refund which I got. Sorry but their refund of $200 did not compensate for the trauma my 9 and 7 year old experienced and their lack of effort to come help and the fact that they COMPLETELY IGNORED THE CALL FOR HELP because they were short handed renting boats to other customers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONIES NOT YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR FAMILY!!!! They ignored the call for help!!! Who does this you got a help call that one of your boats were in trouble in the middle of the ocean. Then to tell me you had no one to SEND to us!!! It’s not right what they did. They knew we were in danger they got the call for help and didn’t care!!!! Please if you care for your family, there’s a lot of other places to rent from NOT this company. Just don’t do it!!!

I recently spent a wonderful afternoon on the Barletta Pontoon boat with my family, captained by Jamie. He was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating as a tour guide, and was an absolute delight to chat with and get to know over the course of the trip. We would do this again in a heartbeat.

Best experience yet in Bermuda. The owner and proprietor, Jaimie, is a credit to his island. Cordial, knowledgeable, and worldly. Just an overall great guy. I would highly recommend H2O, and Jaimie, thank you for providing our family with a wonderful experience. Worth every penny!
